Our Hope Is The Lord

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord - Jeremiah 17:8.     

No fear 

            We are so blessed when our hope is the Lord as we will never fear or be anxious when situations are not good. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit - Jeremiah 17:8. Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God - Psalm 42:11. 

No shame

                We will never be put to shame when our hope is the Lord. No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame - Psalm 25:3. For you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord, my confidence since my youth - Psalm 71:5. But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love - Psalm 33:18.

God of Hope

                Let our hope be only on our God of hope who fills us with joy and peace and in whom there is mercy and abundant redemption. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope - Romans 15:13. O Israel, hope in the Lord; For with the Lord there is mercy, And with Him is abundant redemption - Psalm 130:7. I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope - Psalm 130:5. May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you - Psalm 33:22.  

For You are my hope, O Lord God - Psalm 71:5.

And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in you - Psalm 39:7.

My hope is in you all day long - Psalm 25:5. 

                                            

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of hope. Let our hope be only You in all situations and all day long. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
