I Believed And Therefore I Spoke

And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak - 2 Corinthians 4:13.

God created the whole world by His word. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God - Hebrews 11:3. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light - Genesis 1:2-4. We can speak things into existence with faith as God does and call things that are not as though they are. God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did - Romans 4:17.

Sun

The sun stood still and the moon stopped when Joshua spoke to the sun and the moon. Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.” So the sun stood still, And the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge upon their enemies - Joshua 10:12-14.

Rain

It did not rain on the land for three years and six months and again rained when Elijah who was a man with a nature like ours, prayed earnestly. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit - James 5:17,18. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them - Mark 11:24.

Mountain

When we speak with faith as a mustard seed to all the mountains in our life, we will have whatever we say.  I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you - Mathew 7:20. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says - Mark 11:22,23.

I believed and so I have spoken - Psalm 116:10.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us speak and pray with faith for things to come into existence in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Give No Opportunity To The Devil

Give no opportunity to the devil - Ephesians 4:27.

We give opportunity to devil in our life by being anger, bitter, unforgiving and by not living at peace with everyone. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly - John 10:10. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith - 1 Peter 5:8.9.

No anger

Be angry, and do not sin: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil - Ephesians 4:26,27.

No bitterness

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice - Ephesians 4:31.

Forgive one another

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you - Ephesians 4:32.

Do what is right

Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone - Romans 12:17.

Live at peace with everyone

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord - Romans 12:18, 19.

Love your enemies

But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil - Luke 6:35. If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For so you will heap coals of fire on his head, And the Lord will reward you - Proverbs 25:21,22.

Overcome evil with good

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good - Romans 12:21. Not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing - 1 Peter 3:9.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control - Galatians 5:22-23.

Resist the devil and he will flee from you - James 4:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to never give the devil a foothold in our life. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Come To Me

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest - Matthew 11:28.

God will give rest to all who come to Him with burdens. He will listen to all who come and pray to Him. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you - Jeremiah 29:12. He will never cast out anyone who comes to Him. Whoever comes to me I will never cast out - John 6:37.

Bartimaeus who was blind came to Jesus and received sight. He persistently cried out to God to have mercy on him even though many rebuked him and told him to be quiet. And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road - Mark 10:46-52.

Let us come to God to find rest and to receive mercy and grace. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need - Hebrews 4:16. If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink - John 7:37. In Your presence is fullness of joy - Psalm 16:11.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us to come to You to obtain mercy and grace and find rest. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Be Blameless

I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless - Genesis 17:1.

God had chosen us to be holy and blameless in His sight. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight - Ephesians 1:4. Noah and Job walked blameless before God. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God - Genesis 6:9. There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil - Job 1:1.

We will be blameless when sins do not have dominion over us and when we do everything without grumbling or arguing. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless - Psalm 19:13. Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life - Philippians 2:14-16a.

God blesses all those who walk blameless before Him. No good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless - Psalm 84:11. He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless - Proverbs 2:7. Blessed are those whose ways are blameless - Psalm 119:1. I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin. The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to my cleanness in his sight - 2 Samuel 22:24,25. Righteousness guards him whose way is blameless - Proverbs 13:6.

May our walk and ways be blameless in the sight of God. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ - 1 Thessalonians 5:23.  He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ - 1 Corinthians 1:8. Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart - Psalm 15:1,2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We need You. Help us to be blameless in all our ways. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

You, Lord, are my lamp; the Lord turns my darkness into light - 2 Samuel 22:29. You are a guide for the blind, a light for those who are in the dark - Romans 2:19. Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness - Psalm 112:4.

He is our everlasting light. our sun shall no longer go down, Nor shall your moon withdraw itself; For the Lord will be your everlasting light, And the days of your mourning shall be ended - Isaiah 60-20.

Let us thank God who turned our darkness into light. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light - Ephesians 5:8. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light - 1 Peter 2:9.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for turning our darkness into light. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

In His Hand

In His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind - Job 12:10.

Mighty Hand

For the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan before you until you had crossed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up before us until we had crossed over, that all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of the Lord, that it is mighty, that you may fear the Lord your God forever - Joshua 4:23,24.

Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and that the Lord your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day - Deuteronomy 5:15.

Created everything

My own hand laid the foundations of the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens - Isaiah 48:13. For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord - Isaiah 66:2. In His hand are the deep places of the earth - Psalm 95:4.

Nothing to Everything

I will open rivers in desolate heights, And fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, And the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar and the acacia tree, The myrtle and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the cypress tree and the pine And the box tree together, That they may see and know, And consider and understand together, That the hand of the Lord has done this, And the Holy One of Israel has created it - Isaiah 41:18-20.

Count It All Joy

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials - James 1:2.

All trials in our life have to be counted as joy as God gives us His grace to thrive through it. Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice - Philippians 4:4. The will of God for us is to rejoice always. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.

God is with us

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you - Isaiah 43:2.

Way of escape

Our God is so faithful when we face temptations as He will never allow us to be tempted beyond we can bear and He will also provide a way for us to escape. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it - 1 corinthians 10:13.

God's grace

My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.- 2 Corinthians 12: 9.

All things work together for good

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose - Romans 8:28.

More than conquerors

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us - Romans 8:35-37.

None of these things will move us

In every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God - Acts 20:23,24.

Temporary

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal - 2 Corinthians 4:17,18.

He will make our feet like deer’s feet

Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls - Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills - Habakkuk 3:17-19.

Peace of God

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to count all our trials as joy as all things work together for good. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
