The Lord's Prayer

Lord, teach us to pray - Luke 11:1.

The Lord’s Prayer teaches us how to pray and how prayer works.

Praise & Worship

First, praise God and give thanks for who He is and for what He had done in our life. Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name - Matthew 6:9.

Surrender to God's will

We need to surrender to God's will. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven - Matthew 6:10.

Ask God

We can submit our petitions to God. We shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. May we receive God's word everyday. Give us this day our daily bread - Matthew 6:11.

Repent

We should forgive others for God to forgive us. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one - Matthew 6:12,13.

Praise God

The Lord's prayer ends with praise. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for teaching us how to pray. Help us to pray without ceasing. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

We Trusted In Him

Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in                                      him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation - Isaiah 25:9.

We trusted in him

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord - Jeremiah 17:7. Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever - Psalm 125:1. Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help - Psalm 146:3. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God - Psalm 20:7. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You - Isaiah 26:3.

He saved us

He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved - Psalm 62:2.  Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem! Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you - 2 Chronicles 20:17. Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent - Exodus 14:13-14. Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation - Isaiah 12:2.

Rejoice and be glad in His salvation

Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation - Habakkuk 3:18. Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him;  let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation - Psalm 25:9. But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You - Psalm 5:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We trust in You. Let us rejoice and be glad in Your salvation. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Brought Back The Captivity And Restored

When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing - 'Psalm 126:1, 2.

The Lord had done great things for us and we rejoice as He had brought us back from our captivity. Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad. Bring back our captivity, O Lord, As the streams in the South. Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him - Psalm 126:3-6.

God will restore and rebuild everything in our life after bringing us back from captivity. I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant them upon their land, and they shall never again be plucked up out of the land that I have given them, says the LORD your God - Amos 9:14, 15.

Let us praise the name of the Lord our God who had brought us back from captivity and restored us and made us glad. So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame - Joel 2:25,26. Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us,  for as many years as we have seen trouble - Psalm 90:15. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away - Isaiah 51:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for bringing us back from our captivity and restoring us everything that we have lost and making us glad. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God Shall Supply All Our Needs

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:19.

Our God is able to supply all our needs in abundance in different ways. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed - 2 Corinthians 9:8.

Jesus sent Peter to the Sea of Galilee when there is a need to pay for taxes to collect it from a fish’s mouth. Nevertheless, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money; take that and give it to them for Me and you - Matthew 17:27.

Jesus fed more than five thousand men and there were 12 baskets of leftover. Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted - John 6:11. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children - Matthew 14:20,21.

Let us thank our God who is able to supply all our needs in abundance in different ways for us. Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation - Psalms 68:19. Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you” - Hebrews 13:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for supplying all our needs in abundance in different ways. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

He Who Promised Is Faithful

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23.

Our Lord is faithful in fulfilling promises. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us - 2 Corinthians 1:20.  I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them - Jeremiah 32:42. The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled” - Jeremiah 1:12.

Everyone and everything in the world will change except the words of God. God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? - Numbers 23:19. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away - Matthew 24:35.

Let us thank God our Promise Keeper who is faithful to fulfill all His promises. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed - Joshua 23:14. Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; everyone was fulfilled - Joshua 21:45. Not one word has failed of all His good promises - 1 Kings 8:56. With Your mouth You have promised and with Your hand You have fulfilled it - 1 Kings 8:24.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Promise Keeper. We thank You for fulfilling all the promises in our life. In Jesus; name we pray. Amen.

Patience

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control  - Galatians 5:22,23.

With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love - Ephesians 4:2.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant - 1 Corinthians 13:4.

And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all - 1 Thessalonians 5:14.

But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life - 1 Timothy 1:16.

The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance - 2 Peter 3:9.

And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil - 2 Timothy 2:24.

Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching - 2 Timothy 4:2.

May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy - Colossians 1:11.

Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit - Ecclesiastes 7:8.

Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the bosom of fools - Ecclesiastes 7:9.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness - Galatians 5:22.

For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised - Hebrews 10:36.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us - Hebrews 12:1.

So that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises - Hebrews 6:12.

And thus Abraham, having patiently waited, obtained the promise - Hebrews 6:15.

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:31.

Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger - James 1:19.

Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains - James 5:7.

You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand - James 5:8.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope - Jeremiah 29:11.

And rend your hearts and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love; and he relents over disaster - Joel 2:13.

By your endurance you will gain your lives - Luke 21:19.

As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience - Luke 8:15.

Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly - Proverbs 14:29.

A hot-tempered man stirs up strife, but he who is slow to anger quiets contention - Proverbs 15:18.

Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city - Proverbs 16:32.

With patience a ruler may be persuaded, and a soft tongue will break a bone - Proverbs 25:15.

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!  - Psalm 37:7.

Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience - Colossians 3:12.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to be patient always. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Quick To Hear Slow To Speak Slow To Anger

Let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger - James 1:19.

Quick to hear

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God - Romans 10:17.  Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left - Isaiah 30:21. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand - John 10:27,28.

Slow to speak

He who guards his mouth preserves his life, But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction - Proverbs 13:3. But I say to you that every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgement - Mathew 12:36. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit - Proverbs 18:21. Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips - Psalm 141:3. When you talk, you should always be kind and pleasant so you will be able to answer everyone in the way you should - Colossians 4:6. The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing - Proverbs 12:18.  For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks- Mathew 12: 34.

Slow to anger

Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the heart of fools - Ecclesiastes 7:9. He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city - Proverbs 16:32. Human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires - James 1:20. In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold - Ephesians 4:26. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice - Ephesians 4:31.

PRAYER: Dear Lord Let us be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Let The Word of Christ Dwell In You Richly In All Wisdom

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom - Colossians 3:16.

Gives us joy

Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart - Jeremiah 15:16.

I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure - Psalm 119:162.

Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart - Psalm 119:111.

Gives us life

For they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body - Proverbs 4:22.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work - 2 Timothy 3:16,17.

Gives us peace

Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble - Psalm 119:165.

Prospers us

Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper - Psalm 1:1-3.

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8.

Guides us

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path - Psalm 119:105.

Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him - Proverbs 30:5.

The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple - Psalm 119:130.

Direct my steps by Your word - Psalm 119:133.

Guards us

His truth shall be your shield and buckler - Psalm 91:4.

Saves us

So, get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls - James 1:21.

Makes us wise

Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies; For they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, For Your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, Because I keep Your precepts - Psalm 119:97-100.

The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes - Psalm 19:7,8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let Your Word dwell in us richly in all wisdom. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

God Who Makes A Way through The Sea And A Path Through The Mighty Waters

I am the LORD, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your King." Thus says the LORD, Who makes a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters" - Isaiah 43:15-16.

God made a way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters for the Israelites. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left - Exodus 14:21-22.

After God says that He will make a way in Isaiah 43:16, He instructs His people to forget the former things and not to dwell on the past. Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:18-19.

Let us forget the former things and do not dwell on the past. We need only to be still and see the deliverance as God will fight for us and make a way for us. Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still - Exodus 14:13-14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us forget the former things and do not dwell on the past as You are making a new way through the sea and a path through the mighty waters for us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Be The Light

I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles - Isaiah 42:6.

Be the light

God had set us as a light to the Gentiles for us to be the salvation to the ends of the earth. I have set you as a light to the Gentiles, That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth - Acts 13:47.   I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life - John 8:12.

A light in Babylon

Daniel became the light in Babylon when he was in exile. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days - Daniel 6:10. Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God - Daniel 6:23.

Let your light shine

Let our light shine before the world. Let your light shine before the world. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:14-16. They that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever - Daniel 12:3.

That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong - 2 Corinthians 12:10.

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling - Psalm 46:1-3.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD GOD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation - Isaiah 12:2.

The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge - Psalm 46:7.

God is all-powerful

God is all-powerful - Job 36:22.

Nothing is too hard for our all-powerful God who made the heavens and earth. He is sovereign. O Sovereign LORD! You have made the heavens and earth by Your great power. Nothing is too hard for You!” - Jeremiah 32:17. Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? - Jeremiah 32:27. He calms the storm, So that its waves are still - Psalm 107:29. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast - Psalm 33:9. With God all things are possible - Matthew 19:26. The things which are impossible with men are possible with God - Luke 18:27.

Our God who is all-powerful heals  all our diseases. Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!  Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,  Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s - Psalm 103:1-5. Jesus answered, "His blindness has nothing to do with his sins or his parents' sins. He is blind so that God's power might be seen at work in him" - John 9:3.

Let us thank our all-powerful God who is so mighty in power to work within us to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us - Ephesians 3:20. He is powerful to fight for us against our enemies to give us victory. For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory - Deuteronomy 20:4. You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you - 2 Chronicles 20:6.  It was you who split open the sea by your power - Psalm 74:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the all-powerful God. We thank You for Your powerful works in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Exceedingly Abundantly Above All That We Ask Or Think

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us - Ephesians 3:20.

Oh, how abundant is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you and worked for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of the children of mankind!  - Psalm 31:19.

We went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance - Psalm 66:12.

I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small - Jeremiah 30:19.

Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you - Hebrews 6:14.

He turns a wilderness into pools of water, And dry land into water springs. There He makes the hungry dwell, That they may establish a city for a dwelling place, And sow fields and plant vineyards, That they may yield a fruitful harvest. He also blesses them, and they multiply greatly - Psalm 107:35-38.

Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly - Job 8:7.

You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance - Psalm 65:11.

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly - John 10:10.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work - 2 Corinthians 9:8.

For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts - Isaiah 55: 8,9.

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand - Psalm 139:17,18.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! - Matthew 7:11.

Call to me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3.

Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! - Luke 12:24.

But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! - Matthew 6:30.

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen‭‭ - Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19‬-‭20‬.

The blessing  of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it - Proverbs 10:22.

Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full - John 16:23-24 .

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you - ‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭38‬.

He also blesses them, and they multiply greatly; And He does not let their cattle decrease - Psalm 107:38.

I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing - Ezekiel 34:26.

A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation. I, the LORD, will hasten it in its time - Isaiah 60:22.

May the Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times more numerous than you are, and bless you as He has promised you! - Deuteronomy 1:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for blessing us exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Great And Mighty Things Which You Do Not Know

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know - Jeremiah 33:3.

God promises to show us great and mighty things when we pray. And call upon Me in the day of trouble; I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me - Psalm 50:15. Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him - Psalm 91:14, 15.

The Lord showed Moses a tree and made the waters sweet as He cried out to Him. Now when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah. And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet - Ex 15:23-25.

Let us thank and praise God who answers us and shows us great and mighty things that we do not know as we call unto Him. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:12,13. Be still, and know that I am God - Psalm 46:10a.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank and praise You as You are the God who answers us and shows us great and mighty things that we do not know as we call unto You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Do Good

Depart from evil and do good, So you will abide forever - Psalm 37:27.

Do good to those who hate you - Luke 6:27.

Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness - Psalm 37:3.

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked - Luke 6:35.

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect - Matthew 5:44,45.48.

Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life - 1 Timothy 6:18,19.

Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else - 1 Thessalonians 5:15.

But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good - 2 Thessalonians 3:13.

And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High - Luke 6:33-35.

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do so - Proverbs 3:27.

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers - Galatians 6:9, 10.

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all - 1 Thessalonians 5:15.

If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For so you will heap coals of fire on his head, And the Lord will reward you - Proverbs 25:21,22.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good - Romans 12:21.

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ - ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬-‭24‬.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to do good to others and be kind to all. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Start Praising God

The chains were loosed as Paul and Silas started praising God - Acts 16:25.

The first thing that Paul and Silas started when they were in jail is praying and singing hymns to God at midnight. But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them - Acts 16:25.

The chains of Paul and Silas were loosed as they started praising God. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed - Acts 16:25,26.

Let us start praising God at all situations. I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth - Psalm 34:1. The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song shall be with me - A prayer to the God of my life - Psalm 42:8. Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:20.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us start praising You at all situations. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Blessed Are Those Who Have Not Seen And Yet Have Believed

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed - ‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭29‬.

Abraham believed and went out not knowing where he was going by obeying God even when he did not see where he was called to go out

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going - Hebrews 11:8. By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God - Hebrews 11:9, 10.

Abraham believed that what God had promised He was also able to perform even before Isaac was born

And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” - Romans 4:19-22.

Abraham believed that God was able to raise Isaac up when he was told to offer Isaac as sacrifice

By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense - Hebrew 11:17-19.

For we walk by faith, not by sight - 2 Corinthians 5:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us walk by faith and not by sight. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
