Our Refuge

                              The God of Jacob is our refuge - Psalm 46:7.

• The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 18:2
• For You have been a defense for the helpless, a defense for the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall. Isaiah 25:4
• Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us - Psalm 62:8
•  O Lord, my strength and my fortress, My refuge in the day of affliction - Jeremiah 16:19
• God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1
• The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous runs into it and is safe. Proverbs 18:10
• I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!” Psalm 91:2
• Be to me a rock of habitation to which I may continually come; You have given commandment to save me, For You are my rock and my fortress. Psalm 71:3
• My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation. He is my stronghold, my refuge, and my savior—from violent people you save me. 2 Samuel 22:3
• Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge. Psalm 16:1
• As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him. Psalm 18:30
• Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! Psalm 34:8
• But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. Psalm 59:16
• He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings, you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4
• It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes. Psalm 118:8-9
• Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Proverbs 30:5
• The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him. Nahum 1:7
• How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings. Psalm 36:7. 
• For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Psalm 61:3,4.
• Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Psalm 34:8.
