Promise Keeper

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us - 2 Corinthians 1:20.

God’s promises never fail

God’s promises never fail. He is our promise keeper who keeps promisesGod is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act?  Does he promise and not fulfill?- Numbers 23:19. For no word from God will ever fail - Luke 1:37. Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled - ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭21‬:‭45‬. Not one word has failed of all His good promises - 1 Kings 8:56. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away - Matthew 24:35.

Give glory to God

Abraham believed that God will keep His promises to him. He grew strong in faith and gave glory to God irrespective of his situations. He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead (since he was about a hundred years old), or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah's womb. No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.  - Romans 4:19-21.

God is faithful to keep all His promises

Let us thank God who is faithful to keep all His promises for us. He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23. Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you - Genesis 28:15. With Your mouth You have promised and with Your hand You have fulfilled it - 1 Kings 8:24. I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them - Jeremiah 32:42.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Promise Keeper. We give glory to You and thank You for fulfilling all Your promises for us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Thank God My Protector

The Lord bless you and keep you - Numbers 6:24.

For surrounding us as shield

I will be a wall of fire all around her - Zechariah 2:5. Like birds hovering overhead the Lord Almighty will shield Jerusalem; He will shield it and deliver it, He will pass over it and rescue it - Isaiah 31:5. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people both now and forever more. Psalm 125: 1, 2.

For keeping us as the apple of Your eye

He kept him as the apple of His eye - Deuteronomy 32:8. Keep me as the apple of Your eye - Psalm 17:8.

For hiding us in the time of trouble

You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance - Psalm 32:7. For in the time of trouble  He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock - Psalm 27:5. In the shadow of His hand He has hidden me - Isaiah 49:2. Hide me under the shadow of Your wings - Psalm 17:8. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge - Psalm 91:1-4.

For protecting us from all harm

He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand;  the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm—  he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore - Psalm 121:3-7.

For protecting us from all diseases

You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place - Psalm 91:1-5. No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways - Psalm 91:10,11.

For protecting us while we travel

Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you - Genesis 28:15. The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore - Psalm 121:8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our Protector. We thank You for Your mighty protection upon us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Give Praise To The Lord And Tell what He has done

Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done - Psalm 105:1.

We proclaim our God to the world around us as we praise Him and acknowledge what He’s done for us. Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works! -1 Chronicles 16:9. Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known his deeds among the peoples; proclaim that his name is exalted -  Isaiah 12:4.

Jesus healed the man who was possessed by the legion of demons and told to go home to his own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for him and how he had mercy on him. When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid - Mark 5:15. Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed - Mark 5:19,20.

Let us praise and proclaim our God by telling the world what He had done for us. I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High -  Psalm 9:1, 2. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind - Psalm 107:15.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us praise You and proclaim Your name by making known among the nations what You have done for us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Devote Yourselves To Prayer Being Watchful And Thankful

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful - Colossians 4:2.

Devote yourselves to prayer

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God - Philippians 4:6. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you - John 15:7. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints - Ephesians 6:18.

Watchful

Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour? Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” - Matthew 26:40,41. Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer - Romans 12:12.

Thankful

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus - 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18. Give Thanks In All circumstances

Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus - 1 Thessalonians 5:17, 18.

God's will for us is to give thanks in all circumstances which means always giving thanks for everything no matter the circumstances. Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:19, 20.  Be thankful - Colossians 3:15. Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; Sing praises on the harp to our God - Psalm 147:7.

In the midst of  trials we can thank God as we know that all things work together for good to them that love God. We need to count it all joy when we fall into various trials. Count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing - James 1:2-4. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose - Romans 8:28.

Daniel prayed and gave thanks to God when he heard that whoever petitions any god or man for thirty days, except king, shall be cast into the den of lions. Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days - Daniel 6:10.

Let us give thanks to God in all circumstances as it is the God's will for us. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6-7. I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving - Psalms 69:30.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us give thanks in all circumstances for it is Your will for us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

His Love Endures Forever

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever - 1 Chronicles 16:34.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends - John 15:13

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness - Jeremiah 31:3.

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! - 1 John 3:1.

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved - Ephesians 2:4,5.

But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness - Psalm 86:15

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 1 John 4:16.

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 John 3:1.

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39.

The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. We love, because He first loved us. 1 John 4:18-19.

Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you - Psalm 33:22.

But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress - Psalm 59:16.

But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me - Psalm 13:5-6.

Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands - Psalm 63:3-4.

Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul - Psalm 143:8

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22-23.

Remember your mercy, O Lord, and your steadfast love, for they have been from of old. Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of your goodness, O Lord! - Psalm 25:6-7.

By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life - Psalm 42:8.

Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! - Psalm 115:1.

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands - Psalm 138:8.

As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! - Psalm 40:11.

Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul - Psalm 143:8.

Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love - Psalm 33:18.

He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord - Psalm 33:5

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever! - 1 Chronicles 16:34.

For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you - Psalm 86:5.

Make your face shine on your servant; save me in your steadfast love! - Psalm 31:16.

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love - Psalm 103:8.

For your steadfast love is great to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds - Psalm 57:10.

Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord, who has compassion on you - Isaiah 51:10.

I will be glad and rejoice in Your unfailing love, for You have seen my troubles, and You care about the anguish of my soul - Psalm 31:7.

The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease - Lamentations 3:22.

But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness - Psalm 86:15.

Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever - Psalm 136:26.

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins - 1 John 4:9,10.

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments - Deuteronomy 7:9.

We love Him because He first loved us - 1 John 4:19.

Baal Perazim

The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim. And they left their images there, and David and his men carried them away - 2 Samuel 5:20.

The Lord of Breakthrough

Baal-perazim means “The Lord of Breakthrough.”  David named Baal Perazim after defeating Philistines as God broke through the enemies. It serves as a testament to God’s power prevailing over the enemy’s strongholds. So David went to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there; and he said, “The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim. And they left their images there, and David and his men carried them away - 2 Samuel 5:20,21 .

Obedience

David always inquired of the Lord before going to the war and he was obedient to what He tells to do. So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David, “Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.” - 2 Samuel 5:19.

Let us thank God who brought breakthroughs in our life and rescued us from enemies. And rescued us from our enemies, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:24. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, And I am saved from my enemies - Psalm 18:3He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked - Psalm 97:10. He delivers me from my enemies; Surely You lift me above those who rise up against me; You rescue me from the violent man - Psalm 18:48.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Lord of breakthrough. We thank You for bringing a breakthrough in our life and rescuing us from enemies. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Faithful to all His promises

Our God is faithful to all His promises. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23. The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all He has made - Psalm 145:13.

Faithful in all He does

Our God is faithful in all He does. He is faithful in all He does - Psalm 33:4. He is faithful to protect us. But the Lord is faithful; He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one - 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

 Great is His faithfulness

God’s faithfulness is great in our life. Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22,23. For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies - Psalm 57:10.

Let us thank our faithful God for His faithfulness in our life. I will praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God - Psalm 71:22. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations - Psalm 100:5.

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness - 2 Corinthians 9:10.

Jesus sent Peter to the Sea of Galilee when there is a need to pay for taxes to collect it from a fish’s mouth. Nevertheless, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money; take that and give it to them for Me and you - Matthew 17:27.

Jesus fed more than five thousand men and there were 12 baskets of leftover. Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted - John 6:11. Be Grateful

Sing to the Lord with grateful praise - Psalm 147:7.

Be grateful to God

God wants us to be grateful to Him for everything even for all the little things. Ten lepers were healed by Jesus but only one came all the way back and gave Him thanks. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan - Luke 17: 15,16. So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? I Will Praise The LORD Who Counsels Me

I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me - Psalm 16:7.

God 's counsel directed us in the way we should go

I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go - Isaiah 48:16. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8. Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left - Isaiah 30:21.

God’s counsel guided us

You will guide me with Your counsel - Psalm 73:24. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path - Psalm 119:105. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way - Psalm 25:9. Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day - Psalm 25:4,5.

Let us thank God who guided us and directed us with His counsel. He will guide us continually. The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail - Psalm 58:11. For this is God, Our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even to death - Psalm 48:14.

Berachah

And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed the Lord; therefore the name of that place was called The Valley of Berachah until this day - 2 Chronicles 20:26.

Proclaimed a fast

Jehoshaphat proclaimed a fast for all Judah and waited for God’s direction as a vast army came to attack them. For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you - 2 Chronicles 20:12. This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s' - 2 Chronicles 20:15. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding - Proverbs 3:5.

Thanksgiving, praise and worship

Jehoshaphat led the way into battle with thanksgiving, praise and worship by appointing men to sing to the Lord and to praise Him at the front of the army. Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever” - 2 Chronicles 20:21. God caused the enemies to destroy each other and the people of Judah were delivered without even lifting a sword as they began to sing and praise the LordAs they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated - 2 Chronicles 20:22.

Blessed the Lord at the Valley of Berachah after the victory

Jehoshaphat and his people assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah and praised God after the victory of over Moab and Ammon. Berachah means “blessings.” And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed the Lord. God made them to rejoice over enemies and they went back to Jerusalem with joy. Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat in front of them, to go back to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord had made them rejoice over their enemies - 2 chronicles 20:26, 27.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us give thanks, praise and worship in all our battles and bless Your name after the victory in battle. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Rich

Great

Give Thanks To Him Who Alone Does Great Wonders

Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy endures forever: To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:3,4.

Our God is the God of great wonders. You are the God of great wonders! - Psalm 77:14. He had performed great wonders in our life that cannot be fathomed and miracles that cannot be counted. He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted - Job 9:10. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast - Psalm 33:9.

God did great wonders for the Israelites by making a way in the Red Sea
and a path through the mighty waters. I am the Lord, your Holy One,
The Creator of Israel, your King.” Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea
And a path through the mighty waters - Isaiah 43:15. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left - Exodus 14:22.

There is no one like our Lord who does great wonders. Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11. The world and all that is in it belong to the Lord; the earth and all who live on it are his - Psalm 24:1 I will show them wonders - Micah 7:15. Therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work Among this people, A marvelous work and a wonder - Isaiah 29:14.

Let us thank God who alone does great wonders in our life. We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks! For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near - Psalm 75:1. Remember the wonders he has done - Psalm 105:5. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people - Psalm 96:3.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of great Wonders. We thank You as You alone did great wonders in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
