By Faith

For we walk by faith, not by sight - 2 Corinthians 5:7.

By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith - Hebrews 11:7.

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going - Hebrews 11:8.

By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised - Hebrews 11:11.

By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense - Hebrew 11:17-19.

The walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days by faith. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also - James 2:26.

By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they were encircled for seven days - Hebrews 11:30.

By faith they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land - Hebrews 11:29.

And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak - 2 Corinthians 4:13.

I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you - Mathew 7:20.

Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour. Mathew 15:28.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen - Hebrews 11:1.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God - Romans 10:17.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him - Hebrews 11:6.

Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” - Matthew 17:20.

And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen”- Matthew 21:21.

And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith - Matthew 21:22.

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord - James 1:6,7.

The testing of your faith produces patience - James 1:3.

The righteous shall live by faith - Romans 1:17.

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.1 Corinthians 16:13.

Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses - 1 Timothy 6:12.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us walk and live by faith. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
