Love God's Word And Meditate It All The Day

Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day - Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭97‬.

Love God's Word

         We need to love God's Word and have a desire for it as newborn babes. As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow - 1 Peter 2:2. Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart - Jeremiah 15:16. I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure - Psalm 119:162. I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food - Jonah 23:12. The law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands of coins of gold and silver - Psalm 119:72. How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth! - Psalm 109:103. I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, as much as in all riches - Psalm 119:14.  

Meditate God's Word all the day

          When we meditate God's Word all the day whatever we do will prosper. Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither. And whatever he does shall prosper - Psalms 1:1-3. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8. 

I will meditate on Your precepts, and contemplate Your ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word - Psalm 119:14-16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us love Your Word and meditate it all the day. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
