You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame - Joel 2:26.
You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied
God had blessed us abundantly and He had satisfied us with His goodness. We went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance - Psalm 66:12. My people will be satisfied with My goodness - Jeremiah 31:14. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing - Psalm 145:16. He grants peace to Your borders and satisfy You with the finest of wheat - Psalm 147:14.
Praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you
Let us praise the name of the Lord our God as He had dealt wondrously with us. I will show them my wonders - Micah 7:15. He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted - Job 9:10. I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your wonders of old - Psalm 77:11.
My people shall never be put to shame
God had given us double honor instead of shame. Those who hopefully wait for Me will not be put to shame - Isaiah 49:23. Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed - Psalms 25:3. He who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame - 1 Peter 2:6. Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame - Isaiah 10:11. Instead of your shame you shall have double honor - Isaiah 61:7.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We praise Your name and give you all the glory for You have dealt wondrously with us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
