Remember The Works of The Lord

I will remember the works of the Lord; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all Your work, And talk of Your deeds - Psalm 77:11,12.

God's works are great and marvelous in our life. Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! - Revelation 15:3. We cannot understand the work of God and how He works in our life. As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things - Ecclesiastes 11:5. Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works - Psalm 86:8.

God who knows everything about us more than what we know, works in ways beyond our comprehension. Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure’ - Isaiah 46:10. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts - Isaiah 55:8,9.

Let us remember the wondrous works of God in our life and praise Him. Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God - Job 37:14. Remember His marvelous works which He has done - Psalm 105:5. He has made His wonderful works to be remembered - Psalm 111:4. One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works - Psalm 145:4,5. Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works! - Psalm 105:2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your marvelous and wondrous works in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

He Turns A Wilderness Into Pools of Water And Dry Land Into Water Springs

He turns a wilderness into pools of water, And dry land into water springs. There He makes the hungry dwell, That they may establish a city for a dwelling place, And sow fields and plant vineyards, That they may yield a fruitful harvest. He also blesses them, and they multiply greatly - Psalm 107:35-38.

Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert - Isaiah 43:18,19.

The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God - Isaiah 35:1,2.

I will open rivers in desolate heights, And fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, And the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar and the acacia tree, The myrtle and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the cypress tree and the pine And the box tree together, That they may see and know, And consider and understand together, That the hand of the Lord has done this, And the Holy One of Israel has created it - Isaiah 41:18-20.

Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert - Isaiah 35:6.

As they pass through the Valley of Baca, They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with pools - Psalms 84:6.

He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody - Isaiah 51:3.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for turning our life of wilderness into pools of water and dry land into water springs. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen,

You Will Receive Power

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth - Acts 1:8.

We will receive power and be witnesses when the Holy Spirit comes on us. when the Holy Spirit comes on you And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit” - John 20:22. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God - 1 Corinthians 2:12.

Peter and John spoke the word of God boldly after receiving the Holy spirit and the people were amazed. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly - Acts 4:31. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus - Acts 4:13. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit - Mark 13:11.

With the power of the Holy Spirit, let us speak the word of God boldly as it is not us who speak, but the Holy Spirit. Then said I: “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth.” But the Lord said to me: “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ For you shall go to all to whom I send you, And whatever I command you, you shall speak” - Jeremiah 1:6, 7. In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams - Acts 2:17.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to speak your Word boldly. We thank You for helping us to receive power through the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

To Enjoy Life And See Many Happy Days

If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil - 1 Peter 3:10.

To enjoy life and see many happy days, we need to keep our tongue from speaking evil. Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles - Proverbs 21:23. We need to be very careful when speaking as death and life are in the power of the tongue. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit - Proverbs 18:21. Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones - Proverbs 16:24. A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul - Proverbs 18:7.

Sin is not lacking when the words are many and so let us speak only words that are helpful. In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise - Proverbs 10:19. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen -  Ephesians 4:29. There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health - Proverbs 12:18. But I say to you that every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgement - Mathew 12:36.

Let us speak the praise of the Lord with our mouth and keep our tongue from evil and telling lies. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord - Psalm 145:21. Let my mouth be filled with Your praise And with Your glory all the day - Psalm 71:8. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice - Ephesians 4:31. Find opportunities to speak kind and tenderhearted words - Ephesians 4:32. Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips - Psalm 141:3.

Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it - Psalm 34: 12-14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to refrain our tongue from speaking evil. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Instead of Your Shame You Shall Have Double Honor

Instead of your shame you shall have double honor - Isaiah 61:7.

God's people will never be put to shame. You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; Then My people will never be put to shame. You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God and there is none else. And my people shall never again be put to shame - Joel 2:26, 27.

Those who wait for God and believe Him will never be put to shame. Those who hopefully wait for Me will not be put to shame - Isaiah 49:23. Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed - Psalms‬ ‭25‬:‭3. May those who wait for You not be ashamed through me, O Lord God of hosts - Psalm 69:6. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame - Psalm 34:5. Those who believe God will never be put to shame. He who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame - 1 Peter 2:6. Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame - Isaiah 10:11.

God will help us and give us double honor instead of our shame as we wait upon Him and believe Him. For the Lord God will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed - Isaiah 50:7. Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame - Isaiah 54:4. But Israel shall be saved by the Lord With an everlasting salvation; You shall not be ashamed or disgraced forever and ever - Isaiah 45:17. I will deliver him and honor him - Psalm 91:15.

PRAYER:  We thank You for giving us double honor instead of shame as we are Your people. Let us wait upon You and believe You at all times. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

His mercies are abundant to all those who call upon Him. For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You - Psalm 86:5. For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him - Psalm 103:11.

Let us thank and praise God who is rich in mercy as His endless mercies will follow us all the days of life. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life - Psalm 23:5. For the Lord is good. His mercy is everlasting - Psalm 100:5. His mercies will never come to an end and they are new every morning. His tender mercies are over all His works - Psalm 145:8. Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever- Psalm 106:1.

But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning - Psalm 59:16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are rich in mercy. We thank You for Your abundant mercies in our life. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

He Will Never Leave You Nor Forsake You

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged - Deuteronomy 31:8.

We need to be strong and courageous and not be afraid of anything as God will never leave us nor forsake us. Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you - Deuteronomy 31:6.

We need to be content with what we have as God will never leave us nor forsake us. Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” - Hebrews 13:5,6.

Let us thank God for His promise of never leaving us nor forsaking us. I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, And crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, And not forsake them - Isaiah 42:16.

No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you - Joshua 1:5.

For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light - Ephesians 5:8.

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden - Matthew 5:14. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world - John 9:5.

Let our light shine around the world for the glory of God. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:16. Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain - Philippians 2:14-16.

Love Never Fails

Love never fails - 1 Corinthians 13:8.

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;

6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.

9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to love others like how You loved us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Keep Praising God

I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live - Psalm 104:33.

We are created by God to declare His praises forever. This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise - Isaiah 43:21. In God we boast all day long, and praise Your name forever - Psalm 44:8. I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised - Psalm 145:1,2.

Abraham gave glory to God with faith as he believed the promise of God. No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God - Romans 4:20. The Israelites praised God with a great shout and the wall of Jericho fell down. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat - Joshua 6:20. David praised God at all times. I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth - Psalm 34:1.

Let us keep praising God at all times and in all situations. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name - Hebrews 13:15. I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works. I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High - Psalm 9:1,2. Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what He has done - Psalm 105:1.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us keep praising You at all times. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Great Is The Lord

Our God is great. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit - Psalm 147:5. He is great above all Gods and greatly to be praised. For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods - Psalm 95:3. For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods - Psalm 96:4.

Our great God had done great things in our life beyond our understanding. The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them - Psalm 111:2. He does great things beyond our understanding - Job 37:5. For He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name - Luke 1:49. For You are great, and do wondrous things; You alone are God - Psalm 86:10.

Let us thank and praise our great God. Bless the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty, Who cover Yourself with light as with a garment, Who stretch out the heavens like a curtain - Psalm 104:1,2. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised - Psalm 48:1. I will proclaim the name of the Lord. Oh, praise the greatness of our God! - Deuteronomy 32:3.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are great and greatly to be praised. We thank You for doing great things in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Miraculously Healed

For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old - Acts 4:22.

Peter and John saw a lame man asking alms from those who entered the temple. They told him to rise up and walk in the name of Jesus. Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God - Acts 3:6-8.

The lame man was miraculously healed and the people who saw him walking and praising God were amazed. When all the people saw him walking and praising God, they recognized him as the same man who used to sit begging at the temple gate called Beautiful, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him - Acts 3:9,10.

Peter told the people that it is the name of Jesus and the faith that comes through the lame man had completely healed him. By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see - Acts 3:16.  If you ask anything in my name, I will do it - John 14:14. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith - Matthew 21:22. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We have faith in Your powerful name. Heal us miraculously by Your name and by our faith. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Jabez

Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested - 1 Chronicles 4:10.

Jacob

He said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!”. He blessed him - Genesis 32:26,29.

Hannah

In my distress I called upon the Lord , And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears - Psalm 18:6.

I love the Lord, because He has heard My voice and my supplications - Psalm 116:1.

Time To Show Favor

You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come - Psalm 102:13.

Noah who was a righteous man found favor in the eyes of the Lord. But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God - Genesis 6:8, 9. For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield - Psalm 5:12.

The favor of God and men was with Joseph in all the circumstances of his life. But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison - Genesis 39:21. And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand; and he clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck - Genesis 41:41,42.

May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us as it is now time to show favor to us. May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us - Psalm 90:17. For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord - Proverbs 8:35. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless - Psalm 84:11. God’s favor lasts for a life time. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life - Psalm 30:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your time to show Your favor to us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert

Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert - Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭19‬.

He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody - ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭51‬:‭3‬.

The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God - Isaiah 35:1.

God's Promises To Abraham

And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise - Hebrews 6:15.

Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” - Genesis 12:1-3.

“Then the LORD appeared to Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I will give this land.’ And there he built an altar to the LORD, who had appeared to him” - Genesis 12:7.

And the Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are - northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you" - Genesis 13:14-17.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you. Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God" - Genesis 17:1-8.

Then the Angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said: “By Myself I have sworn, says the Lord, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son - blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice”- Genesis 22:15-18.

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us - 2 Corinthians 1:20.

For no word from God will ever fail - Luke 1:37.

He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Great is Your faithfulness. You are the promise keeping God and all Your promises are Yes and Amen. We thank You for all Your unfailing promises. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
