The Promise Keeper

With Your mouth You have promised and with Your hand You have fulfilled it - 1 Kings 8:24.

Our God is faithful to keep all His promises. He who promised is faithful - Hebrews 10:23. He is the promise keeper. His promises never fail. And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed - Joshua 23:14. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us - 2 Corinthians 1:20. Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; everyone was fulfilled - Joshua 21:45.

God promised to Moses that He will deliver the Israelites from the slavery of Egypt. Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment - Exodus 6:6. God fulfilled His promise by delivering the Israelites from slavery in Egypt after 430 years of captivity. And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years - on that very same day - it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt - Exodus 12:41.

God will fulfill all His promises in our life. The LORD is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all he has made - Psalm 145:13. The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled” - Jeremiah 1:12. He will never leave us nor forsake us until He had done what He had promised. Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you - Genesis 28:15.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Promise Keeper. We thank You for fulfilling all Your promises in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
