A Godly Mother

Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her - Proverbs 31:28.  

Fears the Lord

Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised - Proverbs 31:30.

Submits to husband

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord - Ephesians 5:22. Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands - 1 Peter 3:1. The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. She does him good and not evil all the days of her life - Proverbs 31:10,11. 

Looks after the family

She also rises while it is yet night, And provides food for her household, And a portion for her maidservants. She watches over the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness - Proverbs 31:15, 27.

Builds her house

The wise woman builds her house - Proverbs 31:10.

Prayerful

For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me my petition which I asked of Him - 1 Samuel 1:27.

Kindhearted

A kindhearted woman gains honor - Proverbs 11:16.

Helps poor

She extends her hand to the poor, Yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy - Proverbs 31:20.

Noble character

A wife of noble character who can find?  She is worth far more than rubies - Proverbs 31:10.

Hardworking

She seeks wool and flax, and willingly works with her hands - Proverbs 31:13.

Clothed with strength & dignity

Strength and honor are her clothing; She shall rejoice in time to come - Proverbs 31:25.

Build others up

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen - Ephesians 4:29.

Trains the child

Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it - Proverbs 22:6.

Corrects the child

Correct your son, and he will give you rest; Yes, he will give delight to your soul - Proverbs 29:17.

Makes children to walk in truth

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” - 3 John 1:4.

Teach and speak God’s Word to children always

Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up - Deuteronomy 11:18, 19.

Teach God’s Word to children and grand children

And what other nation is so great as to have such righteous decrees and laws as this body of laws I am setting before you today? Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them - Deuteronomy 4:8,9.

Talks wise

She opens her mouth with wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness - Proverbs 31:26

Being an example

Be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity - 1 Timothy 4:12.

Loves the Lord

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength - Mark 12:30.

Loves others

Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another - Romans 12:10.

Seeks God first

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you - Matthew 6:33.

Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates -        Proverbs 31:31.
