Judge Not

Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. Mathew 7:1.

God is our righteous judge and He will judge the world in righteousness. For the Lord is our Judge, The Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us - Psalm 33:22. He shall judge the world in righteousness, And He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness - Psalm 9:8.
Paul taught the Christians in Rome not to judge one another. So, then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Therefore, let us not judge one another anymore - Romans 14: 12, 13. We always do not want to be judged by anyone. In the same way, we should not judge others. Instead of spending time in judging others, let us examine ourselves.
We never know about anyone just by seeing their outward appearance. We should be very careful when judging others as we may go wrong. Only God knows the heart of each person. I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds - Jeremiah 17:10. Let us offer love to others instead of judgement.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our righteous judge. Help us not to judge others in any situation as we will also be judged with the judgement we judge. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Pray For Nation And All Leaders

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 1 Timothy 2:1,2.

Our God is the most High God and great king over all the earth. He reigns over all nations. God wants us to be intercessors for nations. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor – Isaiah 59:16. Let us pray to God for our leaders to grant them direction, guidance, discernment and wisdom so that we can lead peaceful and quiet lives.
Esther fasted and prayed to save the lives of her people as she understood well that God had a great purpose in her position. God has placed us in a nation with a great purpose. We have to pray for all the leaders to receive salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We should pray for all leaders who are in power that they would be always surrounded by Godly counsel to make wise decisions. Let us also pray for the prosperity, protection and peace of all nations.
God will hear our prayer for nation and heal our land when we humble ourselves and seek His face. If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land – 2 Chronicles 7:14. Let us discipline our prayer life to intercede for our nation and all leaders.

PRAYER: Dear Lord,  Help our leaders to identify the needs of people with Your divine wisdom and understanding. Make us to pray for our nation and all the leaders. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God Will Instruct, Teach & Guide Us

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. Psalm 32:8.
God promises us to instruct us, teach us and guide us. If we are willing to be taught by God and follow Him, He will lead us into His will and give us what is best for us. When we follow the instructions of God, we will have contentment, joy and peace in life. As the Lord is our shepherd, He will direct us to green pastures and we will not lack anything.
Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left - Isaiah 30:21. As God’s word is the light to our path, it will show us the next step of our life when we meditate the word of God every day. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path - Psalm 119:105.
There is no need for us to depend on anyone to teach us. When we abide in God, the anointing will teach us everything we want to know. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him - 1 John 2:27.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for instructing us, teaching us and guiding us in the way we should go. Grant us the grace to follow and obey Your instructions. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

EL ROI - The God Who Sees Us

She gave this name to the Lord who spoke to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me". Genesis 16:13.
Hagar was the first and only person who called God as El Roi, the God who sees me. As Sarah mistreated Hagar, she ran from her into the wilderness. Hagar was pregnant and she was in desert with great pain. God saw her pain, struggles and loneliness by a spring of water in the wilderness. God instructed Hagar to return back to Sarai and also strengthened her by His promises.
God heard her affliction. He promised her that she will bear a son called Ishmael and He will multiply her descendants exceedingly. Hagar experienced God’s presence and she gave a name to the Lord who spoke to her as El Roi, "You are the God who sees me". The well was called as Beer Lahoi Roi meaning the well of the living one who sees me.
God is always watching us. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good - Proverbs 15:3. He is the Lord who sees all our needs, The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men - Psalm 33:13. Like how God saw Hagar in the desert, He sees us and knows exactly what we need even before we ask Him. So, let us be of good courage as the Lord sees all our struggles and needs.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the loving God who sees us. We thank You for keeping Your eyes on us in all our needs and taking care of us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Encourage One Another

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
Joseph, a Levite from Cyprus was called by Apostles as Barnabas which means "son of encouragement". He sold a piece of property and gave the money to the Apostles to provide for the needy when he heard that many are suffering financially in the early church (Acts 4:36, 37). He also encouraged John Mark for the work of the Lord and inspired him to continue the ministry.
Barnabas was the first believer to trust that Paul was converted (Acts 9:19-30). He spoke up for the new believer and urged the rest of the believers to accept Paul. Paul was also a great encourager. Even though he was stoned to death at Lystra, he went back to encourage the believers there (Acts 14: 19-22). Paul encouraged the believers of Thessalonica and he also encouraged them to encourage one another. Paul’s epistles were filled with encouragement.
The best place for us to be an encourager is at our home. Our encouraging words to others can create a powerful impact in them and can bring a great change in their lives. There are so many ways to encourage people. We can encourage others by helping them, by our words and by the word of God. As we are called by God to be a blessing for others, let us look for opportunities every day to encourage others. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness - Hebrews 3:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to build others by encouraging them. Let our words and actions encourage others every day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Fear God

How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you – Psalm 31:19.
Fear of the Lord is the main  key for the Godly wisdom and long life. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom – Proverbs 9:10. We need wisdom in this world to lead a successful life. The fear of the Lord prolongs days, But the years of the wicked will be shortened - Proverbs 10:27. God has stored up abundant good things for all those who fear Him. Let us fear God by hating evil. To fear of the Lord is to hate evil – Proverbs 8:13.
When we fear the Lord, we are blessed and our descendants will be mighty on earth (Psalm 112:1). All our household will be blessed (Psalm 128). God also provides divine protection for God fearing people. Whoever fears the LORD has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge – Proverbs 14:26. When we have the fear of the Lord, we can enjoy riches, honor and life. Humility and the fear of the Lord bring wealth, honor and life – Proverbs 22:4.
As Joseph feared God, he was able to hold on his character and integrity. God gave him success in whatever he did. And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul - Deuteronomy 10:12. Better is a little with the fear of the Lord, Than great treasure with trouble - Proverbs 15:16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to serve You with a reverential fear. With the fear of God in us, let us lead a blessed life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Woman of Great Faith

Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour. Mathew 15:28.

In Mathew 15: 21-28, we see about a Canaanite woman whose daughter was sick and she wanted her daughter to be healed. She believed that Jesus could heal her daughter. She brought her problem to Jesus. She acknowledged Jesus as Lord, the Son of David. And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed - Mathew 15: 22.
Though Jesus did not answer a word to her, she persistently asked Him for help. When the disciples saw her, they told Jesus to send her away. She faced many obstacles in receiving God’s mercy but she did not give up. Although she is a gentile, she had a firm hope that Jesus would heal her daughter. Like the Canaanite woman let us also be persistent in prayer till God answers.
She also humbled herself in approaching God. But she came and knelt before him saying, “Lord, help me”.  But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs". And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table” – Mathew 15:25-27. She had a great faith that Jesus could heal her daughter. Jesus rewards her great faith by healing her daughter.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Increase our faith and let our faith be great like the Canaanite woman. Help us to be persistent in prayer and receive mercy from You in faith. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Be Humble

Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Mathew 18:4.
God loves the people who are humble and He gives grace to them. But He resists the people who are proud. Therefore, He says: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” James 4:6. When we humble ourselves and pray, God will hear our prayers. When our spirit is humble and contrite, God will look on us with favor. These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word - Isaiah 66:2.
When we cloth ourselves with humility, we will value others above ourselves. We can also easily forgive others if we walk in humility. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves - Philippians 2:3. God’s wisdom will be with us when we are humble. When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom – Proverbs 11:2.
As Jesus humbled Himself to the point of death, God had highly exalted Him and given Him the name above every name. Philippians 2: 8 – 12. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up - James 4:10. As a little child, let us humble ourselves and God will lift us up in due time. Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.  I Peter 5:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to humble ourselves like a child under your mighty hand so that You will exalt us in due time. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Arise and Shine

Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. Isaiah 60:1.
Arise
When we were dead to sins, God made us alive, raised us up and made us to sit together in heavenly places. We need to arise before we can shine. Therefore, put aside all the worries, fear and anxieties as it is time to rise up. God has a much higher calling in our life and so let us rise up and allow God to work in our life. Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion Isaiah 52:2.
Shine
We are the light of the world. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Mathew 5:16. Our light will shine before all people, when our actions reflect the nature of Christ.  Our God is the everlasting light and so let us follow God for our light to shine. I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life – John 8:12.
Arise & Shine
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery - Galatians 5:1. As Christ has totally set us free, let us stand firm and not be bound by the past failures. It is time for us to arise and shine to see the manifested glory of God. Arise and shine as it is the time to experience new life and ascend to the next higher spiritual level.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to arise and shine every day for your glory. Let our light shine before all people around us who are in darkness. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Jehovah Sabaoth - The Lord of Hosts

Their Redeemer is strong; the Lord of hosts is His name. Jeremiah 50:34.

Jehovah Sabaoth means the Lord of hosts or the Lord of armies. Sabaoth means armies or hosts. Our God is the Lord of hosts who fights for us and who is with us. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge - Psalm 46:11. And David went on, and grew great, and the Lord God of hosts was with him - 2 Samuel 5:10. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory – Psalm 24:10.
Hannah knows God as Jehovah Sabaoth
The name, the Lord of hosts first appeared in the Bible in 1 Samuel 1:3 which says that “This man went up from his city yearly to worship and sacrifice to the Lord of hosts in Shiloh”. Every year, Elkanah went to Shiloh with his family to worship and give sacrifice to the Lord. During that time,Hannah vowed a vow and said to the Lord of hosts that if He give her a son, she would give him to the Lord all the days of his life (1 Samuel 1:11). In due time, God gave her a son and she named him Samuel which means “Heard by God”.  Like Hannah let us call upon the Lord of hosts for all our needs.
David knows God as Jehovah Sabaoth
David boldly declared to Goliath that he comes in the name of the Lord of hosts and he gained victory over Goliath. Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied” - 1 Samuel 17:45. Instead of focusing on the circumstances, David focused on the Lord of hosts. Let us face all our enemies like David with the help of the Lord of hosts.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Lord of hosts who is with us and who fights for us. Help us to know You as Jehovah Sabaoth like Hannah and David in all our situations. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Open Door

I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door and no one can shut it. Revelation 3:8.
Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you - Mathew 7:7. When we come across the closed doors in our life, let us knock the door with prayers and it will be opened by God for us. No one can block the blessings that God has planned for us. For He performs what is appointed for me, and many such things are with Him – Job 23:14.
In Acts 16:22-27, we see that praises opened the prison doors for Paul and Silas. When they started praising God, the prison doors opened. God delights in the praises of His people. Let us delight God with praises and God will open the doors that are closed before us. Doors that are opened by God for us will give access to blessings, success, peace, increase, deliverance, good health, favor and opportunities
I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron - Isaiah 45:2. The Lord will go before us and break all hindrances and open new doors for us that no man can shut. As we praise and pray, all the doors that are closed before us will be opened by God.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for setting an open door for us that no man can shut. Help us to knock all the closed doors in our life with praises and prayers. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Be First Like Peter

You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. Acts 1:8.
Simon Peter also known as Cephas meaning stone or rock was the very first disciple called by Jesus along with his brother Andrew. He left his career as a fisherman and followed Jesus to be a fisher of men. Peter was the first to call Jesus the son of living God, the Messiah. He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”. Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” – Mathew 16:15,16.
Peter was the first to leave the boat to walk on the water to Jesus. Though Peter denied the Lord 3 times, he repented soon. After receiving the Holy spirit, Peter was a changed man. On the day of Pentecost, Peter stood up first and preached the sermon boldly. He was the first leader of early churches. Peter was the first to take the gospel to the Gentiles (Acts 10). Peter was also the first to initiate the plan for choosing a replacement for Judas ( Acts 1:15).
Peter was mightily used by God. People brought sick to the streets that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow them (Acts 5:14-16). In the first 12 chapters of the book of Acts, we see fully about Peter’s ministry. Peter also wrote the two epistles, I Peter and II Peter. Let us receive power by the Holy Spirit and be the first to do great things for God like Peter.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to receive power by Your Holy Spirit to be mightily used by You. Let us always be first like Peter to spread the gospel around the world. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God Is My Strength

The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills. Habbakkuk 3:19.
Deer is not a strong animal and it is always prone to attack by wild animals. But God has given them long and powerful legs and they never slip when climbing higher. God will make our feet also like the feet of deer to walk on high hills.
David says in Psalm 18:32,33 that “It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of deer, And sets me on my high places”. God is our strength when we are weak. When enemies try to attack us, He will make our feet like feet of deer and sets us on high places to be safe.
With God’s word as the lamp for our feet which are made like deer’s feet by God, let us rise up higher in life. May God strengthen us every day to navigate all the rough places of our life. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might -- Isaiah 40:29.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for making our feet like deer’s feet to walk in high places. Let You be our strength and shield when we are weak. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Wonders and Miracles of God

He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. Job 5:9.
Our God is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. We have a great God whose ways and thoughts are much higher than ours. Mighty are the wonders of God. You are the God who does wonders - Psalm 77:14. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame – Joel 2:26.
God brought Israelites out of Egypt with wonders. He led them through the wilderness miraculously. He fed them with manna. He provided them water from a rock. God’s love and protection is revealed in His wonders. So the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders – Deuteronomy 26:8.
God’s miracles cannot be counted. He is the miracle working God who had walked on water, multiplied the fish and the loaves, turned water into wine, split the red sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, healed the sick, made the blind to see and deaf to hear. God had performed many miracles in our life beyond our understanding. Let us praise God!!

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of wonders and miracle working God. We praise You for all the countless miracles that You have performed in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God Is At Work

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28.
God works all things in our life in unexpected ways. Let us wait and live by faith that God will accomplish the work perfectly. When we remember all the good things God had done for us in the past, it will be easier for us to wait when God is at work.
Joseph told the meaning of the dream to the cup bearer in prison and asked him to help him to get out of the place. But the cup bearer failed to remember Joseph. Let us never put confidence in man. Joseph was forgotten by the cup bearer but not forsaken by God. God lifted him at the right time. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time – 1 Peter 5:6.
We may have disappointments when things did not happen in the way we expected to be. But the perfect plan and purpose of God for us will never fail. When we love God, all things work together for our good. Let us thank God constantly even if our situations are not good. God who is at work will set us free soon and lift us up.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We believe that You are at work in our lives. Help us to trust You and wait patiently till You lift us up. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Faith Can Move Mountains

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Mark 11:23.
Hear:
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17.  In Acts 14:7-10, we see about a lame man who had never walked from birth listened to Paul as he was speaking. When Paul looked at him, he saw that he had faith to be healed. He called out, “Stand up on your feet”. The lame man was healed and he began to walk. Hearing God’s word produces faith in us.
Believe:
But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord – James 1:6,7. When Mary heard God’s word, she believed that word. Blessed is she who believed for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord - Luke 1:45. Let us believe that God will do everything in our life that He had promised.
Speak:
With faith in the promises of God, let us speak to the mountains in our life.  Faith can move mountains. It is written: “I believed ; therefore I have spoken. “Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak – 2 Corinthians 4:13. Let us have faith like a grain of mustard seed and say to the obstacles of our life that are like mountains to be moved.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to hear, believe and speak Your word into our situations. Let our faith move all the mountains in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God is Good

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good; His love endures forever. Psalm 107:1.
God is good all the time. His goodness surrounds us like a shield. He always has a good plan for us. His abounding grace is towards us and He is committed to finish all the good things He has started in us. The Lord is good to all – Psalm 145:9.
Taste and see that the Lord is good – Psalm 34:8. As we experience every aspect of God’s way in our life, taste and see that the Lord is good. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. James 1:16.
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose – Romans 8:28. May we declare every day that God is good all the time for us.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, we thank You for You are good to us. Help us to taste and see every day that You are good in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Put God First

What can I give back to God for the blessings He’s poured out on me. Psalm 116:12.
Giving first priority to God is the key to have God’s abundant life. Let us honor God with the first of our wealth. Everything we have is from God and so let us give back the best to God. Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be overflowing and your vats will brim over with new wine – Proverbs 3:9,10.
In 2 Corinthians 8, we see that Macedonian churches gave generously to God though they were in great trial of affliction and deep poverty.  Not only they gave generously to God but they first gave themselves to the Lord. And not only as we had hoped, but they first gave themselves to the Lord, and then to us by the will of God – 2 Corinthians 8:5.
Let us first give ourselves to the Lord and seek Him first in everything. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you – Mathew 6:33. Give the first hour of everyday to God. Before facing anyone in the world, spend the first hour of your day with God. Let us put God first in our life before anything else in our life.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for all the blessings You have poured out on us. Help us to give back to You by keeping You as first in every part of our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

In the Name of Jesus

Some trust in chariots and some in horses but we will trust in the name of the Lord our God. Psalm 20:7.
Protection:
We have divine protection in the name of Jesus. The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous run to it and are safe. Proverbs 18:10. Let us be righteous and run to the strong tower, the name of the Lord.  When we are in the safe hands of God, no enemy can enter our life.
Power:
There is power in the name of Jesus to break every stronghold in our life. All things are possible through the name of Jesus. His name is above all names. In the name of Jesus, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is the Lord. Holy and awesome is His name -Psalm 111:9.
Provision:
If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. - John 14:14. God has given us a great privilege to ask anything in His name. Let us bring all our requests to God by asking anything in His name. Instead of having trust in our own strength, let us always trust the name of the Lord for protection, power and provision.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to always trust Your name as there is protection, provision and power in Your name. Enable us to proclaim Your powerful name to people around us today. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The Battle Is Not Yours

Do not be afraid nor be dismayed because of this great multitude for the battle is not yours but God’s. 2 Chronicles 20:15.
In 2 Chronicles 20, we see that the people Moab and Ammon came to battle against Jehoshaphat. But instead of focusing on the battle, Jehoshaphat fixed his eyes on God. O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You. 2 Chronicles 20:12.
There may be battles that come against us in our life. Let us fix our eyes on God instead of the battle like Jehoshaphat. There is no need to fear as the battle belongs to the Lord’s. Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you – 2 Chronicles 20:15, 17.
Jehoshaphat sent his singers in front of the army to proclaim, ”Praise the Lord for His mercy endures forever” - 2 Chronicles 20:21. God turned their battlefield into the valley of Berachah. Berachah means blessings.  Whenever we face battles, let us praise God for it and stand still to see the salvation of the Lord. As the Lord is with us, He will fight all our battles for us. If God is for us who can ever be against us. Romans 8:13.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Lord who fights all our battles for us. Help us to fix our eyes on You and praise you instead of focusing on our problems. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Give What You Have

Give and it will be given to you. Luke 6:38.
In John 6, we see about a little boy who generously gave five bread and two fish that he had for his lunch to Jesus. Jesus gave thanks and broke the bread. All people ate and were satisfied. There were 12 baskets left over. God fed five thousand people miraculously with just five bread and two fish.
God cares about all our needs. He is the miracle working God. Let us surrender what we have and offer it to God. He is the Lord who blesses us and multiplies us. He always blesses us abundantly and exceedingly more than what we could ask for or imagine. Let us use the gifts and talents what God has given us for the glory of God.
Many of the people are physically and spiritually hungry in the world. Allow God to use us as a blessing for them. We are blessed by God to bless others and so let us be a blessing for others. Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over -Luke 6:38.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to give and bless others with what we have. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Call To Me

Call to me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3.
The Privilege of Prayer - Call to me
Prayer is an awesome privilege given to us to talk with the Almighty God. God loves us and He has promised to hear us when we pray. God expects us to ask Him everything in prayer as He wants fellowship with us. Ask and it shall be given to you – Mathew 7:7. Let us pour out our hearts to God to be united with the heart of God.
The Promise of Prayer – I will answer you
God hears and answers all our prayers. “I will answer you” is one of the great promises of God for us. David says in Psalm 34:4 that "I sought the Lord and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears". When we call upon God, He will deliver us from all our fears. If we ask anything to God according to His will, He will hear us and answer us. This is the great confidence we have when we approach God in prayer.
The Power of Prayer – Great and Mighty things
God gives us more than what we ask for. The power of prayer is that when we pray, God will show us great and mighty things which we never know. God’s thoughts are always higher than our thoughts. Beyond our thoughts and expectations, God will do mighty things in our life. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us -Ephesians 3:20.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for the privilege You have given us to ask You everything in prayer. Help us to expect great and mighty things to happen in our life for all the prayers we have prayed for. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Our Protector

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of Almighty. Psalm 91:1.
The love of God is so great that He protects us. God is our refuge, shelter and strong tower. He is our hiding place and stronghold. We are very safe and secure in the hands of God. The entire chapter of Psalm 91 is filled with promises of God’s protection for us. He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you will find refuge. Psalm 91:4.
God’s protection is with all those who trust Him. God surrounds us on all sides like mountains surrounding Jerusalem. Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people both now and forever more. Psalm 125: 1, 2.
God is our shield. Like birds hovering overhead the Lord Almighty will shield Jerusalem; He will shield it and deliver it, He will pass over it and rescue it - Isaiah 31:5. Let us access the secret place of the Most High God and no evil shall touch us. God always watches over us and guards us in all our ways. He will give His angels charge concerning you to guard you in all your ways - Psalm 91:11.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our protector. We thank You for protecting us, covering us and surrounding us always. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Value Yourself

So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him. Genesis 1:27.
How do we see and value ourselves? We may think that we are worthless, useless, and unlovable by everyone. But we are very valuable in the sight of God. God wants us to place value on ourselves. We should first love ourselves. Because God says that “Love your neighbors as you love yourself.”
We are made in the image of God. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:13-16. God had bought us with His own blood. We are the children of the most high God. “How great is the love the father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”- I John 3:1a.
We are chosen, blessed, loved, accepted, justified, forgiven and redeemed by God. We are victorious. We are head and not the tail. We are above and not the beneath. The enemy will try to make us feel very inferior and push us down. We should never allow such thoughts to enter into our mind as we belong to God. Let us value ourselves with great price and worth.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for creating us in Your own image. Enable us to recognize our value. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

You Are Set Free

When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.” Luke 13:12.
In Luke 13: 10 - 13, we see that there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her in the synagogue He called her and set her free. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “woman, you are set free from your infirmity.” - Luke 13:12.
Then He put His hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and praised God – Luke 13:13. She was mentioned by Jesus that she was the daughter of Abraham. For the first time in 18 years, she stood up straight and looked people face to face. Jesus set her free and gave her a new life. So if the son sets you free, you are free indeed - John 8:36.
Today we may be bent over spiritually, mentally and emotionally for years by various problems. But we are healed, made whole and set free by God as we are the children of God. Let us praise God. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free - John 8:32.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for healing us and setting us free from all our bondage. Let us always praise You and glorify Your name.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

God's Goodness

My people will be satisfied with My goodness. Jeremiah 31:12.
We are the chosen people of God. We are His people and the sheep of His pasture - Psalm 100:3. God has promised us that His people will be satisfied by His goodness. I will make all my goodness pass before you and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you - Exodus 33:19.
God is always good and everything that God does in our life is for good. God exactly knows what is good for us and He gives that for us. All things work together for good to those who love God – Romans 8:28. God’s goodness is great and beyond our comprehension. Remember His past goodness in our life so far and proclaim His goodness.
Be satisfied with God’s goodness in life and show the goodness of God to others as we are His people. He is the Lord who satisfies our mouth with good things so that our youth is renewed like eagle. Let God’s goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our life.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, we thank You for all Your goodness in our life. Help us to be always satisfied with Your goodness. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
