Enemies Will Be Defeated

The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways - Deuteronomy 28:7.

Praise the Lord

Praises will cause our enemies to be defeated. After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.”  As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated - 2 Chronicles 20:21, 22.

Call upon the Lord

God will save us from our enemies as we call upon Him. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, And I am saved from my enemies - Psalm 18:3. And rescued us from our enemies, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:24. The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemies before you - Deuteronomy 33:27. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies - Psalm 23:5.

Offer sacrifices of joy

Let us offer sacrifices of joy and thanks to God for lifting us up before our enemies. And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of  joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord - Psalm 27:6. For the wicked one shall no more pass through you; He is utterly cut off. - Nahum 1:15. As waters break out, the Lord has broken out against my enemies before me. So that place was called Baal Perazim - 2 Samuel 5:50.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for saving us from our enemies and lifting us up before them. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

All Things Are Possible For Those Who Believe

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” - Mark 9:23.

The disciples were unable to cast out a mute spirit in a boy due to lack of faith. Then one of the crowd answered and said, “Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit. And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not” - Mark 9:17,18. He answered him and said, “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me.”  - Mark 9:19.

Jesus said to his father that all things are possible to him who believes. Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” - Mark 9:23, 24. If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you - Matthew 17:20.

Jesus commanded the deaf and dumb spirit to come out of the boy. He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!” Then the spirit cried out, convulsed him greatly, and came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said, “He is dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose - Mark 9:25-27. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them - Mark 11:24.  And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive - Matthew 21:22.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us in our in unbelief. Let us walk by faith and receive miracles. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Blessings Are On The Head of The Righteous

Blessings are on the head of the righteous - Proverbs 10:6.

Prayers heard

The Lord hears the prayer of the righteous. The Lord is far from the wicked but He hears the prayer of the righteous - Proverbs 10:3. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective - James 5:16. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry - Psalm 34:15.

Delivered

The Lord delivers the righteous from the wicked and all the afflictions. But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him - Psalm 37: 39,40. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all - Psalm 34:19.

Satisfied & filled

The Lord satisfies and fills the righteous with blessings even in the days of famine. The Lord upholds the righteous. The Lord knows the days of the upright, And their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied - Psalm 37:17-19. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled - Matthew 5:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to be hunger and thirst for righteousness. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Walk In Obedience

Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him - Psalm 128:1.

Observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses. Do this so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go - 1 Kings 2:3.

Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess - Deuteronomy 5:33.

If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth - Deuteronomy 28:1.

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful - Joshua 1:8.

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them” - John 14:23.

Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me” - Luke 9:23.

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you - James 4:7.

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God - Romans 8:14.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says - James 1:22.

Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray - Proverbs 10:17.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to walk in obedience to You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Let There Be Light

And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light - Genesis 1:3.

Light in our path

I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, And crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, And not forsake them - Isaiah 42:16.

Light in our hearts

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ - 2 Corinthians 4:6.

Light in our darkness

You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light - Psalm 18:28. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined - Isaiah 9:2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let Your light shine in all the areas of our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Do Whatever He Tells You To Do

His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” - John 2:5.

At the wedding of Cana

Miracle happened when the servants obeyed and did what Jesus told them to do. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim - John 2:3-7.

At Marah

Miracle happened at Marah when Moses obeyed and did what God told him to do. Now when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah. And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet - Exodus 15:23-25.

Do whatever He tells you to do

Miracles will happen in our life if we do whatever God tells us to do. If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth - Deuteronomy 28:1. Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess - Deuteronomy 5:33.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to do whatever You tell us to do. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Your Faith Has Made You Well

Your faith has made you well - Mark 5:34.

Woman with a issue of blood

But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth. And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.” - Mark 5:33,34.

Blind Bartimaeus

Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road - Mark 10:52.

Ten lepers

So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well.” - Luke 17:17-19.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Increase our faith. Let our faith make us well. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God's Chosen Vessel

For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth - Deuteronomy 7:6.

We are chosen by God to proclaim His praises. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light - 1 Peter 2:9. Let us praise God for choosing us and bringing us out of darkness into His marvelous light.

Paul is a chosen vessel of God to be as a light for gentiles.Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel - Acts 9:15. He was used mightily by God. God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them - Acts 19:11,12.

Let us thank God for choosing us as His vessels to bring salvation to earth. I have placed you as a light for the gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the end of the earth -Acts 13:47. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you - John 15:16. For many are called but few are chosen - Matthew 22:14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for choosing us to be Your vessels. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

He Who Promised Is Faithful

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23.

By faith, Sarah considered God who had promised her is faithful. And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise - Hebrews 11;11.

By faith, Abraham believed that God who had promised was able to perform miracles irrespective of his situations. And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform - Romans 4:19-21.

Like Abraham and Sarah, let us also hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering for He who promised is faithful. The Lord is trustworthy in all He promises and faithful in all he does - Psalm 145:13. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you - Genesis 12:15.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You as You are faithful to fulfill all the promises in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Lord of Peace

Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all - 2 Thessalonians 3:16.

Our God is not the author of confusion but of peace. For God is not the author of confusion but of peace - 1 Corinthians 14:33.  He gave us His peace which the world can never give us. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. - John 14:27.

Let us not be anxious about anything as the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds when we lay all our requests to God with thanksgiving. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7.

Let God’s peace rule our hearts. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful - Colossians 3:15. May the peace of God be with us always in every way. May the Lord show you his favor and give you His peace - Numbers 6:26.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Lord of peace. Fill us with Your peace in all circumstances. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Do Good

Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you - Luke 6:27.

Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men - Romans 12:17.

Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else - 1 Thessalonians 5:15.

But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also - Matthew 5:39.

Do not say, “I’ll pay you back for this wrong!” Wait for the Lord, and he will avenge you - Proverbs 20:22.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good - Romans 12:21.

If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For so you will heap coals of fire on his head, And the Lord will reward you - Proverbs 25:21,22.

For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people” - Hebrews 10:30.

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked - Luke 6:35.

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect - Matthew 5:44,45.48.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to overcome evil with good. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Here Am I

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”- Isaiah 6:8.

Be the salt of the earth

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men - Matthew 5:13. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one - Colossians 4:6.

Shine as light of the world

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:14-16. Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world - Philippians 2:14,15.

Go & preach the gospel to the world

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age - Matthew 28:18-20. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” - Mark 16:15.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We are here to be the salt & light of the world. Let us go and preach the gospel to all the people. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Do Not Love The World Or The Things In The World

Do not love the world or the things in the world - 1 John 2:15.

God wants us not to love the world or the things of the world but to love Him. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' there is no commandment greater than these - Mark 12:30-31.

We will have a form of godliness but deny its power if we love the world. There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God - having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people - 2 Timothy 3:1-5.

The love of money is the root of all evil. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows - 1 Timothy 6:10. We cannot serve both God and riches. No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon - Matthew 6:24. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him - 1 John 2:15. Let us love God with all our heart, mind and soul more than anything else in this world.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us love You with all our heart, mind and soul and not love the world or the things of the world. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

My Grace Is Sufficient For You

My grace is sufficient for you for My power is perfected in your weakness - 2 Corinthians 12:9,10.

No weakness

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13.

No fear

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind - 1 Timothy 1:7.

No worries

Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you - 1 Peter 5:7.

No sickness

I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you - Exodus 15:26.

Not alone

You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you - John 15:14,15.

Nothing is impossible

The things which are impossible with men are possible with God - Luke 18:27.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Your grace is sufficient for us in all our weaknesses and at all times. We thank You and praise You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Forgive Others

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you - Ephesians 4:32.

Our God’s love is so great that He forgives us and does not repay us according to our iniquities. If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?  But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you - Psalm 130:3,4. For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You - Psalm 86:5. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us - Psalm 103:12.

Let us love our enemies, bless those who curse us and repay good for evil.  But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you - Matthew 5:44. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing - 1 Peter 3:9.  And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors - Matthew 6:12.

Let us always forgive others just as Christ forgave us. Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do - Colossians 3:13. Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven - Matthew 18:21,22.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to forgive others as You forgave us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

May God Be Glorified

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God - 1 corinthians 10:31.

In love

And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins - 1 Peter 4:8.

In hospitality

Be hospitable to one another without grumbling - 1 Peter 4:9.

In using gifts

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God - 1 Peter 4:10.

In speech

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God - 1 Peter 4:11.

In serving God

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms - 1 Peter 4:10.

In ministry

If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen - 1 Peter 4:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us glorify Your name in all we do. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Our God Is Worthy To Be Praised

I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies - Psalm 145:1.

Our God is worthy to be praised. You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power - Revelation 4:11. Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise! - Revelation 5:12. Blessed be Your glorious name, Which is exalted above all blessing and praise! - Nehemiah 9:5.

Give Thanks To The Lord

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!- Psalm 107:1.

I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving - Psalm 69:30.

I will give to the Lord the thanks due to his righteousness, and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord, the Most High - Psalm 7:17.

Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:20.

With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord: “He is good; his love toward Israel endures forever.” And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid - Ezra 3:11.

I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High - Psalm 7:17.

I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds - Psalm 9:1.

Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and perform your vows to the Most High - Psalm 50:14.

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful - Colossians 3:15.

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name - Hebrews 13:15.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! - Psalm 100:4.

I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among the throngs I will praise you - Psalm 35:18.

Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.
Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy - Psalm 107:21-22.

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; his love endures forever - Psalm 118:1.

Sing to the Lord with grateful praise; make music to our God on the harp - Psalm 147:7

I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power - Daniel 2:23

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:18-20.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6-7.

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness - Colossians 2:6-7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for all You have done for us and praise Your name. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Be Patient

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love - Ephesians 4:2.

Patience with others

Let us bear with one another in love by being patient. He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city - Proverbs 16:32. Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly - Proverbs 14:29. Walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace - Ephesians 4:4.

Patience in affliction

Let us be patient in affliction for God to work at right time. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer - Romans 12:12. Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing - James 1:2-4. Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains - James 5:7.

Patience by waiting for God

Patience need waiting for God. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.Psalm 37:7. We also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope - Romans 5:3-4. Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes, wait for the Lord - Psalm 27:14. My soul, wait in silence for God only, for my hope is from Him - Psalm 62:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to be patient with others and in all circumstances. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God reveals Deep And Secret Things

He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him - Daniel 2:22.

The king Nebuchadnezzar told the Chaldeans that if they tell the dream and its interpretation, they shall receive gifts, rewards and great honor. The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, “My decision is firm: if you do not make known the dream to me, and its interpretation, you shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made an ash heap. However, if you tell the dream and its interpretation, you shall receive from me gifts, rewards, and great honor. Therefore tell me the dream and its interpretation” - Daniel 2:5, 6.

Daniel went in and asked the king to give him time to tell the interpretation. So Daniel went in and asked the king to give him time, that he might tell the king the interpretation. Then Daniel went to his house, and made the decision known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions, that they might seek mercies from the God of heaven concerning this secret, so that Daniel and his companions might not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon - Daniel 2:16-18.  God revealed the secret to Daniel in a night vision. Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven - Daniel 2:19.

God will reveal great and mighty things as we call upon Him. Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know - Jeremiah 33:3. Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets - Amos 3:7. For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God - 1 Corinthians 2:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for revealing us deep and secret things. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
