Trust In The Lord With All Your Heart - He Shall Direct Your Paths

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;

 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths - Proverbs 3:5, 6.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

            The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him - Psalm 28:7. He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him - Proverbs 30:5. You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock - Isaiah 26:3-4. Let us trust God at all times with all our heart. Trust in Him at all times, oh people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us - Psalm 62:8. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock - Isaiah 26:4.

Lean not on your own understanding

            Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones - Proverbs 3:7,8. Lead me, O Lord, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; Make Your way straight before my face - Psalm 5:8. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for the sake of His name - Psalm 23:3. He leads the humble in justice, and He teaches the humble His way - Psalm 25:9. He who trusts in his own heart is a fool - Proverbs 28:26.

 In all your ways acknowledge Him

                 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass - Psalm 37:5. A man’s steps are of the Lord; How then can a man understand his own way? - Proverbs 20:24. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way - Psalm 37:23. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts - Isaiah 55:9.

He shall direct your paths

              I will go before you and make the crooked places straight - Isaiah 45:2. Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me - Psalm 119:133. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path - Psalm 119:105. He will guide us and direct us. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8. The Lord will guide you continually - Isaiah 58:11.

         Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit - Jeremiah 17:7,8.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us not lean on our own understanding but instead trust You with all our heart and let us acknowledge You in all our ways for You to direct our paths. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
