I Will Restore Double To You

 I will restore double to you - Zechariah 9:12.         

                     God restored the losses of Job double when he prayed for his friends. And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before - Job 42:10. He will restore our health and everything we have lost as we pray for others. For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds - Jeremiah 30:17. He restores my soul - Psalm 23:3. Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once more - Psalm 71:20,21.

                God remembered and restored Joseph with double honor as he remained faithful to God in all his afflictions. And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt” - Genesis 41:41. God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction - Genesis 41:52. Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, And instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs - Isaiah 61:7. Let us remain faithful to God in all situations for God to give us double honor and restore our joy. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit - Psalm 51:12.

                     Let us thank God for doing great things and restoring us everything we have lost in double. So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame - Joel 2:25,26. When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad - Psalm 126:1-3.
