Sanctify The Lord God In Your Hearts

Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts - 1 Peter 3:15.

God sees the heart

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the heart - Proverbs 21:2. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart - 1 Samuel 16:7. I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings - Jeremiah 17:10.

Be pure in heart

Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart - Psalm 15:1,2. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God - Matthew 5:8.

Hide God’s Word in heart

Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You - Psalm 119:11. Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord - Ephesians 5:19. Create in me a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me - Psalm 51:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us sanctify You in our hearts. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God Calls Those Things Which Do Not Exist As Though They Did

God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did - Romans 4:17.

God called Abraham as father of many nations even when Abraham’s body and Sarah’s womb were dead. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations - Genesis 17:5. Abraham believed that what God had promised him would come to life. Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness - Romans 4:3. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed - John 20:29.

Abraham became the father of many nations as spoken by God. He became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” - Romans 4:18-22.

With faith, let us speak to things that do not exist in our life as things are possible with God. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen- Hebrews 11:1. For we walk by faith, not by sight - 2 Corinthians 5:7. For with God nothing will be impossible - Luke 1:37. And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak- 2 Corinthians 4:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of impossible. We believe that things that do not exist in our life will come to life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Be Humble

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls - Matthew 11:29.

Humility is very important in our life as God saves the humble, esteems the humble, sustains the humble, gives grace to the humble, hears the prayer of humble, shows favor, lifts up and exalts the humble. If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land - 2 Chronicles 7:14.

Blessings of humility

The LORD sustains the humble but casts the wicked to the ground - Psalm 147:6. He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed - Proverbs 3:34. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven - Matthew 18:4. Lord, you save the humble, but your eyes are on the haughty to bring them low - 2 Sam. 22:28.

Be humble

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love - Ephesians 4:2. He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" - Micah 6:8. This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word - Isaiah 66:2.

Be exalted

For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted - Luke 14:11. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up - James 4:10. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble"  - 1 Peter 5:5,6. The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life - Proverbs 22:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be humble in all we do. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

King of Glory

Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle - Psalm 24:8.

Our God is the king of glory. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth - John 1:14. The glory of the Lord is like a consuming fire. The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel - Exodus 24:17.

The heaven and earth are full of His glory. His glory covered the heavens, And the earth was full of His praise - Habakkuk 3:3. The whole earth is full of His glory! - Isaiah 6:3. The glory of the Lord protects us. The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard - Isaiah 58:8.

Nothing can be compared to the glory of the Lord.  For I consider the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us - Romans 8:18. May God’s glory be revealed in our life. The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together - Isaiah 40:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the king of glory. We thank You for revealing Your glory in us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Preach The Gospel

Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation - Mark 16:15.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile - Romans 1:16.

But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry - 2 Timothy 4:5.

And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead - Acts 10:42.

For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! - 1 Corinthians 9:16.

Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching - 2 Timothy 4:2

And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come - Matthew 24:14

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit - Matthew 28:19.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” - Matthew 9:37-38.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to go and preach the gospel to all creation of the world. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Blessed The Latter Days of Job More Than His Beginning

The Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning - Job 42:12.

Job's Faith

Job accepted the ways of God in his life by faith. Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised - Job 1:21. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?"  In all this, Job did not sin in what he said - Job 2:10. I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You - Job 42:2. I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You - Job 42:5.

Job's Prayer

Job interceded for his friends in the midst of sufferings. And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before - Job 42:10. Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you - Matthew 5:44. Pray for one another that you may be healed - James 5:16. God  restored Job’s losses double as he prayed for his friends.

Job's Blessings

The Lord blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the beginning. For he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys. He also had seven sons and three daughters - Job 42:13. After this Job lived one hundred and forty years, and saw his children and grandchildren for four generations. So Job died, old and full of days - Job 42:16,17.

Like Job, let us trust God, pray for others and wait patiently for Him to act in our life.  May God bless the latter part of our life more than the beginning. Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, And instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs - Isaiah 61:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us always trust You and pray for others. We thank You for restoring us blessing our latter days more than the beginning. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Walk With God

And what does the LORD require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8).

Enoch walked with God

Enoch was 65 years old when he fathered Methuselah. And after the birth of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and fathered other sons and daughters. So Enoch’s life lasted 365 years. Enoch walked with God; then he was not there because God took him - Genesis 5:21-24.

Noah walked with God

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God - Genesis 6:8-9.

Abraham walked with God

He said to me, “The LORD before whom I have walked will send His angel with you and make your journey a success, and you will take a wife for my son from my family and from my father’s household" - Genesis 24:40.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to walk closely and humbly with You every day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Sun And Shield

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly - Psalm 84:11.

The Lord God is a sun and shield

God is the sun and shield who gives us light and protects us. The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? - Psalm 27:1. He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him - Proverbs 30:5. He is a shield to those who walk uprightly - Proverbs 2:7. But to you who fear My name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings;  And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves - Malachi 4:2.

The Lord will give grace and glory

The God of all grace gives us grace and glory. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you - 1 Peter 5:10. My glory, and the One who lifts my head - Psalm 3:3. The glory of the Lord has risen upon you - Isaiah 60:1.

No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly

God who is the giver of good gifts gives good things for those who walk uprightly. If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! - Matthew 7:11. Light is sown for the righteous, And gladness for the upright in heart - Psalm 97:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for being our sun and shield and giving us grace and glory. We trust You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Keep The Word of God

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves - James 1:22.

Blessed

But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” - Luke 11:28.

Life

Keep my commands and you will live; guard my teachings as the apple of your eye - Proverbs 7:2.

Prosperous & Success

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8.

Great in the kingdom of heaven

Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven - Matthew 5:19.

We love God

If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him - John 14:23. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him - 1 John 2:4,5.

In God’s family

My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it - Luke 8:21.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us hear Your Word and keep it. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Holy Spirit Teaches Us All Things

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things - John 14:26.

We know all things as the Holy Spirit that dwells in us teaches us all things. But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things - 1 John 2:20. The Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God and reveals us His ways. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God - 1 Corinthians 2:10.

We do not need anyone to teach us. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him - 1 John 2:27. The Holy Spirit is our teacher who helps us and teaches us all things.

Let us receive the teaching of the Holy Spirit and His guidance. He will lead us and guide us into all the truth. When He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on His own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come - John 16:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for the anointing that leads us and teaches us all things. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Turning Someone Back

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently - Galatians 6:1.

Jesus came to save sinners

Jesus came into the world to save sinners - 1 Timothy 1:15. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance - Luke 5:32. For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance - Matthew 9:13.

Win souls

And he who wins souls is wise - Proverbs 11:30. Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins - James 5:19,20.

Joy in heaven

I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance - Luke 15:7. Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents - Luke 15:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us win souls by turning someone back to repentance. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

All For Good

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose - Romans 8:28.

God knows everything about us and our life from the beginning till end. Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure’ - Isaiah 46:10. Nothing happens in our life without the knowledge of God.

God will always do what is best for us. He opens doors that no man can shut. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut - Revelation 3:8. He will never open some doors for our benefit and protection. As we love God, all things work together for good.

The Holy Spirit will reveal us His will and lead us according to it as we pray to God continuously to know His will. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8. May we wait for God’s perfect timing in our life. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord - Psalm 27:14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for working all things together for good in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Humble Like A Little Child

Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven - Matthew 18:4.

Greatest in the Kingdom of heaven

The one who humbles himself as the little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” - Matthew 18:3. But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven” - Matthew 19:14. Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven - Matthew 5:3.

Be humble

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves - Philippians 2:3. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble - 1 Peter 5:5.

Be exalted

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time - 1 Peter 5:6. And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted - Matthew 23:12. Let us humble ourselves as little children and be exalted.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us humble ourselves like a little child in all we do. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Stop Worrying

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things - Matthew 6:34.

Worrying is waste of time

Worrying is not the solution to our problem but waste of time. And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?  If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? - Luke 12:25,26. We are more valuable to God. Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? - Matthew 6:25-27.

Give first priority to God

We will never worry about anything if we give our first priority to God. Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. - Matthew 6:31-33.

Pray & thank God

Instead of worrying about everything, let us pray and thank God for all He has done. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7. Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus - 1 Thessalonians 5:17,18.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Fill us with the spirit of prayer and gratitude instead of worrying. Let us seek Your kingdom first. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

You Will Not Be Put To Shame

Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame - Isaiah 54:4.

Wait for God

May those who wait for You not be ashamed through me, O Lord God of hosts; May those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel - Psalm 69:6. For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me - Isaiah 49:23.

Trust & Believe God

In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be ashamed - Psalm 31:1. Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame - Romans 10:11.

Look to God

Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame - Psalm 34:5.

God’s people

My people will never be put to shame - Joel 2:26. You will not be put to shame or humiliated - Isaiah 45:17.

God will never put us to shame as we are His people. In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be ashamed; Deliver me in Your righteousness - Psalm 31:1. In you, Lord my God, I put my trust. I trust in you; do not let me be put to shame, nor let my enemies triumph over me - Psalm 25:1-2. For the Lord God will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed - Isaiah 50:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for lifting us up and not putting us to shame. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Praise Be To The Lord My Rock

Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle - Psalm 144:1.

We are much protected as God is our rock

God Loves A Cheerful Giver

So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver - 2 Corinthians 9:7.

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you - Luke 6:38.

But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You - 1 Chronicles 29:14.

The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself - Proverbs 11:25.

Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase - Proverbs 3:9.

Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back - Luke 6:30.

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give - Matthew 10:8.

But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly - Matthew 6:3,4.

Open your mouth, judge righteously, And plead the cause of the poor and needy - Proverbs 31:9.

He answered and said to them, “He who has two tunics, let him give to him who has none; and he who has food, let him do likewise" - Luke 3:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be cheerful givers. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Ask, Seek & Knock

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you - Matthew 7:7.

Ask

Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete - John 16:24. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened - Matthew 7:8.

Seek

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:13. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you - Matthew 6:33. Those who seek the LORD lack no good thing - Psalm 34:10.

Knock

See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it - Revelation 3:8. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out - John 6:37.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us ask to receive, seek to find and knock for the door to be opened. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Isaiah's Vision

And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!” - Isaiah 6:3.

Vision of God’s glory

Isaiah saw the Lord face to face and His glory. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew - Isaiah 6:1,2.

Vision about himself

Isaiah recognized his sins in the light of God’s holiness. Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of hosts - Isaiah 6:5.

Vision of his ministry

Isaiah heard the voice of God calling him for His service. Finally, he obeyed the call of God and offered his life to serve Him. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me” - Isaiah 6:8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us grow in Your likeness and proclaim the good news. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Steps Directed By The Lord

A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps - Proverbs 16:9 .

Trust God

God will direct our paths as we trust God and acknowledge Him. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths - Proverbs 3:5,6.

Seek God

God will direct our paths and help us to go in the right direction when we seek Him. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:13.

Meditate God’s Word

God’s Word will direct our steps. Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me - Psalm 119:133. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path - Psalm 119:105.

God will give us a good future and hope as we let Him to direct our steps. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope - Jeremiah 29:11. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord - Psalm 37:23.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Direct our steps and lead us in Your way. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
