The Lord Has Done Great Things For Us And We Are Glad

The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad - Psalm 126:3.

The Lord has done great things for us

          For He who is mighty has done great things for me  - Luke 1:49. He does great things past finding out, Yes, wonders without number - Job 9:10. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness - Lamentations 3:22-23. He has made everything beautiful in its time - Ecclesiastes 3:11. Not one word has failed of all His good promises - 1 Kings 8:56.

We are glad 

          Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation - Isaiah 25:9. Fear not, O land; Be glad and rejoice, For the Lord has done marvelous things! - Joel 2:21. When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” - Psalm 126:1,2.

            Let us thank our mighty God who had done great things for us. Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory - Psalm 98:1. He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody - Isaiah 51:3. 

Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s - Psalm 103:1-5.

          Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life - Psalm 23:6.

          Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever - Psalm 107:1.
