God first loved us and His love is manifested towards us as He had sent His only begotten Son into the world that we might live through Him. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another - 1 John 4:7-11.

Fasting
Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes - Daniel 9:3. But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly - Mathew 6:17, 18. I humbled myself with fasting - Psalm 35:13.
Meditating God's Word
I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways - Psalm 119:15. Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper - Psalm 1:1-3. Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day - Psalms 119:97. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success - Joshua 1:8
Giving
You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land - Deuteronomy 15:11. It is more blessed to give than to receive - Acts 20:35. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver - 2 Corinthians 9:6, 7. Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you - Luke 6:38.
PRAYER:Dear Lord, Let us examine ourselves and repent, pray, fast, meditate your word and be blessed by giving others. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed - Psalm 20:4.
God grants the desire of all those who are righteous and those who fear Him. And the desire of the righteous will be granted - Proverbs 10:24. He fulfills the desire of those who fear him; he also hears their cry and saves them - Psalm 145:18. He gives the desires of our heart as we delight in Him. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart - Psalm 37:4.
God grants the desire of all those who have great faith. Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour - Matthew 15:28. He gives us what we desire as we abide in Him. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you - John 15:7.
Let us thank God who gives our heart's desire. You have given him his heart’s desire, And have not withheld the request of his lips - Psalm 21:2. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing - Psalm 145:16.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for granting all the desires of our heart. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Was it not you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made a road in the depths of the sea so that the redeemed might cross over? - Isaiah 51:10.
God dried up the Red Sea and made a road in the depths of the sea for the Israelites to walk on the dry ground. For we have heard how the Lord dried up the water of the Red Sea for you when you came out of Egypt - Joshua 2:10. He displayed His great power at the Red Sea. And when the Israelites saw the great power the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.” Ex. 14:31.
God made the sea into dry land by a strong east wind that caused the sea to go back all that night. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left - Exodus 14:21,22.
Our God who dried up the Red Sea and made a way for the Israelites to cross over the Red Sea will surely make a way for us where there is no way. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert - Isaiah 43:19. To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:13.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the God of miracles. We thank You for making a way in our life where it seems to be there is no way. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Not to us, LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness - Psalm 115:1.

Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you - Psalm 63:3. My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior - Luke 1:46,47.

All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, O lord; they will bring glory to your name - Psalm 86:9. I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever - Psalm 86:12. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples - Psalm 96:3.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us bring glory to You in all we do and glorify Your name forever. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love - 1 Corinthians 13:13.
1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;
6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to love others like how You loved us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you - Deuteronomy 31:6. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go - Joshua 1:9.
Do not fear
Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you - Isaiah 43:1,2. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand - Isaiah 41:10.
Be strong, do not fear
Let us be strong and do not fear about anything as God is with us. Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you - 1 Chronicles 28:20. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me - Psalm 23:4. If God is for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31.
PRAYER:Dear Lord, Let us be strong and do not fear about anything as You are always with us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty - 1 Corinthians 1:26.
God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence -1 Corinthians 1:26-29. He can help all those who have no power or with power. Lord, it is nothing for You to help, whether with many or with those who have no power - 2 Chronicles 14:11.
We are strong in Christ though we are inadequate in ourselves as His grace is sufficient for us and His power is made perfect in our weakness. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong - 2 Corinthians 12:9,10. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses - Romans 8:26.
God is glorified when He works through weak vessels. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work - 2 Timothy 2:20-21. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us - 2 Corinthians 4:7. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Philippians 4:13.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for choosing us and helping us in our weaknesses. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Walk in love
And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma - Ephesians 5:2. He who does not love does not know God for God is love - 1 John 4:8. If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother - 1 John 4:20–21.

God is the help for all with many or with those who have no power. And Asa cried out to the Lord his God, and said, “Lord, it is nothing for You to help, whether with many or with those who have no power; help us, O Lord our God, for we rest on You, and in Your name we go against this multitude. O Lord, You are our God; do not let man prevail against You!” - 2 chronicles 14:11.

And the Lord said to Joshua: “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor - Joshua 6:2.
God's plan
You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall go all around the city once. This you shall do six days. And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.”- Joshua 6:5.
Joshua & the people followed God's plan
But it came to pass on the seventh day that they rose early, about the dawning of the day, and marched around the city seven times in the same manner. On that day only they marched around the city seven times. And the seventh time it happened, when the priests blew the trumpets, that Joshua said to the people: “Shout, for the Lord has given you the city! - Joshua 6:15,16.
By faith the walls of Jericho fell down & God's promise fulfilled
