Rejoice In The Lord

 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! - Philippians 4:4.

Mary

            Mary rejoiced and magnified the Lord for doing great things in her life. And Mary said: My soul magnifies the Lord, And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant; For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed - Luke 1:46-48. For He who is mighty has done great things for me - Luke 1:49. 

Elizabeth

         When Elizabeth gave birth to John, the joy of her miracle spread through her neighbors and relatives as the Lord had shown her favor. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord - Luke 1:13-15. Her neighbors and relatives heard that the Lord had shown her great mercy, and they shared her joy - Luke 1:57. The Lord has done this for me. In these days he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people - Luke 1:25.

Rejoice in the Lord

             Let us rejoice in the Lord as He had done great things in our life and shown us favor. But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You - Psalm 5:11. Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer - Romans 12:12. The joy of the LORD is your strength - Nehemiah 8:10.

                                                         

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for doing great things and for showing us mercy and favor in our life. We rejoice in You and magnify Your name. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
