              The name of the Lord is Jehovah Sabaoth - The Lord of Hosts. The Lord of hosts is mighty, holy and the king of glory. O Lord God of hosts, Who is mighty like You, O Lord? - Psalm 89:8. Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory! - Isaiah 6:3. He is the king of glory. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory - Psalm 24:10. How lovely is Your tabernacle, O Lord of hosts! - Psalm 84:1.

David triumphed over Goliath as he went in the name of the Lord of hosts

              David triumphed over Goliath as he went in the name of the Lord of hosts and not by his strength. Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied” - 1 Samuel 17:45. He became great as the Lord of hosts is with him. So David went on and became great, and the Lord God of hosts was with him -2 Samuel 5:10. Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts - Zechariah 4:6.

The Lord of hosts is with us

                The Lord of hosts is with us at all times to give us victory and to protect us. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge - Psalm 46:11. Like birds flying about, So will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem. Defending, He will also deliver it; Passing over, He will preserve it - Isaiah 31:5. O Lord of hosts, Blessed is the man who trusts in You! - Psalm 84:12.
