I Will Praise You

I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works - Psalm 9:1.

Our God had done marvelous works in our life. Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things - Psalm 98:1. O Lord, You are my God. I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, For You have done wonderful things - Isaiah 25:1. I will show them wonders - Micah 7:15. Nothing is impossible for Him. With God all things are possible - Matthew 19:26.

Our eyes had seen marvelous things done by God and so let us praise Him. He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen - Deuteronomy 10:21. He does great things beyond our understanding - Job 37:5. It was your own eyes that saw all these great things the Lord has done - Deuteronomy 11:7. The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad - Psalm 126:3.

Let us praise God for ever and ever His marvelous works in our life. I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever - Psalm 145:1. Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s - Psalm 103:1-5.

Our God Whom We Serve Is Able To Deliver Us

Our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king - Daniel 3:17.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who were thrown into a fiery furnace emerged unharmed because they believed that God is able to deliver them. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire. And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king’s counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them - Daniel 3:26, 27.

God will deliver all those love Him and all who call upon Him. Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him - Psalm 91:14,15. For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help - Psalm 72:12.

Let us thank God our deliverer who delivered us. Worship the Lord your God; it is he who will deliver you from the hand of all your enemies - 2 Kings 17:39. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge - Psalm 144:2. He who is able to deliver us will continue to deliver us. He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us - 2 Corinthians 1:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our deliverer. We thank You for delivering us from all evil. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Power of The Tongue

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit - Proverbs 18:21.

Wise talking

There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health - Proverbs 12:18. In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise - Proverbs 10:19. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen - Ephesians 4:29.

Enjoy life & see many happy days

If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil - 1 Peter 3:10. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies - Psalm 34: 12,13.

Guard your tongue

Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles - Proverbs 21:23. But I say to you that every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgement - Mathew 12:36. Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips - Psalm 141:3.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to keep our tongue from speaking evil. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

You Will Eat The Fruit of Your Labor

Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours - Psalm 128:1, 2.

We are so blessed when we fear the Lord and walk in His ways as we will eat the fruit of our labor and blessings and prosperity will be ours. And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good? - Deuteronomy 10:12,13.  The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none - Deuteronomy 28:12.

Gift of God

It is the gift of God for us to eat and drink and enjoy the good of all our labor. Every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor - it is the gift of God - Ecclesiastes 3:13. It is good and fitting for one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him; for it is his heritage. As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor - this is the gift of God - Ecclesiastes 5:18, 19.

By God and not by us

It is only the God who gives us the increase and the power to get wealth and not by us. And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth - Deuteronomy 8:18. Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain - Psalm 127:1. Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight, declares the Lord - Jeremiah 9:23, 24.

Thank God

Let us fear God and walk in His ways and thank God for His gift to eat and drink and enjoy the good of all our labor. The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it - Proverbs 10:22. It is the blessing of the Lord that makes us rich and so let us glorify God by our work. Let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need - Ephesians 4:28. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men - Colossians 3:23.

Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil - Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be blessed by fearing You and by walking in obedience to You as we will eat the fruit of your labor and blessings and prosperity will be ours. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

The Lord’s Mercies

Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22-23.

Our Lord is merciful and abounding in mercy and through His mercies we are not consumed. The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy - Psalm 103:8. His mercies are everlasting on all those who fear Him. But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him - Psalm 103:17. The earth, O Lord, is full of Your mercy - Psalm 119:64.

Rich in mercy

God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us - Ephesians 2:4.

Abundant in mercy

For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You - Psalm 86:5.

Great in mercy

For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him - Psalm 103:11.

Let us thank and praise God for His rich, abundant, great and everlasting mercies in our life. For the Lord is good. His mercy is everlasting - Psalm 100:5. I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever - Psalm 89:1. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort - 2 Corinthians 1:3. Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever- Psalm 106:1. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life - Psalm 23:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your rich, abundant, great and everlasting mercies in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Guard Your Heart

Above all else, guard your heart for everything you do flows from it - Proverbs 4:23.

For out of the abundance of the heart, mouth speaks - Mathew 12:34.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil - Luke 6:45.

But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies - Matthew 15:18,19.

The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? - Jeremiah 17:9.

If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain - James 1:26.

The heart of the godly thinks carefully before speaking - Proverbs 15:28.

Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You - Psalm 119:11.

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says - Mark 11:23.

Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also - Matthew 6:19-21.

Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up - Proverbs 12:25.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid - John 14:27.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6-7.

Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from the God of his salvation - Psalm 24:3-5.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me - Psalm 51:10.

Blessed are pure in heart for they shall see God - Mathew 5:8.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer - Psalm 19:14.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to guard our heart as everything we do flows from it. Create us in a clean heart. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Go And Make Disciples

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age - Matthew 28:18-20.

Lydia saved and all her household were saved and baptized

The Lord opened the heart of Lydia to hear the things spoken by Paul and she and the members of her household were baptized. And on the Sabbath day we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who met there. Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us. She was a seller of purple from the city of Thyatira, who worshiped God. The Lord opened her heart to heed the things spoken by Paul. When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home - Acts 16:13-15.

Philippian Jailer and all his household were saved and baptized

The Philippian Jailer and all his household were saved and baptized when Paul & Silas spoke the word of the Lord to them. So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes. And immediately he and all his family were baptized - Acts 16:31-33.

Go and make disciples

Let us go and make disciples of all nations, baptize them, preach the gospel and teach them to obey everything He had commanded us and surely God will be with us always, to the very end of the age. Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature - Mark 16:15. And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give - Matthew 10:7-8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for being with us always, to the very end of the age. Let us go and make disciples, baptize and preach the gospel to the world. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

He Increases Strength

He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength - Isaiah 40:29.

God increases our strength when we have no might and He gives power to the weak. The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? - Psalm 27:2. The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped - Psalm 28:7. The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation - Exodus 15:2. We can go from strength to strength when God is our strength. They go from strength to strength - Psalm 84:7.

Like deer’s feet

The LORD God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, and He will make me walk on my high hills - Habakkuk 3:19.

Like eagles

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:31.

Like a wild ox

You have made me as strong as a wild ox - Psalm 92:10.

Like a lion

The righteous are bold as a lion - Proverbs 28:1.

My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness - 2 Corinthians 12:9.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our strength. We thank You for increasing our strength. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

What Is My family That You Have Brought Me This Far?

Who am I, Sovereign Lord, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far? - 2 Samuel 7:18.

David who was a shepherd became the king of Israel and so he looked back and acknowledged how God had worked in his life. Then King David went in and sat before the Lord; and he said: “Who am I, O Lord God? And what is my house, that You have brought me this far? - 1 Chronicles 17:16. The Sovereign Lord had brought us and our family also this far. What is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him? - Psalm 8:4.

Samuel set up a memorial stone and called it Ebenezer which means 'stone of help' in Hebrew and declared, “Thus far the Lord has helped us" as the Israelites had a great victory over the Philistine army. Then Samuel stood in their midst ”Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” - 1 Samuel 7:12.

God who had given us victory and brought us this far will guide us continually. The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail - Isaiah 58:11. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8. Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain - Psalm 127:1.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Sovereign Lord. We thank You for giving us victory and bringing us this far. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Grace Upon Grace

For from His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace - John 1:16.

We all have received grace upon grace from His fullness and the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant in our life. The grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant - 1 Timothy 1:14. We are saved by God's grace through faith and not by our works. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast - Ephesians 2:8,9.

In weakness

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me - 2 Corinthians 12: 9. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast - 1 Peter 5:10.

In ministries

With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all - Acts 4:33. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms - 1 Peter 4:10. God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work - 2 Corinthians 9:8.

Prayer: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your grace upon grace in our lives. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Who Delivers Us

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all - Psalm 34:19.

Daniel purposed in his heart not to defile himself and walked in holiness. He purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the King’s delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank - Daniel 1:8. He loved God and prayed three times a day. He knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before God - Daniel 6:10.

God delivered Daniel from the power of lions by His mighty hand. My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you - Daniel 6:22. Daniel was not injured when lifted out of the den as he believed God. Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God - Daniel 6:23.

God who delivered Daniel from the power of the lions will deliver us also from all afflictions. He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions - Daniel 6:27. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you - Isaiah 43:2. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one - 2 Thessalonians 3:3. The Lord preserves all who love Him - Psalm 145:20.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our deliverer. We thank You for delivering us from all afflictions. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Is My Shepherd

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters - Psalm 23:1, 2.

The Lord is our Shepherd. He feeds us and makes us to lie down in green pastures. He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young - Isaiah 40:11. I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel - Ezekiel 34:13,14.

The Lord is our shepherd and we are His sheep. I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep - John 10:14,15. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep - John 10:11. For He is our God and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand - Psalm 95:7.

Let us thank the Lord God our shepherd  who feeds us every day and follow Him. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand - John 10:27,28. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord ha       s laid on Him the iniquity of us all - Isaiah 53:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our Shepherd who feeds us and leads us. Let us hear Your voice and follow Your ways. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart – Psalm 24:3.

Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart - Psalm 119:2.

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh - Ezekiel 36:26.

Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart - Jeremiah 24:7.

I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them - Jeremiah 32:39.

Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You - Psalm 119:11.

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them - Hebrews 10:16.

A heart at peace gives life to the body - Proverbs 14:30.

I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be - 1 Kings 3:12.

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us - Romans 5:5.

Truly God is good to Israel, to such as are pure in heart - Psalm 73:1.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God - Mathew 5:8.

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water - Hebrews 10:22.

PRAYER: Create in us a clean heart. Let us draw near to You with a clean heart. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Tell Others How Much The Lord Has Done For You And How He Has Had Mercy On You

Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you” - Mark 5:19.

How much the Lord has done for you

God had done lot of great and mighty things that are countless beyond our understanding. For He who is mighty has done great things for me - Luke 1:49. He does great things beyond our understanding - Job 37:5. He does great things past finding out, yes, wonders without number - Job 9:10. The Lord’s right hand has done mighty things!”- Psalm 118:15. The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad - Psalm 126:3.

How he has had mercy on you

God's mercies are great and new every morning in our life. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22-23. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him - Psalm 103:11. But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him - Psalm 103:17.

Tell others how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you

Let us praise God and tell others how much the Lord has done for us, and how he has had mercy on us. Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts - Psalm 105:1,2. Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul - Psalm 66:16.

You who have done great things; O God, who is like You? - Psalm 71:19.

This was the Lord’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes - Psalm 118:23.

But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble. To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, My God of mercy - Psalm 59:16,17.

I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all                                                           generations - Psalm 89:1.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us tell others how much You have done for us, and how You had mercy on us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

God Who Gives Life To The Dead

God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did - Romans 4:17.

Jesus raised the son of the widow of Nain

And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her - Luke 7:12. So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother - Luke 7:15.

Jesus raised the daughter of Jairus

Now all wept and mourned for her; but He said, “Do not weep; she is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him, knowing that she was dead.  But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.” Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately - Luke 8:52-55.

 Jesus raised Lazarus

Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go” - John 11:43,44.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Lord who brings life to the dead. All things are possible for You. We praise You for bringing all our dead situations back to life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Taste And See That The Lord Is Good

Taste and see that the Lord is good - Psalm 34:8.

No one is good except our God. No one is good but One, that is, God - Mark 10:18. He has been so good to us. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for He has been good to me - Psalm 13:6. You are good, and do good; teach me Your statutes - Psalm 119:68. He is good to all. The Lord is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made - Psalm 145:9. He had turned our mourning into dancing and clothed us with gladness. You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness - Psalm 30:11.

We have tasted and seen that the Lord is good in our life in so many ways. His provisions and mercies are abundant in our life. Those who seek the LORD lack no good thing - Psalm 34:10. For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You - Psalm 86:5,6. He has been our refuge in time of need and a stronghold in the day of trouble. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold - Psalm 18:2. The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him - Nahum 1:7.

Let us give thanks to our God for His goodness as we have tasted and seen that He is good in our life. Give thanks to the Lord for He is good; His love endures forever - Psalm 107:1. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations - Psalm 100:5. And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord: “For He is good, for His mercy endures forever toward Israel” - Ezra 3:11. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 118:29.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You and praise You for we have tasted and seen in our life that You are so good. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Commit Your Way To The LORD Trust Also In Him And He Will Do It

Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it - Psalm 37:5.

Commit your way to the LORD

God's ways are higher than our ways and so let us commit our ways to Him. For as the heavens are higher than the earth so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts - Isaiah 55: 8,9. A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps - Proverbs 16:9. I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way you should go - Isaiah 48:17. Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways - Psalm 128:1.

Trust in Him

Once we have committed our ways to God, let us also trust in Him to act irrespective of our situations. Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help - Psalm 146:3. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God - Psalm 20:7. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding - Proverbs 3:5. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord - Jeremiah 17:7.

He will do it

As we commit our way to the Lord and continue to trust him, He is able to intervene in our lives and work out what needs to be done. For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass - Ezekiel 12:25. I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them - Jeremiah 32:42.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us commit your way to You and trust in You for You to act. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

With God All Things Are Possible

With God all things are possible - Mathew 19:26.

Water - Good Wine

There was no wine at the wedding of Cana and Jesus turned the water into wine. On the third day there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Now both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding. And when they ran out of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, “They have no wine” - John 2:1-3. Jesus said to them, “Fill the waterpots with water.” And they filled them up to the brim. And He said to them, “Draw some out now, and take it to the master of the feast.” And they took it - John 2:7,8. Every man at the beginning sets out the good wine, and when the guests have well drunk, then the inferior. You have kept the good wine until now! - John 2:10.

Five loaves of bread and two fish - 5000 fed &12 baskets of leftover

Jesus fed more than five thousand men with five loaves of bread and two fish and there were 12 baskets of leftover. Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted - John 6:11. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children - Matthew 14:20,21.

Empty jars - Full jars of oil

The woman who gathered empty vessels, poured oil into the vessels from her little bottle of oil as Elisha said and the flow of oil stopped only when no jar was left. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring. When all the jars were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another one.” But he replied, “There is not a jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing - 2 Kings 4:5,6.

Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think; to Him be the glory!” - Ephesians 3:20, 21.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, With You all things are possible. We thank You as You are able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Elohim: The All Powerful Creator

In the beginning God (Elohim) created the heavens and the earth - Genesis 1:1.

The first name of God that is listed in the Bible is Elohim which is translated God. The name of God Elohim means the All-Powerful Creator. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made -  John 1:3. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands - Psalm 19:1,2. He made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down - Psalm 104:19. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them - Genesis 1:27.

Abraham believed that Elohim, the All-Powerful Creator was able to create and bring life for him and Sarah out of the barrenness. He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed - the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised - Romans 4:17, 20-21. Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you - Jeremiah 32:17.

Let us thank our God, the All Powerful Creator, Elohim. God’s creative power which was at work in Abraham’s life will work in your life also. For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together - Colossians 1:16-17. As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things -  Ecclesiastes 11:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are Elohim, the All Powerful Creator. We thank You for Your beautiful creation. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday - Psalm 91:5, 6.

Like birds hovering overhead the Lord Almighty will shield Jerusalem; He will shield it and deliver it, He will pass over it and rescue it - Isaiah 31:5.

Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth - Psalm 124:6-8.

As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people both now and forever more - Psalm 125: 1,2.

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace - Numbers 6:24-26.

In The Morning

In the morning my spirit longs for you - Isaiah 26:9.

God hears us as we seek Him early in the morning. In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly - Psalm 5:3. But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning. For You have been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble - Psalm 59:16. We shall hear the voice of God as we seek Him early. Those that seek me early shall find me - Proverbs 8:17.

Abraham sought the God early in the morning. And Abraham went early in the morning to the place where he had stood before the Lord - Genesis 19:27. David chose to seek God early in the morning. O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land where there is no water - Psalm 63:1. Jesus prayed very early in the morning.  Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed - Mark 1:35.

Let us seek God early in the morning. I rise before the dawning of the morning, And cry for help; I hope in Your word - Psalm 119:147. Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life- Psalm 143:8. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22,23.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us praise You and seek You early in the morning. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Nothing Is Too Hard For Our Lord Who Had Made The Heavens And The Earth

Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You - Jeremiah 32:17.

There is nothing too hard for our Lord who had made the heavens and the earth by His great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for our Lord the God of all mankind. I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me? - Jeremiah 32:27. He gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did. In the presence of Him whom he believed - God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did - Romans 4:17.

God who gives life to the dead took away the reproach of Elizabeth among people by blessing her with John in old age as nothing is too hard for Him. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both well advanced in years - Luke 1:6,7. But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John" - Luke 1:13. Now after those days his wife Elizabeth conceived; and she hid herself five months, saying, “Thus the Lord has dealt with me, in the days when He looked on me, to take away my reproach among people” - Luke 1:24,25.

Let us thank the Lord who had made the heavens and the earth by His great power and outstretched arm as nothing is too hard for Him. Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts - Zechariah 4:6. For nothing will be impossible with God  - Luke 1:37. With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible - Mathew 19:26.  I know that You can do everything, and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You - Job 42:2.

PRAYER: We thank You as there is nothing too hard for You who had made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

I Am Your Shield

 I am your shield - Genesis 15:1.

The most High God is our shield. My shield is God Most High, who saves the upright in heart - Psalm 7:10. But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head - Psalm 3:3. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold - Psalm 18:2. He is your shield and helper - Deuteronomy 33:29.

God is a shield to all those who put their trust in Him. He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him - Proverbs 30:5. You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord; He is their help and their shield - Psalm 115:11. The Word of God is our shield. His truth shall be your shield and buckler - Psalm 91:4. You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word - 119:114.

Let us trust God and thank Him for being our shield. The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him - Psalm 38:7. The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, My stronghold and my refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence - 2 Samuel 22:3.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for being our shield and protecting us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Trust In The LORD Forever

Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock - Isaiah 26:4.

God wants us to trust Him instead of trusting man and our own heart. He who trusts in his own heart is a fool - Proverbs 28:26. Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, And shall not see when good comes, But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, In a salt land which is not inhabited - Jeremiah 17:5,6. Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help - Psalm 146:3. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man - Psalm 118:8.

We are so blessed when we trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit - Jeremiah 17:7,8. We will never be moved in any situations but kept in perfect peace as we trust in Him. Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever - Psalm 125:1. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You - Isaiah 26:3.

Let us trust in the Lord forever with all our heart and at all times. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths - Proverbs 3:5-6. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will act - Psalm 37:5. Trust in Him at all times, oh people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us - Psalm 62:8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to trust in You forever with all our heart and at all times. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Firm Foundation

Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation, A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily - Isaiah 28:16.

Jesus is our firm foundation and He is our everlasting rock. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ - 1 Corinthians 3:11. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock - Isaiah 26:4. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold - Psalm 18:2. For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? - Psalm 18:31.

Nothing can shake us when we build our firm foundation on the truth of Jesus and do what He says. Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall - Matthew 7:24-27.

Let Christ be our firm foundation for our life. He will never fail us. He will be the firm foundation for their entire lives. He will give them all of the wisdom, knowledge and saving power they will ever need - Isaiah 33:6. As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving - Colossians 2:6-7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for being our firm foundation. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Good Shepherd

I am the good shepherd - John 10:14.

No lack

There will be no lack in our life as God is our Shepherd. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake - Psalm 23:1-3.

Guidance

God who is our good shepherd guides us and leads us in right path. He will gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and gently lead those who are with young - Isaiah 40:11. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand - John 10:27, 28.

Let us hear the voice of our good shepherd every day and follow Him. But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, And will be secure, without fear of evil - Proverbs 1:33. For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls - 1 Peter 2:25. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes - Revelation 7:17.

PRAYER:Dear Lord, You are our good Shepherd. We thank You for providing us and guiding us. Let us hear Your voice and follow You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

God Cares For Those Who Trust In Him

The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him - Nahum 1:7.

Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you - 1 Peter 5:7.

Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved - Psalm 55:22.

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered - Luke 12:7.

See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hand - Isaiah 49:16.

The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace -Exodus 14:14.

God carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way that you went until you came to this place - Deuteronomy 1:31.

And I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandals have not worn out on your feet - Deuteronomy 29:5.

By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night. Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people - Exodus 13:21,22.

You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, And did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, And gave them water for their thirst. Forty years You sustained them in the wilderness; They lacked nothing; Their clothes did not wear out And their feet did not swell - Nehemiah 9:20,21.

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows - Matthew 10:31.

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? - Matthew 6:26.

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens - Psalm 68:19.

Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you - Isaiah 46:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us trust only You who cares for us. We thank You for Your loving care. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
