For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink’ - 2 Kings 3:17.
God told Elisha to make the valley into full
of ditches. Suddenly water came and the land was filled with water. Now it happened
in the morning, when the grain offering was offered, that suddenly water came
by way of Edom, and the land was filled with water - 2 Kings 3:20. God works in
ways we cannot see and all things are possible for Him. He turns a wilderness into pools of water, And dry
land into watersprings - Psalms 107:35.
Nothing is too hard for our
Lord. Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard
for Me? - Jeremiah 32:27. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring
forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And
rivers in the desert - Isaiah 43:19. As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with pools - Psalms 84:6.
God will make the wilderness in our life into
pools of water. I will open rivers in desolate heights, And fountains in the
midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, And the dry
land springs of water - Isaiah 41:18. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And
the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,
And streams in the desert - Isaiah 35:6.
PRAYER: Dear Lord. We thank You for making the dry areas of our life into springs of water. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
