Delight In God's Word

                        I delight in your commands because I love them - Psalm 119:47. 

             We are so blessed when we delight in the Word of God and whatever we do will prosper. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper - Psalm 1:1-3.

               Our descendants will be mighty on earth as we delight in the Word of God. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth - Psalm 112:1,2. Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors - Psalm 119:24. Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You - Psalm 119:11.

                Let us delight in God's Word and be blessed. Your words were found and I ate them, And Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart - Jeremiah 15:16. Let Your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; For Your law is my delight - Psalm 119:77. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word - Psalm 119:16.
