When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place - Acts 2:1.
On the day of Pentecost, the Apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit when they assembled together with one accord in prayer and supplication. These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers - Acts 1:14. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance - Acts 2:4.
When Peter and John prayed with the believers in one accord, the place where they assembled together was shaken and they were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them - Acts 4:24. And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness - Acts 4:31.
Let us pray in one accord in unity and achieve the purpose of God. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them - Matthew 18:19-20. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!. It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing- Life forevermore - Psalm 133:1-3.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be in one accord in prayer and supplication. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
