Desolate Into Cultivated

The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it - Ezekiel 36:34.

Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited - Isaiah 65:3.

They will say, “This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited.” Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the Lord have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it - Ezekiel 36:35, 36.

The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God - Isaiah 35:1, 2.

I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert - Isaiah 43:19.

He will also plant the cedar and the acacia tree, the myrtle and the oil tree the desert the cypress tree and the pine and the box tree in the wilderness. He turns a wilderness into pools of water, And dry land into watersprings - Psalm 107:35.

I will open rivers in desolate heights, And fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, And the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar and the acacia tree, The myrtle and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the cypress tree and the pine And the box tree together, That they may see and know, And consider and understand together, That the hand of the Lord has done this, And the Holy One of Israel has created it - Isaiah 41:18-20.

Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert - Isaiah 35:6.

As they pass through the Valley of Baca, They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with pools - Psalms 84:6.

All people will see, know, consider and understand together that the hand of the Lord has done this for us. He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody - Isaiah 51:3.

You shall also be a crown of glory In the hand of the Lord, And a royal diadem In the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah - Isaiah 62:3, 4.

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for making the areas of life that are desolated into cultivated. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
