Honor God

 For those who honor Me I will honor - 1 Samuel 2:30.

Honor God with time

                  God wants us to call the Lord's holy day as honarable. if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken - Isaiah 58:13,14.

Honor God with talents

                 We are blessed to be a blessing for others. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God - 1 Peter 4:10-11. The Lord is pleased when we use our talents for His glory. Let us use our talents to honor God. You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power - Revelation 4:11.

Honor God with treasure

            Let us honor the Lord by our possessions. Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine - Proverbs 3:9,10. You shall bring the choice first fruits of your soil into the house of the Lord your God - Exodus 23:19a. In your hearts honor Christ, the Lord as holy - 1Peter 3:15.                                      

PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to honor You with our time, talents and treasures. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
