But The Lord

But the Lord is with us - Numbers 14:9. 

A horse is prepared for the day of battle, but the victory is from the Lord - Proverbs 21:31. 

Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit - Zechariah 4:6.

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails - Proverbs 19:21.

A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps - Proverbs 16:9.

A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart - Proverbs 21:2.

 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me - 1 Corinthians 15:10.

But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength - 2 Timothy 4:17.

I was pushed back and about to fall, but the LORD helped me - Psalm 118:13.

But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in time of trouble - Psalm 37:39.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:19. 

But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one - 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior; so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced; their dishonor will never be forgotten - Jeremiah 20:11.

We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand - Deuteronomy 6:21.

But the Lord, who brought you up from the land of Egypt with great power and an outstretched arm, Him you shall fear, Him you shall worship, and to Him you shall offer sacrifice - 2 Kings 17:36.

But the LORD your God will deliver them over to you, throwing them into great confusion until they are destroyed - Deuteronomy 7:23.

But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness - Psalm 86:15.

The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart - 1 Samuel 16:7.

They confronted me in the day of my calamity, But the Lord was my support - Psalm 18:18.

The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all - Psalm 34:19.

But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good - Genesis 50:20.

With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible - Matthew 19:26.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever - Psalm 73:26.

I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase - 1 Corinthians 3:6.

To the roots of the mountains I sank down; the earth beneath barred me in forever. But you, LORD my God, brought my life up from the pit - Jonah 2:6.

Yet I will have mercy on the house of Judah, Will save them by the Lord their God, And will not save them by bow, Nor by sword or battle, By horses or horsemen - Hosea 1:7. 

Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s - 2 Chronicles 20:15.
