Give Thanks In Everything

In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you - 1 Thessalonians 5:18.

                  God’s will for us is not only to thank Him for everything but also in everything. James tells us that every good gift that we have comes from God (James 1:17). As God is the giver of every good gift, let us thank God in everything. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God - Philippians 4:6.

                 Sometimes we may not understand the work of God in some of our situations in life.  But only God knows the end of every situation from the beginning. Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done - Isaiah 46:10. He does everything for good in our life to teach us, sanctify us, protect us and to bless us. Let us just thank God for all things in our life. Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ephesians 5:20.

                      When we start giving thanks to God in everything, there will be no room for worries and anxieties in our heart. Job thanked God even in his difficult situation. in Job 13:15, he exclaimed to his friends, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him". Let us thank God in everything by faith for all the blessings we cannot see now. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name - Hebrews 13:15.
