I Will Praise You, O Lord

I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of your wonders - Psalm 9:1.

1. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised - Psalm 48:1.

2. Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous: for praise from the upright is beautiful - Psalm 33:1.

3. Let the people praise You, O God; let all the people praise You - Psalm 67:3.

4. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! -  Psalm 107:8.

5. Seven times a day do I praise You because of Your righteous judgments - Psalm 119:164.

6. Every day will I bless You; and I will praise Your name for ever and ever - Psalm 145:2.

7. Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! While I live I will praise the Lord; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being - Psalm146:1, 2.

8. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand - Psalm 149:6.

9. Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom - Psalm 145:3.

10. My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long - Psalm 71:8.

11. Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise - Jeremiah 17:14.

12. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue - Psalm 66:17.

13. I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws - Psalm 119:7.

14. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well - Psalm 139:14.

15. Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done - Psalm 105:1.

16. In God we boast all day long, and praise Your name forever - Psalm 44:8. 

17. I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High - Psalm 7:17. 

18. Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever - Psalm 145:2.

19. He has put a new song in my mouth - Praise to our God - Psalm 40:3.

20. It is good to sing praises to God. Praise the Lord, How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise him! - Psalm 147:1.

21. Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name - Psalm 103:1.     

22. All the earth shall worship You And sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name - Psalm 66:4. 

                                                           

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We praise You with all our heart and lift Your name on high. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Sowing & Reaping

For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap - Galatians 6:7. 

Sow bountifully

            We will reap bountifully when we sow bountifully. But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully - 2 Corinthians 9:6. The same measure what we use will be measured back to us. Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you - Luke 6:38. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you - Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬. 

Sow righteousness

             We will have a sure reward when we sow righteousness. He who sows righteousness will have a sure reward - Proverbs‬ ‭11‬:‭18‬. Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, For they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, For the reward of his hands shall be given him - Isaiah‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬-‭11‬. Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy - Hosea‬ ‭10‬:‭12‬.

Reap what you sow

            And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart - Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬. He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him - Psalm 126:5,6. For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works - Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭27.                                                           

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to sow bountifully and reap bountifully. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Quietness And Confidence

In quietness and confidence shall be your strength - Isaiah‬ ‭30‬:‭15‬.

Quietness

            But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content - Psalm 131:2. Your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight - 1 Peter 3:3-4. Be still, and know that I am God - Psalm 46:10. My soul, wait in silence for God only, For my hope is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation, My stronghold; I shall not be shaken - Psalm 62:5-6. Be silent in the LORD’s presence and wait patiently for him - Psalm 37:7. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still - Exodus 14:14. 

Confidence

            God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation - Isaiah 12:2. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths - Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us - Psalm 62:8.

Quietness And Confidence

            In every situation, let us turn to the Lord quietly and confidently, and wait for Him to do great things as our strength is in quietness and confidence. Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls - Matthew 11:28,29. Blessed are all those who wait for Him - Isaiah 30:18.                                                                

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to be quiet and confident in all situations. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. 

Love God's Word And Meditate It All The Day

Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day - Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭97‬.

Love God's Word

         We need to love God's Word and have a desire for it as newborn babes. As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow - 1 Peter 2:2. Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart - Jeremiah 15:16. I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure - Psalm 119:162. I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food - Jonah 23:12. The law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands of coins of gold and silver - Psalm 119:72. How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth! - Psalm 109:103. I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, as much as in all riches - Psalm 119:14.  

Meditate God's Word all the day

          When we meditate God's Word all the day whatever we do will prosper. Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither. And whatever he does shall prosper - Psalms 1:1-3. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8. 

I will meditate on Your precepts, and contemplate Your ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word - Psalm 119:14-16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us love Your Word and meditate it all the day. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Praise The Lord

  Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord! - Psalm 150:6. 

            We are created by God to declare His praises. This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise - Isaiah 43:21. Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done - Psalm 105:1. He has put a new song in my mouth - Praise to our God - Psalm 40:3. Let the people praise You, O God; let all the people praise You - Psalm 67:3. The Lord is great and most worthy of praise. Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom - Psalm 145:3. 

            God's goodness is great and His works are marvelous in our life and so let us praise the Lord. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! -  Psalm 107:8. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well - Psalm 139:14. I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of your wonders - Psalm 9:1.

                 Let us praise the Lord everyday and forever. My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long - Psalm 71:8. Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! While I live I will praise the Lord; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being - Psalm146:1, 2. Every day will I bless You; and I will praise Your name for ever and ever - Psalm 145:2.                                                       

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for creating us to declare Your praises. We praise You all the day and forever. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

The Lord Will Guide You Continually

The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail - Isaiah 58:11.

I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go - Isaiah 48:17. 

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8. 

He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way - Psalm 25:9. 

You will guide me with Your counsel - Psalm 73:24.

Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path - Psalm 119:105.

Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day - Psalm 25:4,5.

For He is our God and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand - Psalm 95:7.

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand - John 10:27,28.

He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young - Isaiah 40:11.For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls - 1 Peter 2:25.             

However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth - John 16:13.

The Spirit, will teach you all things - John 14:26.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God - Romans 8:14. 

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me - John 10:27.

Letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace - Romans 8:6. 

Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day - Psalm 25:4,5. 

For this is God, Our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even to death - Psalm 48:14.

Ask And It Will Be Given To you

Ask, and it will be given to you - Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭7‬.

Ask God

You do not have because you do not ask God - ‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭2‬.

Remain in God

 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you - John‬ ‭15‬:‭7‬.

Believe God

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them - Mark‬ ‭11‬:‭24.

keep His commandments

And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight - 1 John 3:22. 

Ask according to His will

 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him - 1 John 5:14-15.

Ask nations

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance - Psalms 2:7.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!  - Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭11‬.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for giving us everything as we ask You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Keep Your Tongue From Evil

Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭13.

                     We need to keep our tongue from evil as we have to give account of every word we speak. But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment - Matthew 12:36. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen - Ephesians 4:29.    

               Let our words be filled with grace and build others up. Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones - Proverbs 16:24. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one - Colossians 4:6. The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit - Proverbs 15:4.

                  Let the words of our mouth be acceptable in the sight of God. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer - Psalm 19:14. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord - Psalm 145:21. Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:19,20.                                                              

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to keep our tongue from evil. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Blessings of God For All Those Who Seek Him

They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob - Psalm 24:5-6.

The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing - Psalm 34:10

And without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him - Hebrews 11:6.

The LORD is good to them that wait for him, to the soul that seeks him - Lamentations 3:25.

And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You - Psalm 9:10.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you - Matthew 6:33. And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭9‬:‭10‬.

But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul  - ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭4‬:‭29‬ .

For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened - ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭8‬ 

Seek His will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take - Proverbs 3:6.

Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the LORD understand all things - Proverbs 28:5.

Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always - Psalm 105:3-4.

Let the heart of those who seek the Lord be glad - 1 Chronicles 16:10.

Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, “The LORD be magnified!” - Psalm 40:16.

But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you may those who long for your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!” - Psalm 70:4.

I love those who love me, and those who diligently seek me will find me - Proverbs 8:17.

But from there, you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul - Deuteronomy 4:29.

So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you - Luke 11:9-10.

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart - Jeremiah 29:13.

 How blessed are those who observe His testimonies, who seek Him with all their heart? - Psalm 119:2.                                                     

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us seek Your face always. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

In Spirit And Truth

 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth‭‭ - John‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬.

            God is Spirit and He wants us to worship Him truly in spirit and truth. True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him - John 4:23. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker - Psalm 95:6.

Worship in spirit 

               For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God - Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭14‬. Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God - ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬-‭21‬.

Worship in truth 

                These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me - Matthew‬ ‭15‬:‭8‬. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service - ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1.                                                                    

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us worship You in Spirit and truth. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

A Cloud As Small As A Man’s Hand

 There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea - 1 Kings 18:44.

                   God told Elijah that He will send rain to earth. And it came to pass after many days that the word of the Lord came to Elijah, in the third year, saying, “Go, present yourself to Ahab, and I will send rain on the earth.” - 1 Kings 18:1. Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees,  and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea - 1 kings 18:41,42.

                 Elijah never gave up, because God had spoken and so he told his servant to look toward the sea for seven times. In the seventh time, the servant told that there is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea and then there was a heavy rain. So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again” - 1 King 18:43. Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you’” - 1 King 18:44. Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain - 1 King 18:45.

                 Let us never give up but pray with expectation like Elijah as every promise of God's Word will be fulfilled. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit - James 5:16-18. You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink. And this is a simple matter in the sight of the Lord - 2 Kings 3:17,18.

                                                                   

PRAYER: You are the promise keeping God. Help us to pray in faith with expectation. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

You Are My Hiding Place

 You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word. - Psalm 119:114.

                        God is our hiding place. He hides us in the shadow of His hand. And He has made My mouth like a sharp sword; In the shadow of His hand He has hidden Me, And made Me a polished shaft; In His quiver He has hidden Me - Isaiah 49:2. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty - Psalm 91:1. The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand - Psalm 121:5. I will be a wall of fire all around her - Zechariah 2:5. Our life is hidden with Christ in God. Your life is hidden with Christ in God - Colossians 3:3.

                We are protected from all troubles as God is our hiding place. You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance – Psalm 32:7. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock - Psalm 27:5. The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him - Nahum 1:7.

                Let us thank God who hides us from all the secret plots of the wicked. Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity - Psalm 64:2. You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the plots of man - Psalm 31:20. Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings - Psalm 17:8.

                                                                           

 

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You and praise You. You are our hiding place. Hide us under the shadow of Your wings. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

God Who Gives The Increase

So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase - 1 Corinthians 3:6, 7. 

You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side - Psalm 71:21.

He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength - Isaiah 40:29. 

For God says, "I will break the strength of the wicked, but I will increase the power of the godly"- Psalm 75:10. 

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness - 2 Corinthians 9:10.

The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants - Genesis 26:12-14. 

Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us - Psalm 67:6. 

May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you - 1 Thessalonians 3:12.

Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us - Psalm 67:5,6. 

Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly - Job 8:7.

The Lord your God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good - Deuteronomy 30:8,9.              

He named it Rehoboth, saying, “Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land“- Genesis 26:22.

You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance - Psalm 65:11.

We went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance - Psalm 66:12.

May the Lord give you increase more and more, You and your children. May you be blessed by the Lord, who made heaven and earth - Psalm 115:14,15. 

The humble also shall increase their joy in the Lord - Isaiah 29:19.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us - Ephesians 3:20.                                           

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of increase. We thank You for giving us the increase. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Devote Yourselves To Prayer

Devote yourselves to prayer - Colossians 4:2.

Pray with a thankful heart

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God - Philippians 4:6.

 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit - Jude 20.

Pray with perseverance

Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying - Romans 12:12.

Pray with expectation

Surely there is a future,And your hope will not be cut off - Proverbs 23:18.

Pray with faith

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them - Mark 11:24.

Pray with a forgiving heart

And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins - Mark 11:25.

Pray with a pure heart

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God - Matthew 5:8.

Pray in the Spirit

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit - Ephesians 6:18.

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered - Romans 8:26.  

                                               

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us devote ourselves to prayer. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Great Calm

 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm - Mark 4:39.

            Jesus told his disciples that they can cross over the other side and so they went in a boat in the sea of Galilee. On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side" - ‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭35‬.  Suddenly, a great storm arose and the boat was covered with the waves. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling - ‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭37‬.

             The disciples were filled with fear in that situation and they awoke Jesus who was asleep. “But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”” - ‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭38‬-‭40‬. 

              Jesus rebuked the wind and there was a great calm. Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm - Mathew 8:26. They came to the other side of the sea as told by Jesus before entering the boat.  Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes - Mark‬ ‭5‬:‭1. Storms and winds may come in our life but there will be a great calm as the word of God will never fail. For no word from God will ever fail - Luke 1:37.                                                       

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let there be a great calm in our life. Help us to trust You in the middle of storms and winds as Your words will never fail. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Lord, Help Me

                                               Lord, help me - Matthew 15:25.

Help me to guard my heart

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it - Proverbs 4:23. How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word - Psalm 119:9.

Help me to delight in truth

Teach me wisdom: Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart – Psalm 51:6

Help me to love like You

Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from a pure heart - 1 Peter 1:22.

Help me to be humble

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up - James 4:10. 

Help me to be patient

Be patient with everyone - 1 Thessalonians 5:14. 

Help me to be kind

 Be kind and compassionate to one another - Ephesians 4:32.  

Help me to be joyful

The joy of the Lord is your strength - Nehemiah 8:10.

Help me to be peaceful

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone - Romans 12:18. 

Help me to do good

Depart from evil and do good, So you will abide forever - Psalm 37:27.

Help me to forgive others

Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do - Colossians 3:13.      

Help me to control my tongue

Whoever guards his mouth and tongue keeps his soul from troubles - Proverbs 21:23.

Help me in my weaknesses

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses - Romans 8:26.

Help me to draw near to You

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you - James 4:8.

Humble Yourselves Before The Lord, And He Will Lift You Up

 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up - James 4:10. 

                 God will lift us up as we humble ourselves before Him. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted - Luke 14:11. And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted - Mathew 23:12. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time - 1 Peter 5:6. He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed - Proverbs 3:34.        

             God guides the humble in what is right and teaches His way to them. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way - Psalm 25:9. The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life - Proverbs 22:4. He gives grace to the humble. God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble - James 4:6. The Lord sustains the humble - Psalm 147:6.

            Let us humble ourselves to be exalted by God. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love - Ephesians 4:2. He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?" - Micah 6:8. This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word - Isaiah 66:2.                                                               

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us humble ourselves before You to be exalted by You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Doing God's Will

 For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother - Mathew 12:50.

David did the will of God

             David always inquired the Lord to know His will and did everything according to His will. So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David, “Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand” - 2 Samuel 5:19. He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will’ - Acts 13:22.

Jesus did the will of God

              Jesus came down to earth to do the will of the Father who sent Him. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me - John 6:38. His food is to do the will of God. Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work - John 4:34.           

Pray for God’s will

             We need to pray for the will of God in our life. Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done - Luke 22:42. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us - 1John 5:14,15.

Do God’s will

             May God help us to do His will. Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven - Mathew 7:21. Make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen - Hebrews 13:21.

                                                         

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We surrender all to You. Let Your will be fulfilled in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Promise Keeper

 God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? - ‭‭Numbers‬ ‭23‬:‭19‬.

         God’s promises are pure and sure. The words of the Lord are pure words, Like silver tried in a furnace of earth, Purified seven times - Psalms‬ ‭12‬:‭6. Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him - ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭30‬:‭5. All the promises of God in Him are Yes and Amen as God is not a human to lie or to change His mind. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us - 2 Corinthians 1:20.

            God's promises will never fail.  For no word from God will ever fail - Luke 1:37. Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken atto the house of Israel. All came to pass - ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭21‬:‭45‬. Not one word has failed of all His good promises - 1 Kings 8:56. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away - Matthew 24:35.

          Let us thank God who will never leave us until He had done what He had promised us. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you - Genesis 28:15. For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass - Ezekiel 12:25. I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them - Jeremiah 32:42.                                                                    

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the Promise keeper. We thank You for fulfilling all the promises in our life. In Jesus; name we pray. Amen.

No One Is Like You, Lord

No one is like you, Lord; You are great, and Your name is mighty in power - Jeremiah 10:6.

Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11.

Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works - Psalm 86:8.

God says: "Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: "I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god” - Isaiah 44:6. 

There is no one holy like our God. No one is holy like the Lord, for there is none besides You, nor is there any rock like our God - 1 Samuel 2:2.

I am the Lord, and there is no other; There is no God besides Me - Isaiah 45:5.

Remember the former things of old, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me - Isaiah 46:9. 

Who is a God like You, pardoning iniquity and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy - Micah 7:18.

O Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears - 2 Samuel 7:22

For who is God, except the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God? - Psalm 18: 31.

Pray With A Clean Heart

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me - Psalm 51:10.     

           Sin separates us from having fellowship with God. God will never hear us if our heart is not pure. If I had cherished iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not have listened - Psalm‬ ‭66‬:‭18‬. These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me - Matthew 15:8.

              We can see God only when our heart is pure. Blessed are pure in heart for they shall see God. Mathew 5:8. Without holiness, no man will see God - Hebrews 12:14. Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully – Psalm 24:3-4. 

             Let us pray to God with a clean heart. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective - James 5:16.  Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water - Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭22‬.

       Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners;                                           and purify your hearts, you double-minded - James 4:8.                                         

PRAYER: Dear Lord,  Change our hearts. Help us to draw near to You with a true and pure heart. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen. 

keep His Commandments & Do Those Things That Are Pleasing In His Sight

 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight - I John‬ ‭3‬:‭22‬.

               We can receive from God whatever we ask when we keep His commandments and do things that are pleasing to His sight. Ask and it will be given to you - Matthew 7:7. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full - John 16:24. I sought the Lord, and He answered me - Psalm‬ ‭34‬:‭4‬.

Keep His commandments 

               If you love Me, keep My commandments - John‬ ‭14‬:‭15‬. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome - I John‬ ‭5‬:‭3. Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord - Leviticus‬ ‭22‬:‭31‬. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me - John‬ ‭14‬:‭21‬.

Do things that are pleasing to Him

                But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased - Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭6. I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hooves - Psalms‬ ‭69‬:‭30‬-‭31. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God - Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭8‬. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer - Psalms‬ ‭19‬:‭14.

                                                

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us receive from You whatever we ask by keeping Your commandments and do those things that are pleasing in Your sight. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.  

With One Accord

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place - Acts 2:1. 

            On the day of Pentecost, the Apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit when they assembled together with one accord in prayer and supplication. These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers - Acts‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance - Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬.

               When Peter and John prayed with the believers in one accord, the place where they assembled together was shaken and they were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them  - ‭‭Acts‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬. And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness - ‭‭Acts‬ ‭4‬:‭31.

               Let us pray in one accord in unity and achieve the purpose of God. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them - Matthew‬ ‭18‬:‭19‬-‭20‬. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!. It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing- Life forevermore - Psalm 133:1-3.                                                           

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us be in one accord in prayer and supplication. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

His Riches

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus - ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19.‬ ‭

Unsearchable riches

I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ - Ephesians 3:8.

Glorious riches

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith - Ephesians 3:16. 

Rich in mercy

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved - Ephesians 2:4,5. 

Great love lavished

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him - ‭‭1 John‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬.

Riches of kindness, forbearance and patience

Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance? - ‭‭Romans‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬.

Riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! - Romans 11:33.

Generous giver of wisdom

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you - ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬.‭

Riches of God’s grace

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace - Ephesians 1:7.

Exceedingly abundant grace

And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus - ‭‭I Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬.                                                    

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for supplying all our needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. 

God's Word Like A Fire And Hammer

"Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord,  And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? - Jeremiah‬ ‭23‬:‭29‬.

                 God's Word is like a fire and hammer that breaks the heart of stone out of flesh and gives a heart of flesh. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh - Ezekiel 36:27. For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake - ‭‭I Thessalonians‬ ‭1‬:‭5.

                The men of Judea were cut to the heart and were repented when Peter spoke the Word of God to them. “Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”” - ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭37‬. The Lord opened the heart of Lydia when she heard the word spoken by Paul. Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us. She was a seller of purple from the city of Thyatira, who worshiped God. The Lord opened her heart to heed the things spoken by Paul - Acts 16:14.

                    May the powerful word of God which is like a fire and hammer be preached to all people in the world. Preach the word - 2 Timothy 4:2. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart - Hebrews 4:12. Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever - ‭‭I Peter‬ ‭1‬:‭23‬.
