Light of The World

You are the light of the world - Mathew 5:14.

                 Jesus is the light of the world. He came to the world as light to save us. When we follow Jesus who is the light of the world, we will never walk in darkness. I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life - John 8:12. He is the light of our life. They looked to Him and were radiant - Psalm 34:5. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ - 2 Corinthians 4:6.

                 We are the light of the world. We live to glorify God. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven - Mathew 5:16. We are called out of darkness into His marvelous light to be the light of the world. You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light - 1 Peter 2:9.

                Let us rise and shine for the glory of the Lord. Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you - Isaiah 60:1. We are chosen by God to be the light for the gentiles. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles - Isaiah 42:6. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth - Isaiah 49:6. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising - Isaiah 60:3.
