For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6.
The name of our Lord is Wonderful. His creation is wonderful and we are wonderfully made. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made - John 1:3. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well - Psalm 139:14.
Our wonderful God does wonders without number and His works are wonderful. He does great things past finding out, yes, wonders without number - Job 9:10. Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works - Psalm 40:5. Which You have done; “Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? - Exodus 15:11.
Let us thank our Wonderful God who had done great wonders in our life. Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone works wonders. And blessed be His glorious name forever; and may the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen - Psalm 72:18-19. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works - Psalm 145:5.
