God divided the Red Sea by His power and led the people through the midst of the sea on dry ground. And You divided the sea before them, So that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land - Nehemiah 9:11.He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap - Psalm 33:7.
Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. And the Egyptians pursued and went after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen - Exodus 14:21-23.
By His power
It was you who split open the sea by your power - Psalm 74:13.By his power he stilled the sea - Job 26:12. And with the blast of Your nostrils The waters were gathered together; The floods stood upright like a heap - Exodus 15:8.
Jordan
God who divided the Red Sea, dried up the waters of the Jordan also until the Israelites crossed over. For the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan before you until you had crossed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up before us until we had crossed over -Joshua 4:23.
Let us thank God who divided the Red Sea by His power. To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:13. You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples - Psalm 77:14.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God who divided the Red Sea and Jordan by Your power. We thank You for performing miracles in our life by displaying Your power. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
