Blessed Is The Man

Blessed is the man who fears the Lord - Psalm 112:1.

Fears the Lord

Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house - Psalm 112:1,2.

Trusts the Lord

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit- Jeremiah 17:7, 8. Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! - Psalm 34:8.

Remains steadfast under trial

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him -  James 1:12.

                                                               Psalm 128:1-6

1 Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, Who walks in His ways.

2 When you eat the labor of your hands, You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.

3 Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table.

4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the Lord.

5 The Lord bless you out of Zion, And may you see the good of Jerusalem All the days of your life.

6 Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel!

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us fear You, trust You, remain steadfast under trial and be blessed. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
