Joy

In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore - Psalm 16:11.

Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart! - Psalm 32:11.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! - Philippians 4:4.

Rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory - 1 Peter 1:8.

Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him;  let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation - Psalm 25:9.

The joy of the Lord is your strength - Nehemiah 8:10.

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials - James 1:2.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones - Proverbs 17:22.

And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart - Jeremiah 15:16.

But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You - Psalm 5:11.

In Him does our heart rejoice, because we have trusted in His Holy Name - Psalm 31:21.

Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer - Romans 12:12.

The joy of the Lord is our strength. And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord; It shall rejoice in His salvation - Psalm 35:9.

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it - Psalm 118:24.

I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope - Psalm 16:8,9.

You have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound - Psalm 4:7.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope - Romans 15:13.

Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always - Psalm 105:3-4.

So the ransomed of the Lord shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away - Isaiah 51:11.

When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy - Psalm 126:1-3.

PRAYER: Fill us with joy. Let us rejoice in You always and be joyful in every circumstances. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Gift From God

Each man has his own gift from God -1 Corinthians 7:7.

Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."

Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Romans 11:39, "For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."

Romans 5:15, “But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.”

Romans 5:16, “And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.”

Romans 5:17, “For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.”

Romans 5:18, “Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. .”

James 1:17, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning."

Acts 2:38, "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

2 Corinthians 9:15 , “Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable gift.”

Romans 12:6-8, "We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully."

1 Corinthians 12:4-11, "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines."

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your gifts for us by Your grace. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

He Himself Took Our Infirmities And Bore Our Sicknesses

He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses - Matthew 8:17.

Jesus Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses. And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed - Matthew 8:2, 3. When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick - Matthew 8:16. He is willing to heal us as we believe and speak healing.

1. Believe

We need to only believe as Jesus Himself had taken our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. According to your faith let it be done to you - Matthew 9:29. Everything is possible for one who believes - Mark 9:23. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction” - Mark 5:34.

2. Speak

Jesus had paid the ultimate price for us by taking our infirmities and bearing all our sicknesses on the cross and so let us claim our healing by speaking God's Word with faith. By His stripes I am healed - Isaiah 53:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our Healer and by Your stripes we are healed. We believe and speak Your Word for healing power to flow in our body. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Resist The Devil

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you - James 4:7.

We should resist the devil and should not give him any opportunity to influence our lives as he comes as thief to steal, to kill, and to destroy us. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly - John 10:10. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour - 1 Peter 5:8.

Money

Judas gave place to devil instead of resisting because of his love for money. Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve - Luke 22:3. The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus - John 13:2. Then one of the twelve, who was called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, 'What will you give me if I betray him to you?' They paid him thirty pieces of silver. And from that moment he began to look for an opportunity to betray him - Matthew 26: 14-16.

Anger

God wants us to dispose our anger as soon as possible so that we do not give any place in our life to the devil. Be angry, and do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil - Ephesians 4:26,27. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice - Ephesians 4:31.

Let us submit to God offering ourselves as living sacrifice holy and pleasing to Him and resist the devil by not giving place to him. Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will - Romans 12:1,2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us submit to You and resist the devil by not giving any place in our life. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with                                                       compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience - Colossians 3:12.

Compassion

Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous - 1 Peter 3:8.

Be patient with everyone - 1 Thessalonians 5:14.

Serve One Another

Serve one another humbly in love - Galatians 5:13.

Love your neighbor as yourself

For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” - Galatians 5:14.

Do good and share with others

And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased - Hebrews 3:16.

Value others above yourselves & looking to the interests of the others

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others - Philippians 2:3,4.

Carry each other’s burdens

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ - Galatians 6:2.

Do to others what we want others do to us

And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise - Luke 6:31.

Be last of all and servant of all

If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all - Mark 9:35.

Love others not with words or speech but with actions and in truth

If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth - 1 John 3:17-18.

Be kind to the poor

Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done - Proverbs 19:17.

Honor one another above yourselves

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves - Romans 12:10.

Practice hospitality

Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality - Romans 12:13.

Share with the one who has none

Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same - Luke 3:10–11.

Please the neighbors for their good to build them up

We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.” - Romans 15:1-3.

Have the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ - Romans 15:5,6.

Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me - Matthew 25:40.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us serve one another humbly in love. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

He Is Holy

Exalt the Lord our God, And worship at His footstool - He is holy - Psalm 99:5.

The name of our God is Holy. For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place - Isaiah 57:15. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory! - Isaiah 6:3. Let them praise Your great and awesome name - He is holy - Psalm 99:3.

There is none holy like our God. There is no one holy like the Lord; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God - 1 Samuel 2:2. Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy - Revelation 15:4. The Lord Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, he is the one you are to fear, he is the one you are to dread - Isaiah 8:13.

Let us also be holy and worship our Holy God with holiness. But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy" - 1 Peter 1:15,16. For it is God’s will that you should be holy - 1 Thessalonians 4:3. Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth - Psalm 96:9. Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name - Psalm 103:1.

PRAYER: You are Holy God. Let us also be holy as You are holy. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Love

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,  kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control - Galatians 5:22.

Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself’ - Matthew 22: 37-39.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails -  1 Corinthians 13:1-8.

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love - 1 John 4:7.

We love because he first loved us - 1 John 4:19.

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins - 1 Peter 4:8.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another - 1 John 4:10,11.

If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us - 1 John 4:12.

Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth - 1 John 3:18.

Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart - 1 Peter 1:22.

And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works - Hebrews 10:24.

As you have heard from the beginning, His command is that you walk in love - 2 John 1:6.

If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also - 1 John 4:20,21.

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another - John 13:34,35.

Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you - Matthew 5:44.

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves - Romans 12:10.

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you - John 15:12.

And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma - Ephesians 5:2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us love one another like how You loved us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

He humbled Himself

And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross - Philippians 2:8.

Jesus humbled Himself

Jesus was highly exalted high and was given name above every name as He humbled himself. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father - Philippians 2:8-11.

God exalts all who are humble

God exalts all who are humble. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted - Luke 18:14. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up - James 4:10. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time - 1 Peter 5:6.

God gives grace and look on with favor all who are humble

God gives grace and look on with favor all who are humble. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble - 1 Peter 5:5. These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word - Isaiah 66:2.

Let us humble ourselves like Jesus and be exalted. Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey - Zechariah 9:9. Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honor - Proverbs 15:33. Before honor is humility - Proverbs 18:12.

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with                                                       compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience - Colossians 3:12.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us humble ourselves like You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

God Who Judges Righteously

Who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously - 1 Peter 2:23.

God when He was reviled did not revile in return instead He committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. He wants us also not to repay evil for evil as He will repay. Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.”  - Romans 12:17–19.

Go the second mile

You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’ But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away - Matthew 5:38-42.

Love your enemies

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?  Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect - Matthew 5:44,45.

Overcome evil with good

If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good -  Romans 12:20,21.

Let us not repay evil for evil but wait for the Lord and commit ourselves to Him who judges righteously. Do not say, “I will recompense evil”; Wait for the Lord, and He will save you - Proverbs 20:22. If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you - John 15:18,19.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us not repay evil for evil but live peaceably with all. We commit ourselves to You who judge righteously. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Ash Wednesday

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted there by the devil. For forty days and forty nights He fasted and became very hungry - Matthew 4:1, 2.

Lent recalls the season reflecting on 40 days Jesus spent fasting in the wilderness. Lent season begins with Ash Wednesday and extends for forty days before Easter. It is an opportunity for us to return to God, to renew our inner life and to refresh our spiritual life. Let us also meditate the life of Jesus, His sufferings on the cross, His great love for us and His resurrection that offers us hope and the promise of eternity with Him.

Return

As we return to God and walk in obedience, He will restore us and bring fruitfulness in our work and                         family.

Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. So, rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness - Joel 2:12, 13.

The Lord your God will make you abundantly prosperous in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your ground. For the Lord will again take delight in prospering you, as he took delight in your fathers, when you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep his commandments and his statutes that are written in this Book of the Law, when you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul - Deuteronomy 30:9,10.

Renew

Inner renewal leads to outward blessing. It is the time to examine us and let God to search our hearts.

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me - Psalm 51:10.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting - Psalm 139:23,24.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded - James 4:8.

Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law - Psalm119:18.

Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:31.

Refresh

          Worship

God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth - John 4:24.

           Pray

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful - Colossians 4:2.

          Meditate God's Word

Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day - Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭97‬.

           Fasting

Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke,            to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide            the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your            own flesh and blood?  Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear;            then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you                      will call, and the Lord will answer;  you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I - Isaiah 58:6-9.

            Grow in spiritual life

Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ - 2 Peter 3:18.

            Help poor

You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land - Deuteronomy               15:11.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord - Acts 3:19.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us return to You, renew oue repent and grow more in prayer, fasting, sharing and in the grace and knowledge of You during this season of lent. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

We praise Your greatness

I will proclaim the name of the LORD. Oh, praise the greatness of our God! - Deuteronomy 32:3.

We praise You for being our Rock and Savior

It is good that one should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the Lord - lamentations 3:26. Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved - Psalm 62:1, 2. I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me and heard my cry - Psalm 40:1.

Let us be still instead of being afraid, wait patiently for God to act and see His great works in our life. Blessed Are Those Who Find Wisdom

Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding - Proverbs 3:13.

God's Wisdom

The wisdom of God is pure, peaceable, gentle and full of good fruits. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy - James 3:17. In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge - Colossians 2:3.

 Ask God for wisdom

Let us ask God for wisdom. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him - James 1:5. For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding - Proverbs 2:6. For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding - Proverbs 2:6.

Let us ask wisdom from God who gives to all generously. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom - Proverbs 1:7. When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom - Proverbs 11:2 Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off - Proverbs 24:14. I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power - Daniel 2:23.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for giving us wisdom. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Make The Most of Every Opportunity To Share Christ With Others

Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity - Colossians 4:5.

With gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience

God wants us always to be prepared to give the reason for the hope that we have to everyone with gentleness, respect and keeping a clear conscience. But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander - 1 Peter 3:15,16.

Conversation be always full of grace

We will know how to answer everyone and say the right thing at right time to right person as we guard our speech and our conversation is always full of grace. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone - Colossians 4:5, 6. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen - Ephesians 4:29.

Let us be wise and make the most of every opportunity to share Christ. Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is - Ephesians 5:15-17. But as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who tests our hearts - 1 Thessalonians 2:4.

How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things! - Romans 10:15.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be wise and make the most of every opportunity to share about You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

In The Morning My Prayer Comes Before You

To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, My God of mercy - Psalm 59:16,17.

Jesus prayed very early in the morning. Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed - Mark 1:35. Abraham and David sought God in the early morning. And Abraham went early in the morning to the place where he had stood before the Lord - Genesis 19:27. I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word - Psalm 119:147.

Let our prayer come before God early in the morning. It is good to give thanks to the Lord, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night - Psalm 92:1,2. In the morning my spirit longs for you - Isaiah 26:9. God's word guides us

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path - Psalm 119:105. The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple - Psalm 119:130.

We Are Fearfully And Wonderfully Made

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalm 139:14.

We are the salt of the earth

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men - Matthew 5:13.

We are the light of the world

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:14-16.

We are the chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation & God's own special people

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light - 1 Peter 2:9.

We are more valuable

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? - Matthew 6:26.

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows - Luke 12:7.

Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? - Luke 12:24.

Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows - Matthew 10:31.

We are the children of God

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! - 1 John 3:1.

We are the sons of God

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus - Galatians 3:26.

you may be sons of your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:45.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God - Romans 8:14.

We are the witnesses

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth - Acts 1:8.

We are God’s workmanship

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them - Ephesians 2:10.

We are more than conquerors

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us - Romans 8:37.

PRAYER:Dear Lord, We thank You and praise You for we are fearfully and wonderfully made. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
