Great And Awesome God

Do not be terrified by them, for the Lord your God, who is among you, is a great and awesome God - Deuteronomy 7:21.  

             Our God is great above all gods. For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods - Psalm 95:3. He is a great King over all the earth - Psalm 47:2. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite - Psalm 147:5. For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe - Deuteronomy 10:17. Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ - Titus 2:13.

                   Our God is awesome in holiness, majesty and glory. Holy and awesome is His name - Psalm 111:9. With God is awesome majesty - Job 37:22. Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders? - Exodus 15:11. For the Lord Most High is awesome - Psalm 47:2. O God, You are awesome from Your sanctuary. The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to the people. Blessed be God! - Psalm 68:35. 

              Our great and awesome God had done great and awesome things in our life. To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever - Psalm 136:4. He does great things past finding out, Yes, wonders without number - Job 9:10. He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen - Deuteronomy 10:27. How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power - Psalm 66:3.

                Let us thank our great and awesome God who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him and keep His commandments. O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments - Daniel 9:4. Lord, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments - Nehemiah 1:5. Now therefore, our God, The great, the mighty, and awesome God, Who keeps covenant and mercy - Nehemiah 9:32.                

              Let them praise your great and awesome name! Holy is he! - Psalm 99:3.

                                                       

Dear Lord, You are the great and awesome God. We thank You for doing great and awesome things in our life. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
