My soul magnifies the Lord - Luke 1:46.
Mary declared that her soul magnifies the Lord once she received the announcement that she would give birth to the Savior of the world. Instead of thinking about how it it will happen to her, she believed the promise that all things are possible with God and magnified the Lord. For with God nothing will be impossible - Luke 1:37.
We need to turn our focus on magnifying God instead of magnifying our problem as all things are possible with God. I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving - Psalm 69:30. Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you - Jeremiah 32:17.
Let our soul magnify the Lord like Mary. Let all those that seek you rejoice and be glad in you: let such as love your salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified - Psalm 40:16. Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death - Philippians 1:20. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together - Psalm 34:3. Let Your name be magnified forever - 2 Samuel 7:26.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, All things are possible for You. We magnify You and praise You. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
