Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth - Psalm 96:9.
Our God is above all
things. He created the world and everything in it. We need to tremble before
Him at His presence. Will you not tremble at My presence, who have placed the
sand as the bound of the sea, by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass beyond
it? - Jeremiah 5:22. Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, At the
presence of the God of Jacob - Psalm 114:7.
There is none like our God. Who
is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness,
Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11. He is the Most High God to
be feared. For the Lord Most High is to be feared, A great King over all the
earth. Psalm 47:7. Do you not fear Me?’ says the Lord - 1 Chronicles 16:30. He is the king of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Serve
the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling - Psalm 2:11.
God looks on with
favor who humble themselves and tremble at His word. These are the ones I look on with
favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word-
Isaiah 66:2. Let us tremble at the word of God which is living and powerful. Hear the
word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word - Isaiah 66:5. Worship the great Lord in the splendor of His holiness and tremble before Him!!
PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us tremble at Your word and at Your presence.
In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
