But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience - Luke 8:15.
God’s Word produces fruit in our
life. We bear much fruit as we abide in God and God’s Word abides in us. If you
abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it
shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much
fruit; so you will be My disciples - John 15:7-8.
God’s Word always produce fruit and will accomplish what it was sent to
do. The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to
water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and
bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always
produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper
everywhere I send it - Isaiah 55:10,11.
Let us keep receiving God’s Word that produces
fruit in our life day by day. But he who received seed on the good ground is he
who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces:
some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty - Matthew 13:23. He sent His word
and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions - Psalm 107:20.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for
Your Word which is the daily bread that produces fruit in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
