Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid - John 14:27.
God had given us His peace and so the peace of God should rule our hearts and we need to refuse circumstances that steal our peace. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful - Colossians 3:15.
Choose peace over worry
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7.
Guard your mind
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you - Philippians 4:8,9.
Trust God with mind stayed on Him
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You - Isaiah 26:3.
Rejoice always, praying continually & give thanks in everything
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
May God give us peace always in every way to us like a river. Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all - 2 Thessalonians 3:16. Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river - Isaiah 66:12. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces - Psalm 122:7.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for giving us Your peace that is ruling our hearts always in every way. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
