Give and it will be given to you. Luke 6:38.
In John 6, we see about a little boy who generously
gave five bread and two fish that he had for his lunch to Jesus. Jesus gave thanks
and broke the bread. All people ate and were satisfied. There were 12 baskets
left over. God fed five thousand people miraculously with just five bread and
two fish.
God cares about
all our needs. He is the miracle working God. Let us surrender what we have and
offer it to God. He is the Lord who blesses us and multiplies us. He always blesses
us abundantly and exceedingly more than what we could ask for or imagine.
Many of the
people are physically and spiritually hungry in the world. Allow God to use us
as a blessing for them. We are blessed by God to bless others and so let us be
a blessing for others. Give and it shall be given unto you; good measure,
pressed down and shaken together and running over -Luke 6:38.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to give and bless
others with what we have. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
