The Mighty Name of Jesus

And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins - Matthew 1:21.

The Mighty name through which prayers are answered

                 Our  prayers are answered through the mighty name of Jesus. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it - John 14:13,14. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you - John 16:23,24. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them - Matthew 18:20.

The Mighty name through which demons are cast out

                Demons are cast out in the mighty name of Jesus. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover - Mark 16:17,18. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her - Acts 16:18. The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.”- Luke 10:17.

                  Let us praise our mighty name of Jesus that is above every name. Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father - Philippians 2:9-11.

 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace - Isaiah 9:6.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe - Proverbs 18:10. 

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved - Acts 4:12.

                                           Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! - Psalm 8:1.
