If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you - James 1:5.
Our God is a generous giver. He is the giver of gifts. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning - James 1:17. He is a generous giver of wisdom. He generously gave us His only son in order to save us. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life - John 3:16. God's blessings are very abundant in our life. He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? - Romans 8:32.
Our God is rich in mercy and
great in love. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with
which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together
with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made
us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to
come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us
in Christ Jesus - Ephesians 2:4-7. His mercies and grace overflow in our life and everything we have comes from our generous
giving God. Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes
from your hand - 1 Chronicles 29:14.
Our God is a generous giver of good things for all those ask Him. If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to Your children, how much will Your father who is in heaven give good things to those ask Him - Matthew 7:11. He gives us exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or imagine. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us - Ephesians 3:20. He satisfies us with good things even in the days of famine. Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s - Psalm 103:5. And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied - Psalm 37:19.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for
giving us everything we need in our life very generously. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
