Clay In The Potter's Hand

But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand – Isaiah 64:8.

God is our potter and we are the clay. We are the work of His hands. God had lifted us up out of the miry clay. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps - Psalm 40:2. Paul referred our bodies as jars of clay. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us - 2 Corinthians 4:7.
God is our perfect potter who reshapes us into another beautiful, perfect and precious vessel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel! - Jeremiah 18:4-6. God will mold us and use us for His glory.
Let us surrender ourselves into the hands of the Lord like clay into the hands of a potter. He will shape us into a beautiful vessel of honor. Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work - 2 Timothy 2:21. He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ - Philippians 5:6. As God shapes us, we will be transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory.  But we know that when Jesus comes, we will be like him - 1 John 3:2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our potter. We submit ourselves as clay to You to shape us and change us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Great Is Your Goodness

I will sing the Lord’s praise, for He has been good to me - Psalm 13:6.

God is so good in providing us, guiding us and protecting us. No one is good except our God. So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God – Luke 18:19. He is good to all. The Lord is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works - Psalm 145:9. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations - Psalm 100:5.
God’s goodness is great for all those who fear Him. Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You - Psalm 31:19.  He will never withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly - Psalm 84:11. My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the Lord - Jeremiah 31:14.
Let us see the abundance of God’s goodness in our life and thank Him. I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living - Psalm 27:13. You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance - Psalm 65:11. God’s goodness remains as hope for us at all times. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life - Psalm 23:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for Your goodness in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

All Came To Pass

Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass - Joshua 21:45.

God brought the people of Israel out of Egypt and gave them the land of Canaan as He had promised. He gave them rest by giving all their enemies into their hands.  All came to pass and none of God’s word spoken to them failed. Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses - 1 Kings 8:56. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen - 2 Corinthians 1:20.
God’s promises will never fail in our life and all will come to pass in His appointed time. Indeed, I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it - Isaiah 46:11. God spoke with Joseph when he was 17 years old that he would rule over his family. He was lifted by God as the Governor of whole Egypt after his 13 years of slavery and imprisonment. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry - Habakkuk 2:3.
God’s timing is perfect. Sometimes God leads us in His ways which we never expect. His ways and thoughts are always higher than our ways and thoughts. All things work for our good. When we trust Him and submit all our ways to Him, He will make all our crooked paths straight. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and He will make your paths straight - Proverbs 3:5,6. Every word that is promised to us by God will be fulfilled in our life.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Your promises will never fail in our life and we believe that all will come to pass in due time. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Peace In The Midst of The storm

Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm - Mark 4:39.

Jesus went in a boat with the disciples in the sea of Galilee to cross over the other side. Suddenly a great storm arose and the boat was covered with the waves. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling - Mark 4:37. The disciples were filled with fear in that situation as they lacked faith. They awoke Jesus as He was asleep.
Jesus rebuked the wind and there was a great calm. Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm - Mathew 8:26. In the midst of storms in our life, let us not fear as God is our refuge and strength. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea - Psalm 46:1,2.
Let us trust God in all situations as He is always with us. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you - Isaiah 43:2. There will be a great peace in us and nothing can cause us to stumble when we love the instructions of God. Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble - Psalm 119:165. Let the peace of God calm our heart.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Fill us with Your peace in the midst of storms in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Fill Your Mouth With Life

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit – Proverbs 18:21.

The words we speak have power. We can speak either wisely or hurtfully with our tongue. There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health - Proverbs 12:18. For every idle word we speak, we will be judged by God. But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment - Mathew 12:36.
It is very important to guard our heart first as our mouth speaks out of its abundance. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks - Luke 6:45. The words we speak depend on what is filling our heart. When our heart is filled with the word of God, we will speak praises of the Lord with our mouth. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord - Psalm 145:21. Let us make our mouth a fountain of life. The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life - Proverbs 10:11.
Let us pray for God to set a guard over our mouth. Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips - Psalm 141:3. Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry - James 1:19. Begin to decree and declare the promises of God. Let us start to fill our mouth with life by confessing positive things over our own life. God’s goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our life.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to fill our mouth always with life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Tremble Before God

Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth - Psalm 96:9.

Our God is above all things. He created the world and everything in it. We need to tremble before Him at His presence. Will you not tremble at My presence, who have placed the sand as the bound of the sea, by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass beyond it? - Jeremiah 5:22. Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, At the presence of the God of Jacob - Psalm 114:7.
There is none like our God. Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11. He is the Most High God to be feared. For the Lord Most High is to be feared, A great King over all the earth. Psalm 47:7. Do you not fear Me?’ says the Lord - 1 Chronicles 16:30. He is the king of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling - Psalm 2:11.
God looks on with favor who humble themselves and tremble at His word. These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word- Isaiah 66:2. Let us tremble at the word of God which is living and powerful. Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word - Isaiah 66:5. Worship the great Lord in the splendor of His holiness and tremble before Him!!

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us tremble at Your word and at Your presence. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

A Blessed Home

Peace be to you, peace to your house, and peace to all that you have - 1 Samuel 25:6.

God blessed Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him as the ark of the Lord remained in his house. The ark of the Lord remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite three months. And the Lord blessed Obed-Edom and all his household - 2 Samuel 6 :11. Our home will be blessed as long as the presence of God is in our home. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous - Psalm 118:15. He blesses the home of the righteous - Proverbs 3:33. Let God build our home and be the head of our home. Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain - Psalm 127:1.
A family prayer in home brings many blessings. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually - 2 Chronicles 7:15-16. Let us protect our home by applying the blood of Christ. Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt - Exodus 12:13.
As God dwells in our home, no evil nor any plague can come near our home. No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling - Psalm 91:10. This is My resting place forever; Here I will dwell, for I have desired it - Psalm 132:14. There will be peace of God in our home. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces - Psalm 122:7. God will help us to live in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings and in quiet resting places. My people will dwell in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places - Isaiah 32:18.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Bless our home. Let there be always a voice of rejoicing and salvation in our home. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Better To Trust In The Lord

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man - Psalm 118:8.

We are blessed when we trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord - Jeremiah 17:7. It is always better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man who never helps us.  Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help - Psalm 146:3. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God - Psalm 20:7. Stop trusting in mere humans, who have but a breath in their nostrils - Isaiah 2:22.
King Hezekiah had trust in the Lord instead of men. He held fast to the Lord and kept His commandments. He trusted in the LORD God of Israel, so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor who were before him. For he held fast to the LORD; he did not depart from following Him, but kept His commandments, which the LORD had commanded Moses.(2 Kings 18:5-6). God knows everything better than us. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding - Proverbs 3:5.
Let us trust God at all times and pour out our heart to Him. Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him - Psalm 62:8. Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You - Psalm 56:3. We will never be shaken when we trust in the Lord.  Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever - Psalm 125:1. He will keep us in perfect peace as we trust Him for everything. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You - Isaiah 26:3. Let us trust in the Lord forever. Trust in the LORD forever - Isaiah 26:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to place our trust in You at all times. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Strength To Strength

They go from strength to strength - Psalm 84:7.

The Lord is our strength. The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? - Psalm 27:1. The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped - Psalm 28:7. The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation - Exodus 15:2. We go from strength to strength when the Lord is our strength.
We receive strength from the Lord when we wait on Him. Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD - Psalm 27:14. But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:31. We also receive strength from the joy of the Lord. The joy of the Lord is your strength - Nehemiah 8:10.
God gives us power and increases our strength when we are weak. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength - Isaiah 40:29. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Blessed is the man whose strength is in You - Psalm 84:5. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might (Ephesians 6:10).

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the strength of our life. Help us to go from strength to strength. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Walking In the Favor of God

For whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the Lord - Proverbs 8:35.

God’s favor will be upon righteous people. For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield - Psalm 5:12. As Noah was a righteous man who walked with God, he found favor in the eyes of the Lord. But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God - Genesis 6:8, 9. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless - Psalm 84:11.
Esther found favor in the sight of God and the king. The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti - Esther 2:17. Joseph had favor from God. But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison - Genesis 39:21. A good man obtains favor from the Lord - Proverbs 12:2.
God’s favor lasts for a life time. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life - Psalm 30:5. Like Jesus, let us also increase in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men - Luke 2:52. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man - Proverbs 3:3,4. Let us walk in the favor of God every day.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to walk in Your favor every day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Pray For One Another

Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you - Jeremiah 29:12.

God has promised to hear us when we call Him. Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know - Jeremiah 33:3. We are called to carry each other’s burdens by praying for one another. Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ - Galatians 6:2. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others - Philippians 2:4. Pray for each other to be healed. Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed - James 5:16.
Isaac prayed to the Lord for his wife Rebekah as she was barren. The Lord answered his prayer and she became pregnant. Now Isaac pleaded with the Lord for his wife, because she was barren; and the Lord granted his plea, and Rebekah his wife conceived - Genesis 25:21. Job prayed for his friends and the Lord restored his losses. And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before - Job 42:10.
When Peter was in prison, the church gathered together and prayed. Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church - Acts 12:5. God delivered Peter from Prison. But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you - Mathew 5:44. Let us keep praying for one another.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to pray for one another. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

A Cheerful Heart

All the days of the oppressed are wretched, but the cheerful heart has a continual feast - Proverbs 15:15.

God wants us to have a cheerful heart. A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones - Proverbs 17:22. Let us gain a cheerful heart as it is good medicine. A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance - Proverbs 15:13. Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up - Proverbs 12:25. As God is in control, we can be cheerful in all circumstances.
Instead of complaining about the present situations, let us be joyful and give thanks to God. Do all things without complaining and disputing - Philippians 2:14. Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Singing praises to God brings cheer to our heart. Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:19-20).
Let joy of the Lord be our strength. There will be tribulations in this world. But let us be of good cheer and be filled with peace as God had overcome the world. These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world - John 16:33.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Give us a cheerful heart in all circumstances. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Serving God

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord - Joshua 24:15.

We are called to serve God. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him - Deuteronomy 13:4. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling - Psalm 2:11. Jesus came to the world to serve us. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many - Mark 10:45. There are various ways to serve God. We can serve God by serving others. Serve one another humbly in love – Galatians 5:13. Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing - Psalm 100:2.
We cannot serve both God and money. No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money - Mathew 6:24. Also If we are sick, we cannot serve God effectively. As our body is the temple of God, it is our responsibility to maintain a good health. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ - 1 Peter 4:11.
God will honor those who serve Him. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor - John 12:26. For those who honor Me I will honor - 1 Samuel 2:30. When we serve God, He will bless our food and water and take sickness away from us. So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you  - Exodus 23:25. Let us serve God with all our heart and our soul. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men - Colossians 3:23.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to serve You fearfully and wholeheartedly. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Living Water

But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life - John 4: 14.

A Samaritan woman came to draw water and Jesus asked her water to drink. She asked Jesus how He could ask water from her as He was a Jew. Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water” - John 4:10. Living water is the gift of God.
Jesus revealed to the Samaritan woman who He is and offered the living water to her. Jeremiah calls God as the fountain of living water - Jeremiah 2:13. When we thirst and hunger for God, He offers us the living water and refreshes our soul. As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God – Psalm 42:1. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring - Isaiah 44:3.
Jesus refers the Holy spirit as the living water. He blesses all who believe Him with the rivers of living water of His spirit. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive - John 7:38, 39. Let the rivers of living water flow through us as a source of blessing to others.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let Your living water flow over our soul. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Godly Wisdom

Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding - Proverbs 3:13.
God’s wisdom
God is the source of all wisdom. In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge - Colossians 2:3. We can get the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge from God when we seek Him. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge - Proverbs 1:7. The wisdom of God is pure, peaceable, gentle and full of good fruits. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy - James 3:17.

Ask God for wisdom
Let us ask God for wisdom. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him - James 1:5. For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding - Proverbs 2:6. The Lord was pleased when Solomon asked wisdom to govern the people. Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil - 1 Kings 3:9. God blessed Solomon with not only wisdom but also with wealth and honor.

Walk in Godly wisdom
Godly wisdom gives us discernment, guidance and direction in our life. Let us gain Godly wisdom by meditating God’s word which is the lamp to our feet and light to our path. Instead of depending on our own understanding, let us allow the wisdom of God to rule our life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths - Proverbs 3:5,6. Walk in Godly wisdom every day and lead a successful life.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the only wise God who is rich in wisdom. Grant us Your perfect wisdom. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Nothing Is Too Hard For God

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? -  Jeremiah 32:27.

Our God is a miracle working God and nothing is too hard for Him. He is the God who turned the water into wine - John 2:1-11. He had stilled the storm - Mark 4:35-41. He fed five thousand with just 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish - Matthew 14:15-21. He raised Lazarus from the dead - John 11:38-46. Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You - Jeremiah 32:17.
Sarah laughed when she was told that she will have a son. But God spoke to her that she will have a son this time next year. Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son - Genesis 18:14. God blessed Sarah with a son as He had spoken. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him - whom Sarah bore to him - Isaac - Genesis 21:2.
God is faithful to fulfill His promises. He is able to bring the dead back to life. God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did - Romans 4:17. In all our circumstances, let us trust God and find assurance in His promises as all things are possible with Him. No matter how great an obstacle we face, it is not difficult for our God to make a way for us. There is no problem too hard for God to solve. With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible - Matthew 30:26.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to trust You and wait for You to work in our life as nothing is too hard for You. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Shepherd of My Soul

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want - Psalm 23:1.

Feeds us
The Lord is the shepherd of our soul. He feeds us in green pastures and cares for us. I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel - Ezekiel 34:13,14. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul - Psalm 23:2,3.

Leads us
As a good shepherd, He always leads us to right paths. Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left - Isaiah 30:21. When we hear God’s voice and follow Him, no one can cause evil to us. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand - John 10:27,28.

Protects us
Through all the storms of our life, God carries us and protects us like a shepherd. He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young - Isaiah 40:11. As long as we stay close to our shepherd, He will be on our side and we will be always protected. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me - Psalm 23:4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are the shepherd of our soul. We thank you for Your provision, guidance and protection in our life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Exercise Your Authority

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you - Luke 10:19.

God has given us authority over all the works of the enemy. When we believe God, we receive the authority to cast out demons in the name of Jesus and to heal the sick. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues. They will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover - Mark 16:17,18.
Jesus said that all authority has been given to him. He is the source of all authority.  And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth” - Mathew 28:18. As we are joint-heirs with Christ, the authority of Christ belongs to us too. God has given us authority to do even greater works than Him. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father - John 14:12.
Let us exercise the authority which God has freely given us. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give - Mathew 10:8. Nothing can harm us by any means as we are the believers of Christ who have authority over all the power of the enemy. Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven - Mathew 18:18.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for giving us the authority over all the power of the enemy. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Set Apart For God

Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations - Jeremiah 1:5.

We are set apart by God for His special purpose even before we were born. God calls us to be set apart from the world and to be holy. But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct - 1 Peter 1:15. Our attitudes, thoughts and actions should always please God as we are set apart for Him. But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly - Psalm 4:3.
We are set apart to live a life that is different from the world. Though we are in this world, we are not of the world. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world - John 17:16. Let us not love the world or the things in the world as we are not of the world. Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him - 1 John 2:15. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life - John 12:25.
We are chosen and set apart by God to be His people. For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples who are on the face of the earth - Deuteronomy 14:2. We are set apart by God to proclaim His gospel. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light - 1 Peter 2:9. We are set apart for the glory of our great God.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for setting us apart to fulfill Your purpose. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Our Help Comes From The Lord

I will lift up my eyes to the hills - From whence comes my help?  My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth - Psalm 121:1,2.

God is our helper. Behold, God is my helper - Psalm 54:4. He is with us to help us and strengthen us. Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand - Isaiah 41:10. He is always there to help us whenever we seek Him. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him - Hebrews 11:6.
God helped Elijah by sending ravens to bring him food. The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening; and he drank from the brook - 1 Kings 17:6. God loves us and takes care of us. He knows all our needs and He will never forsake us. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” - Hebrews 13:5,6.
No one can help us like our God. The help of man is useless. Give us help from trouble, For the help of man is useless - Psalm 60:11. Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help - Psalm 146:3. David always placed his trust in God for help instead of man. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble - Psalm 46:1. Let us trust only the Lord who is the maker of heaven and earth for our help at any time. Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God - Psalm 146:5.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our helper. We thank You for helping us in all situations. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The Mind of Christ

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus - Philippians 2:5.

Our mind is the battlefield in which the devil works to set up strongholds with various thoughts. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ - 2 Corinthians 10:4,5. Let us bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate on these things - Philippians 4:8.
To be transformed to the mind of Christ, let us set our minds on things above and not on earthly things. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth - Colossians 3:2. God will liberate our mind when we fill it with the word of God. Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you - James 1:21. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free - John 8:32. Allow the mind to be always governed by the spirit. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace - Romans 8:6
Let us renew our mind and be transformed into new mind towards the mind of Christ. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God - Romans 12:2. God will keep us in perfect peace when we our mind is stayed on Him and trust Him. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You - Isaiah 26:3. But we have the mind of Christ - 1 Corinthians 2:16.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We surrender our mind to Your ways. Let our mind be transformed like Your mind. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
