My Shield, Glory And The One Who Lifts My Head High

But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high - Psalm 3:3.

I. OUR SHIELD

No enemy can harm us as God is our shield around us who stands between us and every danger.

I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward - Genesis 15:1.

For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield - Psalm 5:12.

II. OUR GLORY

Let us reveal the glory of God by arising and shining for Him as God who is our glory has risen upon us.

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you - Isaiah 60:1.

And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken - Isaiah 40:5.

III. ONE WHO LIFTS OUR HEAD HIGH

God lifts our head high as we humble ourselves before Him.

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time - 1 Peter 5:6.

He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap - Psalm 113:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You and praise you as You are our shield, glory and the one who lifts our head high. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
