God's Promise of Peace

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.  I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid - John 14:27.

God had promised to give us His peace. The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace - Psalm 29:11. His great peace surrounds us when we love His Word. Great peace have those who love Your law, and nothing causes them to stumble - Psalm 119:165. He will keep us in perfect peace as we trust in Him. You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you - Isaiah 26:3.

God’s promise of peace will guard our heart and mind as we submit all our requests to Him with thanksgiving. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6,7. Let us give God glory and praise for the promise of peace that surpasses all understanding.

We can rest in the peace of God in every way even when the world is gripped with fear and worries. Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all - 2 Thessalonians 3:16. May the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit - Romans 15:13.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Prince of Peace. Grant us peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Salvation Comes From The Lord

Salvation comes from the Lord - Jonah 2:9.

Wait for the salvation of God

God is our salvation. The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? - Psalm 27:1. For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken - Psalm 62:1-2. He will save us when we wait for His salvation. I wait for your salvation, O Lord - Genesis 49:18. Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us - Isaiah 25:6.

Salvation comes from the Lord

God will show us His salvation in all our situations. Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more - Exodus 14:13. Let us stand still and see the salvation of God. With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation - Psalm 91:14-16.

Rejoice in God’s salvation

Let us be glad and rejoice in the salvation of God. Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation - Habakkuk 3:18. Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation - Isaiah 12:2. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation - Isaiah 25:9.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our salvation. We thank You for showing us Your salvation. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

All Day Long

In God we boast all day long, And praise Your name forever - Psalm 44:8.

Praising God

Praising God all day long changes our situations and open ways to miracles. Let my mouth be filled with Your praise And with Your glory all the day - Psalm 71:8. As for me, I will always have hope. I will praise you more and more. My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure - Psalm 71:14-15. Let us take off the spirit of heaviness and put on the garment of praise all day long. Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name - Hebrews 13:15.

Meditating God’s Word

God will make our way prosperous as we love and meditate His Word all day long. Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day - Psalm 119:97. Let us fill our mind with God’s Word all day long. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8

Gift of God

Each day is a gift of God. This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it - Psalm 118:24. Let us praise the Lord at all times and meditate His Word all day long. I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth - Psalm 34:1. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works - Psalm 145:5. I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being - Psalm 104:33.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us praise You name and meditate Your Word all day long. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Sets Me In A Broad Place

I called on the Lord in distress; The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place - Psalm 118:5.

God will answer us and set us in a broad place as we call upon Him in distress. He delivers us from the hand of enemies and sets our feet in a broad place. And have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a wide place - Psalm 31:8. David often fled to caves to save his life from Saul. As he was a man after God’s own heart, God delivered him and set him in a broad place.

God delivers us from our difficult experiences and sets us in a broad place as He delights in us. He also brought me out into a broad place; He delivered me because He delighted in me - Psalm 18:19. He is our deliverer. I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies - Psalm 18:1-3.

Let us thank God for delivering us and bringing us into a broad place. You provide a broad path for my feet, so that my ankles do not give way - 2 Samuel 22:37. He makes my feet like the feet of deer, And sets me on my high places - Psalm 18:33. He gives us rest from all our enemies. The Lord gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand - Joshua 21:44. I will also give you rest from all your enemies - 2 Samuel 7:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for delivering us and setting us in broad places. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Honor God By Thank Offerings

Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation - Psalm 50:23.

We honor God by offering thanks offerings to Him. I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord - Psalm 116:17. Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing - Psalm 107:22. Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; Sing praises on the harp to our God - Psalm 147:7. I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving - Psalm 69:30.

Let us come before His presence with thanks giving. Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms - Psalm 95:1-2. Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small - Jeremiah 30:21.

As we exercise our faith and offer thanksgiving to God, He will deliver us and honor us. Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High, and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me - Psalm 50:14,15. Let us thank God joyfully for all the great works He had done in our life. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We honor you and praise you. We offer thanksgiving and magnify Your name. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God's Promises

The LORD is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all he has made - Psalm 145:13.

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 2 Corinthians 1:20.

He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God,  and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform – Romans 4:20,21.

I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them - Jeremiah 32:42.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful – Hebrews 10:23.

Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed - Psalm 119:116.

With Your mouth You have promised and with Your hand You have fulfilled it - 1 Kings 8:24.

Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; everyone was fulfilled - Joshua 21:45.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God - 2 Corinthians 7:1.

Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells - 2 Peter 3:13.

And this is the promise that He has promised us - eternal life - 1 John 2:25.

in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, 3 but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior - Titus 1:2,3.

By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust - 2 Peter 1:4.

Now I am about to go the way of all the earth. You know with all your heart and soul that not one of all the good promises the Lord your God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed - Joshua 23:14.

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance - 2 Peter 3:9.

Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off - for all whom the Lord our God will call" - Acts 2:38,39.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We stand on Your promises. We believe that none of Your promises will fail in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God Gives Grace To The Humble

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble - James 4:6.

God lifts us up when we are humble. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up - James 4:10. He gives grace to the humble. Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time - 1 Peter 5:5,6.

God resists the proud.  Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord - Proverbs 16:5. Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall - Proverbs 16:18. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down - Daniel 4:37. The Spirit of pride is not of the Lord. For all that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life is not of the Father, but is of the world - 1 John 2:16.

God wants us to be humble. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God - Micah 6:8. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way - Psalm 25:9. Let us receive the grace of God and His guidance by being humble. Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble - Proverbs 3:34. For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory - Psalm 149:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to be humble and make us more like You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Healing At The Pool of Bethesda

Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked - John 5:8,9.

Jesus encountered a man near the pool of Bethesda who was paralytic for 38 years. The name Bethesda means house of mercy. Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”  - John 5:5,6.

When Jesus asked him whether he wants to be healed, he told that there was no one to help him instead of saying that he wants to be healed. The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me” - John 5:7. Jesus told him to rise up his bed and walk and the man was healed immediately.

Jesus commands him to stop sinning. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you” - John 5:14. Sin is a hindrance for healing.  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness - 1 John 1:9. Let us confess all our sins and be healed. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed - James 5:16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our healer. Forgive all our sins and heal us Lord. In Jesus; name we pray. Amen.

Great And Mighty Things Which We Never Know

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know - Jeremiah 33:3.

God will show us great and mighty things which we never know whenever we call upon Him. Only God knows all things in our life from beginning to end. God is greater than our heart, and knows all things - 1 John 3:20. The Holy Spirit will speak to us and show us His ways when we fast and pray. While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them” - Acts 13:2.

We may never know the traps of enemies unless God shows us and reveals us. When the Angel told Mary about the birth of Jesus, she wondered and asked how can this be. The angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God” - Luke 1:34,35. All things are possible with God.

Mary praised God for great and mighty things He had done in her life. For He who is mighty has done great things for me, And holy is His name - Luke 1:49. Let us also praise God for great and mighty things He had done in our life. When we call upon the all-knowing God, He had promised to answer us and show us great and mighty things which we never know.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for showing us great and mighty things which we never know. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

But The Lord Helped Me

You pushed me violently, that I might fall, But the Lord helped me - Psalm 118:13.

God is our helper. The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me? - Hebrews 13:6. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth - Psalm 124:8. I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth - Psalm 121:1-2. Our help comes from the Lord. The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation - Psalm 118:14.

God helps us and saves us from the hand of enemies. God helped the people of Israelites from the hands of Egyptians by parting the red sea. The wicked watches the righteous, And seeks to slay him. The Lord will not leave him in his hand, Nor condemn him when he is judged - Psalm 37:22,23. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies - Psalm 18:1-3.

Let us thank God who is always there to help us. Hear, O Lord, and have mercy on me; Lord, be my helper!” You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever - Psalm 30:10-12.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our Helper. We thank You for helping us in all situations. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Nehemiah's Prayer

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:13.

Nehemiah who was a cupbearer to the king of Persia, wept and mourned for many days when he heard that the wall of Jerusalem is broken and gates are burned with fire. He was a man of compassion as he wept and mourned on hearing the needs of people. So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned for many days; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven - Nehemiah 1:4. He fasted and prayed before the God of Heaven.

Nehemiah praised God and confessed the sins of people. And I said: “I pray, Lord God of heaven, O great and awesome God, You who keep Your covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments. Please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, that You may hear the prayer of Your servant which I pray before You now, day and night, for the children of Israel Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel which we have sinned against You. Both my father’s house and I have sinned. We have acted very corruptly against You, and have not kept the commandments, the statutes, nor the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses - Nehemiah 1:5-7.

Nehemiah spent more time in prayer and sought God for His direction before building the walls of Jerusalem. He prayed by holding on to the promises of God. Remember, I pray, the word that You commanded Your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations; but if you return to Me, and keep My commandments and do them, though some of you were cast out to the farthest part of the heavens, yet I will gather them from there, and bring them to the place which I have chosen as a dwelling for My name’ - Nehemiah 1:8,9.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Give us a heart of compassion and help us to seek your face for the needs of people. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Jesus Christ Is The Same Yesterday And Today And Forever

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever - Hebrews 13:8.

We live in a world that is constantly changing. But, our God is an unchanging God. I the Lord do not change - Malachi 3:6. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows - James 1:17.

Our God does not change like a man who changes his mind. His mind does not change. He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a man, that he should change his mind - 1 Samuel 15:29. All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away, But the word of the Lord endures forever - 1 Peter 1:24,25.

God’s purposes for our life will never change. The plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations - Psalm 33:11. The LORD Almighty has sworn, ‘Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand’ - Isaiah 14:24. Let us thank God who is the same yesterday, today and forever.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for being the same yesterday, today and forever. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The LORD is my strength and my shield; in Him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him - Psalm 28:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to trust You at all times. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Lord forgives us, heals us, redeems us, crowns us, satisfies us and renews us. Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s - Psalm 103:2.  Let our soul bless the Lord and bless His holy name and not forget all His benefits.

He forgives all our iniquities

God forgives and forgets all our sins, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins - Isaiah 43:25.

He heals all our diseases & redeems our life from destruction

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:31.

God's Set Time

You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come - Psalm 102:13.

God blessed Abraham and Sarah in their old age with a son at His set time. Nothing is too hard for Him. Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son - Genesis 18:14. But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year - Genesis 17:21. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him - Genesis 21:2.

God makes everything beautiful in His time. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end - Ecclesiastes 3:11. His Word never fails. For I am the Lord. I speak, and the word which I speak will come to pass; it will no more be postponed; for in your days, O rebellious house, I will say the word and perform it,” says the Lord God  - Ezekiel 12:25.

Let us wait and trust God as every promise of God will be fulfilled in our life at His set time. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because; it will surely come, It will not tarry - Habakkuk 2:3. God’s set time for favor in our life has come now. May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us - yes, establish the work of our hands - Psalm 90:17.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your favor in our life in Your set time. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Shine As Lights

Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world - Philippians 2:14,15.

We are called to shine as lights in the world in the midst of crooked and perverse generation. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Matthew 5:16. We are the light of the world. I am the light of the world - John 9:5.

Let our light shine through our words and deeds. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them - Ephesians 5:8-11.

Let our light shine brighter before all men. Let us arise and shine for the glory of God. Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising - Isaiah 60:1, 3. Let us keep shining as lights in this world.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us shine as lights in the world. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Who teaches Us The Best

I am the Lord your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go - Isaiah 48:17.

We are so blessed to be taught and instructed by a great teacher who is our God. Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, And teach out of Your law - Psalm 94:12. He teaches us, instructs us, leads us and guides us in the way that is best for us. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8.

God will teach us His paths when we wait upon Him. Make me know Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day - Psalm 25:4-5. Who is the man that fears the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses - Psalm 25:12. Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground - Psalm 143:10.

The anointing that abides in us will teach us all things. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him - 1 John 2:27. The Holy Spirit is our teacher who instructs us, teaches us and trains us. The Spirit, will teach you all things - John 14:26.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our great teacher. We thank You for teaching us all things. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God’s Word Produces Fruit

But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience - Luke 8:15.

God’s Word produces fruit in our life. We bear much fruit as we abide in God and God’s Word abides in us. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples - John 15:7-8.

God’s Word always produce fruit and will accomplish what it was sent to do. The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it - Isaiah 55:10,11.

Let us keep receiving God’s Word that produces fruit in our life day by day. But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty - Matthew 13:23. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions - Psalm 107:20.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your Word which is the daily bread that produces fruit in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Beauty For Ashes

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified - Isaiah 61:3.

God who makes everything beautiful in His time brings beauty for ashes. He fills our life with good things. He has filled the hungry with good things - Luke 1:53. The old has gone and new has come. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new - 2 Corinthians 5:17. The things which are impossible with men are possible with God - Luke 18:27.

All things are possible with God and all things work for good in our life. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose - Romans 8:28. God brings beauty for ashes. The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress, the pine, and the box tree together, To beautify the place of My sanctuary; And I will make the place of My feet glorious – Isaiah 60:13.

Let us thank God who transforms our broken lives into a vessel of honor and beauty. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For the Lord delights in you, And your land shall be married - Isaiah 62:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for bringing beauty for ashes in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you - Psalm 86:5.

When I thought, “My foot slips,” your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up - Psalm 94:18.

Make your face shine on your servant; save me in your steadfast love! - Psalm 31:16.

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love - Psalm 103:8.

For your steadfast love is great to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds - Psalm 57:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your unceasing steadfast love towards us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Hindrances To Healing

For I am the Lord who heals you - Exodus 15:26.

God is our healer. His will for us is to live in a perfect health. Unforgiveness, unbelief and unconfessed sins are the main hindrances for God to heal us.

Unforgiveness

Forgiveness opens up the way for God to heal us. For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins - Matthew 6:14,15.

Unbelief

Lack of faith is a hindrance for healing. He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. He was amazed at their lack of faith - Mark 6:5,6. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven - James 5:15.

Unconfessed sins

God will heal us when we confess our sins. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed - James 5:16. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness - 1 John 1:9.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us forgive others as you forgave us. Help us to have a great faith. We confess all our sins. Heal us oh Lord!! In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Confidence In God

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us - 1 John 5:14.

The confidence we have in God is that if we ask anything according to His will. He hears us. He is the God who hears and answers our prayers. We will receive grace and mercy in time of need as we draw near to God with confidence. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need- Hebrews 4:16. Let us pray to God with confidence.

David was a man with complete confidence in God. The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? - Psalm 27:1. I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken - Psalm 16:8. I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living - Psalm 27:13.

Let our confidence be always in God and not in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man - Psalm 118:8. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13. Let us draw near to God with confidence that He who has begun a good work will complete it. Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ - Philippians 1:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us always remain confident in You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
