Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God - Psalm 42:5.
Difficult situations are the fine opportunities for us to praise God more. I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth - Psalm 34:1. Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His love endures forever - Psalm 106:1. My tongue will proclaim your righteousness, your praises all day long - Psalm 35:28. Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise - Jeremiah 17:14.
Irrespective of situations, we will yet praise God and rejoice in Him. Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls - Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills - Habakkuk 3:17-19.
Let us continually praise God and put all our hope in God our Savior even if it seems that all hope is gone. Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning - Psalm 30:5. There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off - Proverbs 23:18. Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer - Romans 12:12.
Be still, and know that I am God - Psalm 46:10.
Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever - Daniel 2:20.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are worthy to be praised. We will yet praise You at all times. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
