I Will Honor You

                                           I will deliver him and honor him - Psalm 91:15.

1. Honor God

           God will honor all those who honor Him. For those who honor Me I will honor - 1 Samuel 2:30.

   a. In your hearts

           In your hearts honor Christ, the Lord as holy - 1Peter 3:15. These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me - Isaiah 29:13

   b. With your bodies

        Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

    c. With your possessions

            Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine - Proverbs 3:9,10.

            God honored Daniel as he honored Him. Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts; and he made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief administrator over all the wise men of Babylon - Daniel 2:48.

2. Serve God

             God will honor all those who serve Him. If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor - John 12:26.

3. Thank God & Call upon Him

              God will deliver us and honor us as we offer thanks and call upon Him. Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High, and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me - Psalm 50:14,15. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him - Psalm 91:15.

           God will exalt us and honor us as we honor Him. And call the Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the Lord honorable, And shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own words. Then you shall delight yourself in the Lord; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the Lord has spoken - Isaiah 58:13,14.
