I will show them My wonders - Micah 7:15.
Our God is a wonder working God. For You
are great, and do wondrous things; You alone are God - Psalm 86:10. There is no one like our God in doing
wonders. Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in
holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11. He performs great
wonders that are countless in number. He does great things past finding out, Yes,
wonders without number - Job 9:10. He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed,
miracles that cannot be counted - Job 5:9.
God showed His wonders to
Israelites by delivering them from Egypt, guiding them by the pillar of cloud
and fire and providing them in the wilderness. And His wonders that He had
shown them. He divided the sea and caused them to pass through; And He made the
waters stand up like a heap - Psalm 78:11,13. He led them in the wilderness by
the pillar of cloud and fire. In the daytime also He led them with the cloud, And
all the night with a light of fire - Psalm 78:14.
God fed them with manna
every day to eat and provided water from the rock in the wilderness. He split
the rocks in the wilderness, And gave them drink in abundance like the depths -
Psalm 78:15. By great wonders, God led the Israelites from the bondage of Egypt
into the promised land. He will work great wonders in our life also. He will deliver us from all evil, guide us in His ways and provide us wondrously. You will have
plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord
your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed -
Joel 2:26. Let us praise the name of the Lord our God, who works great wonders in our life.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of
Wonders. We thank You for doing great wonders in our life. In Jesus name we
pray. Amen.
