I Will Guide You With My Eye

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye - Psalm 32:8.

God guides the humble

We will receive the guidance of God when we are humble. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way - Psalm 25:9. You will guide me with Your counsel - Psalm 73:24. I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go - Isaiah 48:16.

The Lord will guide us continually

The Lord will guide us continually. The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail - Psalm 58:11. For this is God, Our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even to death - Psalm 48:14.

Thank God who guides us

Let us thank God who guides us as we are so blessed to receive instructions from Him. Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, And teach out of Your law - Psalms‬ ‭94‬:‭12‬. Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left - Isaiah 30:21.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for guiding us continually. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Run To Win

Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown - I Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭24‬-‭25‬.

We need to run the race of our life that is set before us by God with endurance by looking unto Him in such a way to win the race. Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God - Hebrews 12:1–2.

God will give us the power and strength to run our race successfully as we wait upon Him. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might, He increases strength.  Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength;  They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint - Isaiah 40:29–31. Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him -  James‬ ‭1‬:‭12.

Let us run the race with endurance and obtain the crown of life. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith - 2 Timothy 4:7. When the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away - I Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭4‬. For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works - ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭27‬. Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life - Revelation‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us run the race of life that is set by You for us with endurance and obtain the crown of life. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Do Not Worry About Your Life

Do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear - Luke 12:22.

There is no use of worrying as it does not change anything in our life. Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? - Luke 12:25, 26. Our Heavenly Father knows well what we need even before we ask Him and so there is no need to worry about anything. Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him - Matthew 6:8.

More Valuable

We are more valuable to God and so He will take care of all our needs. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! - Luke 12:23, 24.

Faith

Lack of faith causes us to worry. Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith? - Luke 12:27,28.

Prayer

We need to overcome worry by prayer. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7. Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you - 1 Peter 5:7.

Seek God First

We will never worry when we seek the kingdom of God first. And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you - Luke 12:29-31.

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth - Colossians 3:2.

Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you - 1 John 2:15-17.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us not worry about our life as You are there to take care of all our needs. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

God’s Unfailing Love

I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever - Psalms‬ ‭52‬:‭8‬.

God’s unfailing love for us is so vast and precious. Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭36‬:‭5‬. How precious is your unfailing love, O God! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of your wings - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭36‬:‭7‬. But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭86‬:‭15‬.

God's unfailing love will always remain with us even though the mountains shall depart and the hills are removed. Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you - ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭54‬:‭10‬. He demonstrates His unfailing love for us by giving His only son for us. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life - John 3:16.

Let us thank and praise God for His unfailing love. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever - 1 Chronicles‬ ‭16‬:‭34‬. The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love - Psalm 33:5. See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God - 1 John‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬. Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God - Ephesians 5:2.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank you for Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins - 1 Peter 4:8.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones - Proverbs 17:22. Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! - Philippians 4:4.

Faithfulness

A faithful man will abound with blessings - Proverbs 28:20. The Lord rewards everyone for their righteousness and faithfulness - 1 Samuel 26:23.

Gentleness

The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers - 1 Peter 4:7.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to exhibit the fruit of spirit to others. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

With The Ability Which God Supplies

If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen - 1Peter 4:11.

Moses led the people of Israelites with the abilities which God supplied. Then Moses said to the Lord, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”  So the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord? Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say.” - Exodus 4:10-12.

God had distributed the gift of the Spirit to each one individually as He wills and He had given us the sufficient abilities to carry out the work of His kingdom with that gift. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:  for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit,  to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.  But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills - 1 Corinthians 12:7-11.

Let us thank God for the gift of the Spirit and serve Him with the ability which He supplies us and do great things for Him. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord - 1 Corinthians 15:58. But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect - 1 Peter 3:15.  I have given ability to all the skilled workers to make everything I have commanded you - Exodus 31:6.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Let us serve You with the gift of the Spirit You have given us and with the ability which You supply us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

I Will Yet Praise Him

Why, my soul, are you downcast?  Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God - Psalm 42:5.

Difficult situations are the fine opportunities for us to praise God more. I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth - Psalm 34:1. Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His love endures forever - Psalm 106:1. My tongue will proclaim your righteousness, your praises all day long - Psalm 35:28. Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise - Jeremiah 17:14.

Irrespective of situations, we will yet praise God and rejoice in Him. Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls - Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills - Habakkuk 3:17-19.

Let us continually praise God and put all our hope in God our Savior even if it seems that all hope is gone. Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning - Psalm 30:5. There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off - Proverbs 23:18. Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer - Romans 12:12.

Be still, and know that I am God - Psalm 46:10.

Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever - Daniel 2:20.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are worthy to be praised. We will yet praise You at all times. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
