We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do - Ephesians 2:10.
We are the workmanship of God created in Christ to do good works. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:16.
Be rich in good works
Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life - 1 Timothy 6:18,19.
Be ready for every good work
Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men - Titus 3:1,2.
Be zealous for good works
He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works - Titus 2:14.
Be careful to maintain good works
This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works - Titus 3:8.
May God make us complete in every good work to do His will. Make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen - Hebrews 13:21. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart - Galatians 6:9.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let our light so shine before men. Help us to be rich in good works, be ready for every good work, be zealous for good works and be careful to maintain good works. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
